Western omelette
Terry I.

Want your western omelet wrapped in a thick crepe? Go here. Want your pizza wrapped in a crepe? Go here. Want your Philly cheese steak wrapped in a crepe? This is the place. They ONLY do crepes. The crepes are thick and taste like pancakes. The crepe cannot be separated From the other ingredients. We were not thrilled with the everything gets wrapped in a crepe concept for savory food. Perhaps the crepes are great with sweet fillings, but we didn't try them. This is an ultra casual, informal, order at the counter, place set in an old home. The coffee and juice smoothies were very good. We were offered salsa for our crepes and were each served one teaspoon and the container of salsa was taken away. It's an odd place for breakfast that despite the great ratings, doesn't live up. I am giving 3 stars for the friendly owner/ cook, fair prices, and convenient parking. The food was average at best.

Tex mex omelet crepe and Thai tea frappe

This was a very confusing dinning experience. There was no guidance on if you seat your self or if you go to the counter. Then we wrote our order on a ticket and put it in a bucket. Because of this other tables who sat after us got their food first. Then on multiple occasions we were asked if a drink/food was ours and it was not. We saw one of our dishes be taken to 3 other tables and placed down before being brought to ours. They also ran out of batter for the waffle pops at 11:30am when they are open till 3:30pm. We also waited 1hour+ after ordering for our food (two crepes and a frappe). The Thai Tea frappe just tasted like green tea and the crepes, while fine, didn't have much taste. The strawberries were fresh though.

Absolutely love this place! My second time here and I'm have not been disappointed. It's a small little pink building. Everything is pretty much self served. You sit anywhere you like and write your order on a slip of paper and bring it to the cashier. Then they'll make your order and bring it out to you. You pay at the same cashier too. They have both sweet and savory crepes where you can build your own or add ingredients to existing menu selections. Would recommend the triple chocolate one. That's my personal favourite. Comes with Nutella, Oreo in a chocolate brownie crepe. You can add other fruit or toppings to it to. I added strawberries to mine!

I'd been wanting to try Bitter Sweet for some time, especially since it's close. I was able to DoorDash and you can also use GrubHub or, if you're within a certain distance, the restaurant will deliver for free. They offer both sweet and savory crepes, waffles on a stick with different fillings, coffee, latte, smoothies and milkshake. I ordered a pick-your-own crepe of cheddar, mozzarella, beef, bacon and mushrooms. They didn't skimp on ingredients and that crepe was huge! It was two meals. On a whim, I got the waffle on a stick with bacon inside. (They have various other fillings.) Get this!! It was soft like a pancake and nice as a little treat. Lastly, I couldn't resist the brownie crepe with Nutella, oreos and chocolate syrup. So good! Another positive about this business is the owners are often involved with local charitable efforts, like gathering Christmas presents and hosting pictures with Santa for kids in need.

This place is great! My daughter is obsessed with crepes and these ones are very good. A heavy eater would probably want two for lunch. We had three sweet crepes for breakfast and it was more than enough for the two of us. We had strawberry cream, Nutella crunch, and triple chocolate. The strawberry cream is more for breakfast and the other two are more for dessert. All were really top notch. I had a rose iced tea and enjoyed the unique flavor. We ate in the small garden. They seem to be taking coronavirus very seriously with masking and separate areas. I encourage others to check it out because it seemed pretty light on traffic on what I would think is a normal high time (11am Saturday). I don't think you will be disappointed.

Soo cute!!!

Had the absolute pleasure of having breakfast here today. It boast a beautiful dining area that invites to you stay awhile and hang out playing games. The crepes were delicious and the waffle selection was amazing, keep up the great work more people need to visit this budding establishment.

My girlfriend had been hearing about this place from friends, so one lazy Saturday afternoon we decided to roll by and check it out. I would normally give you a really extensive run down of the location (oddly sized with a lot of seating options), the menu, etc. but I want to skip right to the important parts: The crepes are delicious. They're completely customizable with both savory and sweet options, all of which come STUFFED. The owner is super friendly, delivers a great product, has wonderful employees, and charges fair prices. They also offer great coffee drinks, although the one I ordered was heavy on the flavoring syrup (I could see that as a good thing if you're looking for it), so I just ask for it light now. We've been back, and will continue to return.

Such a warm and lovely staff, the crepes are so good you'd think you were in Paris. Delicious coffee freshly brewed, cute place with a funky fresh vibe. A little gift shop rounds out the dining area for something to do while you wait! Reasonable prices and good food will keep you coming back!

They have a great variety of teas; this is a fun tea pot on display.

This was a really cute café to have lunch and coffee at. I had the western omelette crêpe and it was very delicious. Next time I'm there I'm going to try a sweet and savory one. My only recommendation to the business, would be to update the decor to make it slightly more cozy/chic.

Lovely place with welcoming staff. The crepe I ordered was delicious and filling. A great place to study/ kill time in between classes. I will have to try their savory crepes next!

