BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company. read more

I ordered Heat Shiels and while paying with Paypal I decided that $68 was too much to pay for 3 12" heat shields so I closed the website. I never received a confirmation number so I figured the order was not placed. I found the heat shields on a third party through the Wal Mart website for $28. Big Difference in price. 'The next day I get a message saying my order shipped. I immediately replied to message and explained that I did not get confirmation that the order was placed and to send me return instructions. They did and the instructions were so involved and detailed. "Do Not Write on the box. Attach a piece of paper with the RA # in bold print etc., etc.. The box they shipped it in was 3x as big as the package I received from the Wal Mart site resulting in a $20 expense for me to send it back. The box was way over sized for the contents. I'm out $20 for dealing with them. I will not order from this company again. read more

Ordered some parts for my weber on 10/2/22 ship them USPS . Came 6 days later boxed up sealed with there store tape , packed with packing peanuts were another box was sealed and my order was wrapped in bubble wrap. give them a 10 on shipping . read more

Very professional and efficient service. Very reasonable prices. I seriously doubt you can get this level of knowledge and expertise from The Home Depot or Lowes. In fact, I KNOW you will not. They came when they said they would, at the right time, and they work diligently until the job is done. Now I can finally enjoy my week-end cookout. As my grill is getting a bit old, I intend to work with them to replace the entire outdoor kitchen and add a Big Green Egg Grill to alternate between gas and charcoal. This type of local small business is the reason Lowe's and Home Depot are depended on within the area. Extremely bare showroom with no sales team on the floor. I purchased a RealFyre G21-GL non vented propane burner system last year. I used it last winter for the first time and it stopped working while it was burning. I should have contacted them right away but waited until now because I thought it came with a 10 year warranty. They are telling me that the warranty is 1 year! That is 4 months of use in one year and it is now broken and not covered. I have to spend $140 for a person to come and look at it and then the cost of repair on top of that. I spent $1,000 for this unit installed and it last a couple of months? This is not acceptable and this company is unwilling to help. Do not purchase a RealFyre burner! Not the seller or Real Fyre are willing to help and I am very unhappy. read more

If you are like me and hate doing business with online companies BBQ Depot will change your mind, they are an outstanding company to do business with. I ordered $1200.00 worth of parts to rebuild my 15 year old Lynx grill, they arrived in 2 days, a couple of the briquettes were broken I took a picture and sent it to them right away and in an hour they responded, and I received replacements right away. I bought a Green Mountain Grill from them almost two years ago. It has always been problematic. GMG has been great and always sent me parts to repair. The last time the parts did not work. I called them and told them I should be provided with a new grill as I have had constant trouble. Mike from BBQ depot got involved and today they delivered a brand new grill at no charge. Ok, so I see the reviews on here for this business aren't that great but let me be the first to say I believe they're taking customer service to a whole new level now. I had a mix up w/an order I believed I placed and my interactions w/staff was off to rocky start because I was angry. Initially I thought my exchange w/reps at The BBQ Depot would end badly but it didn't. I spoke w/3 reps at this company, one of which was the manager Tracy. They all were dedicated and committed to providing me with excellent customer service.  They all embodied the mottos "The customer is always right!" And "we aim to please". This is an awesome company! The representatives went ABOVE AND BEYOND! What was required to ensure I received my gas heater and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company to all my family, friends and all reading this post! Although my interactions began with a rocky start to which I take some ownership for too, I can most certainly say whole heartedly that this company is committed to providing excellent customer service. OMG,,, what a rude company.... I stopped by few times looking for propane and a few parts,,,, rude from the lady at front desk who walks around with a ear phone looking important. Sharp tone in her voice is so unfriendly. I would not step one foot in BBQ depot or the side company Liberty Gas.,,, What ever happen to customer service, smile and just helpful. I was dumb enough to buy a regulator and when their service person saw my grill he made a comment,," oh this is wrong regulator" i informed him that his boss sold it to me,,, he say NOTHING". Then second visit. I was trying to replace a part. The rude lady tried to sell me only a portion of it, leaving out the clips etc. The half part was 85.00 and she would of ordered the clips for 30.00. If i did not know better then I would of bought a half part. 3rd visit,, don't even ask,,, rude, talk back and told me to me off. Last but not least,, A service rep came to my home and wanted to leave in the first 15-20 minutes. He had no clue what he was doing nor wanted to read a direction... I called the manufacture they talk with him but he left and took few items of my grill with him. he did not put side burner back to original look. Screws/bolts on ground. OMG,,,,, please please read this and stay away,, can they fill a tank,,, i guess,, so can other places,, go down the road to dolfin gas on ives dairy just west of 95......
