Around the same time all this is happening my refrigerator went out so I requested a technician to come out and fix my refrigerator. When the technician got here he was giving me tips on how to clean the back of my refrigerator and other stuff while looking it over and then says oh, I think I figured it out, it's just the buttons in the door that controls the lights inside. I thought that was strange considering that my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, why would it be the buttons on the door. But he is the technician not me so he ordered the buttons and had to come back the following week so I had to take another 4 hours off work. Then he returned a week later and it turns out it's not the buttons that's the issue and he thinks it's the motherboard so of course he has to order the part and come back a week later. He shows up again and then of course he tells me it's not the motherboard that is the issue, it's the compressor. So now he has been at my house 3 time and will need to come back next week for a fourth time and I have to take another 4 hours off work. So this is a total of 16 hours that I've had to take off work for the refrigerator repairs because they give you a 4-Hour window. And now I'm going on 3 weeks without a refrigerator. She then proceeded to tell me how Lesley is old. I did not buy that at all. That argument does not warrant a get out of jail free card. That was the end of my Saturday after I walked out. On Monday morning, I called Home Depot Headquarters in Atlanta. I spoke with a lady named Cristin. She seemed very sympathetic and nice. She assured me she was escalating this to upper management right away, and would get back to me by the end of the day. In the meantime, my cleaning lady stopped by and was going to do my laundry, but I told her the washer was broken. She replied "nonsense." The she went over to the washer and started it right off.
