No privacy when trying on glasses. Manager is very rude and not concentrating on the customer. Return policy is not liberal.

Yes, at 1:05 am, so irritated that I couldn't even sleep until I wrote this review. Yes, she has me that frustrated and upset. Why is a receptionist a fire wall between you and the doctor? The lovely woman I spoke with about 15 hours ago didn't want to allow me to see Dr. Kidd for a change to my prescription because I 1) couldn't be dilated (I am very sensitive to it and need to get a ride) and 2) I didn't want the eye numbing agent that is has an obscene amount of artificial yellow dye in it. I said, "Ok, well then maybe I should find a different doctor if what I'm uncomfortable with isn't OK?" She replied, "That probably would be best!" To whoever runs this practice - I would politely suggest you monitor your receptionists. You lost my ENTIRE FAMILY as patients with that one receptionist today. A receptionist who literally had me in tears after the call with how apathetic she was to me. (By the way. Do I *really* need all those tests? I'm 42. and If I'm not comfortable with something, why are you going to force me?) My apologies to Dr. Kidd. I would have been happy to come see you again.

I've scheduled appointments for example 2:00pm and arrive on time and doesn't get seen until about 2:45pm. Once meeting the doctor she interrupts when your describing your symptoms and when touching you she's not giving you the same treatment as the last client before you and barely wants to touch you. I've believe in giving people benefit of a doubt but when it's displayed on several times then there's a problem. Too many apologies isn't enough for poor customer service and how you pick and choose who you want to serve. And not valuing customers time and money spent in health care insurance and quality. Racism is shown so often when I come and I definitely miss the previous owner and doctor. I will be searching for another eye care specialist. I should be leaving a doctors office at 3:45pm when scheduled for a 2pm and is on time. As a social worker this is unacceptable.

Had my original appointment because they never called. The major thing is I went in to get new frames. They didn't have any available that I liked because they were limited being on mass health. I found some that they said they would order because they needed new inventory anyways. Said they would call. After more than 6 weeks, nothing. I called to ask and they said I had to make an appointment to come in to see if they were there. I am sorry, why should I have to waste time and money (for gas used) to just see if they were there. They couldn't find any note that I saw was written. I am doubting now that they even had a wait list for cancelled appointments to get in sooner. Not recommended.

I don't usually take the time to write many reviews, but after the extremely rude and…read moreunprofessional receptionist, I felt compelled to write my experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I don't know if she was having a horrible day or what, and she just needed a person to take it out on, and I was chosen, because I had the audacity to try to get an appointment with their office. I had an eye emergency on a Friday and ended up in the ER and they simply said to "follow up with an eye doctor next week". My doctor retired, so I wanted to find somewhere close to home. This place looked and sounded great online. They did a great job at attempting to make themselves look good, but this is was proven untrue with a short phone call. I explained my situation and she abruptly put me on hold, came back and said "call the on-call doctor you saw Friday, it was Dr. YXZ". And she gave me not one, not two, but three numbers of who she said I saw Friday (the first 2 numbers were not for that doctor, she couldn't get that right), I tried to say I didn't go to their office but to the ER. The ER doctor said to follow up with an eye doctor. So this was explained to her again. Again, I was put on hold and she came back and said I need to follow-up with the on-call doctor. I asked, if this was the doctor I should see or the doctor I saw Friday. She said it was the doctor on Friday. AGAIN I said I don't go to your office, I went to the ER and they just want me to follow-up with an eye doctor, and I asked can I set up an appointment. She said No, I need to go to the ER. I asked why and she said because that is who diagnosed me. I said, the ER said to follow-up with an eye doctor. And she said it's busy and likely she won't be able to get me in this week anyways. And she hung up. She didn't look, she didn't treat me like a human, she treated me like I was asking for her first born child. I was calm and nice, till the end, when I got snippy right before she hung up and said, "I hope you have a terrific day, you have been so unhelpful". In the end, I'll travel to see a professional. I can't imagine going to such an unprofessional type place. I am in shock of how mean people are and how rude. Her job, is to help people not treat them like dog crap! She didn't want to work. My suggestion to her, don't work as a receptionist if you hate people so much! I hope she has the day she deserves. I really never want to be a "may I speak to your manager" person. I won't be that person. But I do hope someone out there does. I can't imagine I'm the first or last person she does this too. She is going to run that place in the ground!!! Maybe the doctors are great, I will never know because I'll never go there, nor will I let any of my family or friends. But they should know the business side is looking horrific!!
