I was on the hunt for a firm mattress with an adjustable base within a specific budget. After doing…read moremy homework (with a little help from AI!), Mattress Firm kept coming up as the top recommendation -- and now I understand why. I visited the Pembroke Pines location at Palm and Pines Blvd and was immediately greeted by Carlos Prieto. From the start, Carlos was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for, what I had already tested elsewhere, and my price range. Within minutes, he had me trying several great options that actually fit my needs and my budget. Carlos clearly knows his business -- he even mentioned he worked for Mattress Giant years ago (which definitely dated both of us a little ). But that experience shows. He made me feel completely comfortable, never pressured, and truly listened to what mattered to me. Best of all, he helped me save money and arranged for delivery within just a few days. The delivery team deserves a big shout-out too. The two gentlemen who set everything up were absolute pros. They worked quickly and efficiently, handled everything with care, and were very mindful not to scratch my new floors or damage my freshly painted walls. It was impressive to watch. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Excellent service, great value, and a smooth delivery. I can't wait to sleep on my new firm mattresses! Highly recommend this location if you're looking for knowledgeable help and a stress-free buying experience.

That said, there's a difference between a purchase that makes financial sense and one that is exorbitant amounts of money. After looking around some at furniture shops, I thought it might be logical to check out a mattress store. After all, who knows mattresses best? It was convenient, too, that I received a flyer in the mail advertising their sales for Labor Day. I went in randomly on a weekday sans appointment and I was attended right away by Rafael and Masoom. They seemed to work well in unison, going seamlessly between customers and answering all of their questions. While they both helped me, I ultimately dealt more with Rafael than Masoom. Rafael helped me find my mattress, as well as my bunky board when I returned to the store the day later after issues with my platform bed. Masoom meanwhile helped me locate the perfect mattress and box spring for my guest bedroom. Moreover, delivery went just as I was told it would. A day before delivery I received a call, a text, and an e-mail telling me when I would receive my purchases. The day of the delivery, well, I indeed got everything in a timely fashion and properly set up. This honestly couldn't have been easier if I had planned it. Seriously. It made an experience I was dreading tolerable. Now I couldn't be happier with my new mattresses. They're extremely comfortable and I got them at a fraction of the price that other places were asking for.

We remembered there was an ATT store on Weston Road (same plaza as Lucille's and the nitro ice cream place). This is an ATT authorized dealer, not a corporate store so the up sale pressure was definitely not the same. We walked in at 7:15pm. One would think that they close at 8pm and they'd try to rush us out...nope. We didn't leave until 8:45pm. Picking out the phone was easy. Getting the credit for the phone we were turning in was not, only because my husband's phone had damage to the digitizer so it was going bonkers. The 2 members of the staff worked on getting the phone to reset so they could take the trade in. Because of their efforts, we were able to get the $20 for trade in and the $180 that Samsung & att were offering. Not once did we feel pressured to spend more money (like we do when we go to an ATT store) and we also weren't rushed out the door. They just worked with us, on a Saturday night, until we were done. After we left, my husband realized he forgot the memory card that was in his old phone. He went back when they opened and was able to retrieve it. All in all, this was a great experience and I would definitely go back next time I need a phone.

I came back in for the return and two employees were sitting (one behind the desk and the other one in what would be a Client chair) The guy behind the desk got up and grabbed my phone and once again I was left standing there. The other guy didn't even look up from his phone. They told me I had to bring the phone to UPS which wasn't mentioned the first time around. He also told me they were out of boxes and I had to see if UPS would give me one. All in all the process was pretty quick but the customer service was subpar.
