Yes, at 1:05 am, so irritated that I couldn't even sleep until I wrote this review. Yes, she has me that frustrated and upset. Why is a receptionist a fire wall between you and the doctor? The lovely woman I spoke with about 15 hours ago didn't want to allow me to see Dr. Kidd for a change to my prescription because I 1) couldn't be dilated (I am very sensitive to it and need to get a ride) and 2) I didn't want the eye numbing agent that is has an obscene amount of artificial yellow dye in it. I said, "Ok, well then maybe I should find a different doctor if what I'm uncomfortable with isn't OK?" She replied, "That probably would be best!" To whoever runs this practice - I would politely suggest you monitor your receptionists. You lost my ENTIRE FAMILY as patients with that one receptionist today. A receptionist who literally had me in tears after the call with how apathetic she was to me. (By the way. Do I *really* need all those tests? As an eye specialist, you would think that they would care about people who are experiencing trouble with either or both of their eyes- not today. So, it's off to continue to search for an ophthalmologist that honestly cares about our eyes.
