I want to bring a disappointing experience to your attention. My wife and I visited BJ's today 5/20. and ordered beers and a wedge salad tonight. After 20 minutes, no salad arrived. Our drinks sat empty for at least 10 minutes without any refills. Unfortunately, the bartender was rude and avoided us, providing no real service. We decided to leave due to the lack of attention. The restaurant, let alone the bar top where we sat, was not that busy. We were starving. A wedge salad is not a complicated order. My wife has been in the industry for over 20 years. When we asked for the check he stated it was in the cup. My wife asked to remove the salad that never arrived, so he quickly snatched it from the cup and said he would get it taken off in an unprofessional manner. It had been awhile since we have BJ's as we moved to the city over. Now with my son playing on a team that practices close by, we stopped by thinking we could make this our spot on the days she practiced. Needless to say after today's visit, that will NOT be the case. read more

I actually made a goofball mistake on a soup refill but she got it. I realized my mistake but she had the common sense and intuition to understand and had already addressed it! Came in with my wife and brother for a late night meal, and the $13 Pizookie meal deals delivered!We ordered 2 Pizookie meal deals, 1 with a Smashburger and another with the Chicken Parmigiana. Both entrees were yummy and came out at a good time. For drinks, I enjoyed a $5 pint of their house blonde and my wife had a glass of La Crema and Meiomi Pinot Noir. The beer is definitely an above average Blonde! Biggest highlight of the night was the service from Thaly. The food and service keeps getting better. Favorite servers: Jordan, Muriel, and Deja! Favorite new dishes: Mediterranean Chicken bowl and Salmon Protein bowl. Still love their cups and guacamole, their steak, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes and salads. My family loves the wings, Mac n cheese and pizza. Everyone's happy when we go! Came to BJs to try out their $13 Pizookie deal and decided to go with the pepperoni pizza and salad combo. We came on a Friday night and it was busy. We decided to seat ourselves by the bar since it's open seating. It did take a while for a server to give us some menus. The server got our drink order wrong but it wasn't too big of an issue. However, when the server brought my drink order she did spill it and I did not realize it stained. If you are stopping by I suggest you check out their deals they have good ones right now. Both the quality and service were top notch. The chowder was fresh and tasty and the bread bowl was delicious. The dessert was fresh out of the oven and piping hot and soooo chocolaty. Came on Sunday June 28, 2026, was not crowd for being after 5:30pm. We were able to be seated right away. Was ask for our drink order shortly after being seated. Once drink order was brought to us, our meal order was taken, it did take some time for us to receive it. Ironically, my first-ever Yelp review was about how great Ashlyn's service was. Unfortunately, after today's experience, that positive impression has been completely tainted. My family and I were seated for a little over an hour and a half, after placing our drink and food orders before multiple other parties were even seated. During that time, we watched table after table around us be greeted, served, checked on, and receive their meals while we continued to wait. What made the experience especially frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one came to our table to explain the delay, offer an update, or acknowledge the excessive wait. Our party only had 2 people. Sat right in the middle of her section. We were VERY generous, and gave the benefit of the doubt hoping to be served or at the very least checked on. We were wrong. After we finally managed to get her attention, it had already been 2 hrs. She repeatedly looked in our direction accommodated the tables around us, in front and behind us - avoided eye contact we felt purposely looked over. We were offered a cookie, but no explanation as to why we had been left waiting for so long of our table being continuously overlooked. At that point, it wasn't even about the food anymore. It was about the lack of communication, customer service, and basic consideration. My family and I left feeling overlooked, frustrated, and disappointed. It's unfortunate because i never expected to return and have such a drastically different experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so no other guests leave feeling the way we did. read more

I ordered a pizza through DoorDash yesterday and it was honestly one of the worst I've had from them. It was incredibly dry, like they barely put any sauce on it before baking. I actually had to add my own pizza sauce at home just to make it edible. Not sure what happened this time, but it felt like a total miss compared to what I'm used to from them. I had a great night enjoying a meal here. My server was Jojo, who by the way, is very funny very kind and knows how to engage with customers very well. Definitely deserving of a raise no doubt. The night was busy but it was calming and not so loud which was therapeutic after a long week. I had the Crispy Chicken sandwhich with chips and Artichoke Dip. And it was absolutely delicious and would easily stop by and get it again. Prices are a little high here so I do recommend coming here on a special night.
