SAV-ON SHUTTLE DOES NOT GO TO INGLEWOOD. How do I know…read morethis? Does their website say that they do not go to Inglewood? No. Does their Yelp profile say that they do not go to Inglewood? No. As a matter of fact, as of this post, if you look at the map of their service area, you will see Inglewood completely covered. At any point during the online booking process, did they prevent me from completing the booking because they do not go to Inglewood? No. I found this out the morning of my ride, when I called to find out where they were. Then the man on the phone told me, "We don't go to Inglewood." So now, dear reader, you know as well. Thanks Sav-On Shuttle, for wasting my time.

One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!

Most recently, I needed to use the service for a pick up from UCLA to home for my baby Bruin who wanted to come home for the Halloween weekend. Not only was he amazing, but he was completely reliable and most importantly safe. The car was spacious enough for my Bruin to bring home laundry to do at home. So if you have a college student who needs to arrange a ride home, Happy Shuttle is definitely the place to call. They continue to exceed expectations and their prices are affordable. I had driver Mary on the way to the airport and Elizabeth on the way home after the trip concluded. They provide car seats for $15 each trip and it's very convenient to have that as an option for infants and/or children who will be traveling with you. Skyline is definitely not the cheapest transportation option but much cheaper options are less reliable with long wait times. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone and I would consider using this ride service in the future.

I loved the convenience of communicating via text to let the company know where we were so that they could make sure they were close by when we were ready. The van arrived right on time (we waited maybe two minutes tops) and had all the car seats installed for us. The van was super clean and Kim was very friendly and got us to our hotel promptly and safely. Would easily choose Payless for all our future flights.
