I needed fool proof , reliable transport in Los Angeles for traveling from the airport to Monterey Park , then from Monterey Park to San Pedro cruise terminal . All the drivers were professional , kind and helpful with our luggage . On our return ride, the same driver was over 20 minutes late, joked on the phone that "no one's coming," and when we asked for an ETA, gave no clear answer. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation.
