Plus the bagels are New York size nice large bagel it will take a nice piece of salmon and red onion and sliced tomato. I frequent both Clear Creek and the Harker Heights location. I definitely prefer the ambiance and food prepared at the Harker Heights location. Harker Heights is more old school cool and reminds me of the Barbarossa coffee shops in Germany. If you want the more moderate trendy shiny fresh bagels, minimal chitchat and excellent dark guatamalian coffee ...Clear Creek Bite the Bagel is for you. If you want the "neighborhood feel", pastry, deli style bagel and just as good coffee that exceeds anything the corner starbucks can concoct then make the trip to Harker Heights to 300 Knights Way ...I just did. read more

Was looking for a somewhat light breakfast this morning, that wasn't fast food or stomach churning what most of the shoppettes offer on post and decided to give Bite the Bagel II a try. I already ate at the orginal location and was impressed. The new location is a bit bigger and not as homey as the other location but I digress because the food is how I rate places majority of the time. This time I orded a two egg pork roll and cheese breakfast bagel sandwich and chose the everything bagel. The bagel was lightly toasted, toasted enough for where each bite had a right amount of pressure to break a peice off. The eggs were cooked fluffy near fried but had the fresh taste, cheese was balanced right with each bite. The pork had a almost sharp taste that had flavor and wasn't bland. They had a extensive list of coffees which can be hot or cold I chose a Irish cold iced coffee which was strong, added more cream and cinnamon. Both locations serve fresh food cooked to quality. Best place to go if you want something healthier and good quality. Overall, nothing really spectacular that jumps at me, I really wanted to give this 4-5 stars but would try something different next time. The free slice of cheese cake per lunch combo you get is pretty amazing though but I wouldn't warrant myselg frequently going there. read more

I absolutely love this place. I first tried it with my husband and we had brought our puppy in with us, she's in training as my service dog. However she did get a lot of love from person in particular. I don't remember his name but he told us all these things about Australian shepherds. The people here are fantastic, the service is phenomenal. The food? Absolutely amazing!! The ambiance here is amazing! They've got tables with older board games on them and it's so cute!! The coffee? OMG... if you have not tried this place you are definitely missing out. So I have an addiction, I usually start my day at the local starbucks, that was until I found Bite the bagle. I have switched. I ha e no idea what they do t ok their coffee but it is hands down the best I have ever had and that is saying alot. Not to mention all the amazing food. The bagles are out of this world. The quality of bagels would be nice but they never have bagels or pork roll in stock EVERY TIME I go. I don't think I've ever received a full order of the six bagels I actually want and two Taylor Ham egg and cheeses. I'm surprised they have a second location since their first one is never stocked. Ya'll. I'm not usually a fan of bagels. Well actually I'm indifferent about bagels. A little "meh" if you will. But this place... Is amazing. The flavors are kicking. I went a little onion crazy granted. I ordered a two egg and bacon with cheese on an onion bagel. I also added bacon/scallion smear to it. ONIONS ARE LIFE. I ate this whole thing in like two minutes and it was huge. I've had bad experiences with breakfast bagels being too dry. This was delicious and the texture was spot on. My husband ordered a garlic parmesan bagel with bacon/scallion smear and that was the second time he had been there that day. He ate there once this morning and then had to take me later because it was so good. These bagels are poppin'. read more

Right after yoga l, decided to check out bite the bagel, amazing place.. super cute place, staff is friendly and they help you out if its your first time there. They make their own cream cheeses. I got blueberry bagel with the cinnamon brown sugar cream cheese delicious. I feel like this place is to dangerous to be next to the yoga studio I go to. But it's amazing. If you desperately need a bagel, then this is the place. Plain bagel with cream cheese is $2.09. Apparently they used the same spatula/knife without cleaning it and I definitely tasted garlic in the "plain" cream cheese on my bagel. Probably won't be stopping by again for bagels. read more

The lox and cream cheese bagel was awesome! It looked just as good if not better than the previously posted pictures. All QUALITY ingredients!!!!! Delicious for sure, but it was $9.70 for one sandwich. They also offer coffee house drinks like lattes and iced coffee(at the same price as the neighboring coffee houses), so they're not really trying to beat their competitors at anything but bagels. read more