It truly was rich, and I tasted the banana, and matcha, and it was super creamy! And the member who helped us out was SO KIND!! Seriously was super welcoming, and 24oz matchas?! UGH miss it already! Thank you so much for being so welcoming!

I was told that with the decor package, they would take care of everything. I simply needed to tell them what colors I wanted for the theme. The package included the following- Themed plates, cups, napkins, and silverware (20 people) * Themed banner * Balloon garland * Table centerpieces * Cupcakes (for up to 15) * Fresh flowers on tables * Outdoor custom welcome sign * LED sign On the day of the shower, I arrived early to set up the food and drinks. In the rush of getting this done and guests arriving, I didn't realize things were missing. I did ask the employee about the cupcakes. She made a phone call and came back and said they hadn't ordered them. Nothing I could do about it then. She did say they would credit me something for it. Towards the end of the shower, I began thinking that other stuff was missing. It wasn't until I got home that I looked up the package details and realized I was missing many items - outdoor custom welcome sign - fresh flowers - led sign - cupcakes - glasses ( I did have paper plates, napkins and silverware) This is what I got - a balloon arch, paper plates, plastic silverware, vases with coffee beans and candles that didn't get lit, and a themed banner. Also, when you reserve the room it is for a private event. Customers who want to go to the coffee shop are to enter the coffee shop door. There was a couple and their child that walked through our "private" event 4 times with the employee allowing this and even one time walking them through. I feel that the employee should have informed them the first time to use the other entrance explaining a private event was going on. I reached out to the owner to discuss the missing items. I feel that she was defensive from the beginning. She said that the cupcakes are only for a child's birthday. I told her that there is no mention of that on their website. I told her that I picked her place and the decoration package because I knew my nieces would like all the added touches. Her response was that the missing things aren't important but it's that my nieces and guests enjoyed the shower and she was sure they did. I told her that if she knew all the things missing, she'd be disappointed that she didn't have them. I was also the one paying the bill and I wanted all the items I paid for to be there. I asked for a full credit of the decorations package since more than half the items weren't there. She refused because they had to take time to order the balloon arch and plates. She said she would give me a credit if what she feels is fair. I have yet to get any credit from her. That is why I am sharing my experience. If I were you I'd think twice before renting their "private " room. And if you do, definitely decorate it yourself.

Only thing is I wish they could make it gluten free. I got the Mira bowl in a kid size portion and had boiled eggs as an add on. Perfect portion! The bartender recommended the smaller size since I was getting waffles and I'm glad she made that suggestion. Lavender latte with oatmilk was light and delicate. Just what I was looking for. Nothing was too sweet and I enjoyed everything. The inside had a nice airy feel to it. They have a cute little kids corner filled with books and fun stuff for the little ones to stay busy while waiting on meals. They close at 3 so I recommend enjoying it for brunch/lunch!

Or you can be seated at a table in a large open dining area. Very community conscious with a ramp for wheelchair to get from main hostess area to the dining area. I was seated right away. Being visitor from VA Beach, I asked what's the recommended dish, the server suggested omelette. But I wasn't in the mood for omelette so I saw shakshuka. I tried their Green Goddess version that has spinach (instead of tomato sauce) and feta. The food is a solid 3. I also ordered the Dubai Chocolate latte. It was a 3 as you taste more the milk than the chocolate syrup. I also got their chocolate chip banana bread.

I LOVE this place…read more They may single-handedly have the best margaritas in town. Tasty and strong -- just how I like them. Every time I go, the drinks are consistent and well-balanced, and they don't skimp. I usually pop in for a quick happy hour with friends or former coworkers, and it's perfect for that. So far I've had the deviled eggs and the potato latkes, and both were really good -- great little bites to pair with a margarita. The vibes are super cute, cozy, and welcoming. I cannot wait until the weather warms up so I can sit out on the patio -- it's going to be such a whole mood. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Pro tip: if you get there around 4:30-5:00 PM, you typically won't have much of a wait. If you're in Blue Ash and want strong margaritas, cute vibes, and easy happy hour energy -- this is your spot.

Our server brought all three food dishes out at the same time, which we could not even fit on the small table without taking off some things to put on the bench next to me. The soup was tasty, but mostly large cubes of bread with practically no cheese at all. The Croque Madame had no discernible cheese on it at all. The worst part: we each requested a coffee refill (one was never offered), and our server poured half of my friend's topped up coffee directly from her cup into my cup! I was so shocked that I was speechless. To top off this incredible faux pas, she split the check into two without asking, and I was treating my friend. Instead of bringing a new check as I requested, she had me sign her tablet that just showed the total, with no breakout, had me fill in her tip, and then walked away with neither asking me if I wanted a receipt, which of course I did, nor providing me with one. The coffee thing was so gross and unsanitary that I never shall return.
