The masters are a wonderful help for guidance alone; they also bring a necessary amount of information. The amount of diversions in here is impressive. I learned I'm very good at cornhole, exceptional at throwing hatchet and can't shoot pool to save my life. But nobody beats me at ping pong!!!! FROM A PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVE: So basically, this was a team building exercise by corporate to fuse together a diverse crowd from different counties. The facility itself is a great idea for group events. For us, bringing a variety of personal from assorted assignments together in a relaxed atmosphere for mind mapping purposes did yield a few useful ideas. Mostly it educated. We found that we still hung on to traditional gaming match-ups such as: Tim and Lisa vs. Stephanie and Greg. We quickly learned that Greg is useless at cornhole but excels at axe throwing. Lisa was the opposite. It's all Learning. Steven can't drink enough to keep up with Diana; Tim can shoot stick, Stephanie is the best dancer of anyone in the building. These morsels are telling and provide valuable data. We persevered by focusing our strengths on various problems in the equation. Now, the Ideation storm did lead the way to an avalanche of potential plans and schemes. It also worked to solve existing production issues. Thank you very much to the kind men and women of UC for your assistance and guidance. After our evals are submitted, I see you getting a lot more business. Cheers!

Located in a 101-year-old building that used to be an A&P grocery store, this space perfectly blends history, creativity, and community. I love that so much of the original architecture has been preserved -- and the fact that it was designed by a woman architect back in the day makes it even more special. The Cove offers so much: daily coffee service, cooking and cake-decorating classes in "The Lab," yoga and meditation on Wellness Wednesdays, Social Sundays focused on mindfulness and connection, and even Art & Wine nights where you can sip, snack, and paint while listening to live music. They're also about to open Sticks & Stones, a private cigar club next door that will be available to members -- it's going to be such a great addition to the experience. The next membership cohort begins November 1st, and spots are limited to just 150 members to keep things community-focused and personal. They also host networking events, lectures, and business education workshops, so it's a great mix of social and professional. Whether you come for a coffee, an event, or to meet new people, The Cove Social Club is one of those places that makes you feel instantly connected and inspired.

The wine tasting was very nice. They give you a good amount of wine to try and it was very delicious. My critic would be that during the tasting they should give you crackers or nuts to flush your palette during the wine tasting. Besides that the tasting was nice. I got the grilled cheese which was half a grilled cheese but it was delicious. I did order a Cesar salad and they gave me an antipasta salad which I was not a fan of. Would come back

Lucky me to be invited to this special wedding celebrating my friend's daughter and son in law! Crystal chandeliers light the path, both the wedding and reception barns and guest house. White twinkle lights stung to provide soft lighting and a festive atmosphere. Overall, the service was adequate, not good, and certainly not great, but good enough not to stop us from enjoying our night out. I started with what was supposed to be a cup of Tomato Bisque but received and paid for a bowl. Somewhat my fault for not realizing that my serving and what I paid for was large and more expensive than the cup I ordered. With that said, I thought the flavor of the bisque served with, Garlic Buttered Crostini, and grated Smoked Gouda was outstanding. The temperature could have been a bit warmer, but again the flavor was sport on. The wife and I split a very large bowl of PEI Mussels. The Mussels were served in a white wine broth with Shallots, Garlic, Roasted Tomatoes, and Bacon. Honestly, I could and did finish the broth off as a soup. There were quite a few Mussels that did not open, but the bowl was so large, we wouldn't have eaten them anyway. The wife's main dish was the Pan Seared Sea Scallops, with peach and bacon risotto, and fresh Spinach. The dish was finished with an amazing Bourbon Peach Brown Butter Reduction. The scallops were large, the Risotto was great, but the brown butter reduction was the absolute star of the dish. For my main dish I had the Curried Lamb Lollipops, served over Cilantro Basmati Rice, and roasted Tomatoes with an excellent curry sauce. The chops were of good size and cooked to perfection. And please don't even get me started on the fired Garlic Butter Paratha which is some of the best bread I have ever had. My mistake was ordering a side of the Peach and Bacon Risotto similar to what was served with the scallop dish. Without the Bourbon Peach Brown Butter Reduction however, the risotto ate a little dry and had little to no peach flavor. I finished my meal with a bourbon , Mascarpone, bread pudding, which was amazing. The dish was loaded with bourbon which both my wife and I agreed was not completely cooked off. Great dish to finish an outstanding meal. Even with a few minor missteps, the overall flavor of the dishes were so good, I still must give it an overall 5.
