The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He informed us that homes with aluminum wiring can be safe if the proper termination points are used. The next day he sent Brian, a qualified Electrition to our house and his assistant and they opened up every outlet and switch, documenting which ones were safe and unsafe. The following day, Mike provided us with a write up and pictures that showed issues that he found as well as a very reasonable quote. Mike bent over backwards to help us out and we are so grateful. He kept in communication with us and answered all of our questions. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!)
