    I've had the Sears home warranty for a few years and I've only had to use it a handful of times for…read morerepairs. I mostly use it for my annual air conditioner and heater service. I scheduled my annual AC service and of course they give you a 4-Hour window so I had to take half a day off work and then 2 hours into my window while I'm sitting here at my home waiting for them they sent me a text saying they have to reschedule so I had to take another half day off work. Around the same time all this is happening my refrigerator went out so I requested a technician to come out and fix my refrigerator. When the technician got here he was giving me tips on how to clean the back of my refrigerator and other stuff while looking it over and then says oh, I think I figured it out, it's just the buttons in the door that controls the lights inside. I thought that was strange considering that my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, why would it be the buttons on the door. But he is the technician not me so he ordered the buttons and had to come back the following week so I had to take another 4 hours off work. Then he returned a week later and it turns out it's not the buttons that's the issue and he thinks it's the motherboard so of course he has to order the part and come back a week later. He shows up again and then of course he tells me it's not the motherboard that is the issue, it's the compressor. So now he has been at my house 3 time and will need to come back next week for a fourth time and I have to take another 4 hours off work. So this is a total of 16 hours that I've had to take off work for the refrigerator repairs because they give you a 4-Hour window. And now I'm going on 3 weeks without a refrigerator. Really annoyed!!!

As you guessed it covered nothing. The only thing worse was trying to cancel policy. One hour later still trying to cancel. Yes, the Better Business Bureau will be notified that is how frustrated I am. 5 transfers later still waiting to cancel this policy. If I could give it a NEGATIVE minus 999999999999999999 I would. NEVER EVER buy anything from Sears.

I found a great deal on Sprayeay, which I use often for my gladd and mirrors. I gave a couple to my neighbors since it will take me a while to use even one can. Anyhow, the gardening section had a great variety of.plants and flowers. They are wrll maintained. The guys in the pain department were friendly and gave me some good advice for some touches I need to do. It is worth it to me to go to this store because of the nice atmosphere. I like the selection of products. I also find the pricing to be pretty fair for the most part.

A man…read morehardware in hardware by the name of Lesley waited on me, He opened the conversation with "yes sir how can I help you?" I politely asked him "do I look like a sir?" Abruptly he rolled his eyes and with a distinctly harsher tone he barked "Ma'aM". I told him what I wanted he went over the cages where they keep the locks after he proceed to show me the padlocks. I proceeded to tell him he was wrong. He then went to the cage, opened it and stood there and looked at me. He offered no help at all. In my past life, I was a home improvement contractor pulling 6 figures yearly, plus a per diem building inspector job in Massachusetts. I got what I needed. I asked him his name, and went straight to customer service. I talked to Jen the Assistant Mgr. She gave 20% off the lock after telling me about someone in her family. She then proceeded to tell me how Lesley is old. I did not buy that at all. That argument does not warrant a get out of jail free card. That was the end of my Saturday after I walked out. On Monday morning, I called Home Depot Headquarters in Atlanta. I spoke with a lady named Cristin. She seemed very sympathetic and nice. She assured me she was escalating this to upper management right away, and would get back to me by the end of the day. I called off a Channel 4 News visit because I was assured of a return phone call. I never heard from Headquarters. This is just the beginning. I know first hand the Sunrise store is falling way behind in revenues. Everybody in there is getting worried. They can now deal with my attorney. "Let's Do This Together". P.S.
