The buying experience was extremely pleasurable with no pressure from our salesman, Jesse Shannon. He allowed us "alone" time with an assortment of the mattresses we were interested in. He also gave us a nice discount on the frame and explained the warranty and their return policy on bedding thoroughly. The mattress was delivered on time and professionally by 3 experienced employees. They were polite, very clean and quickly had our new bed in place. They asked if we had any concerns or general questions about the new set up and were out in less than 45 minutes.
