Grab and Go Honeyflower vegetarian meals @ $12+
Aarti B.

This bistro tucked in a corporate building makes some killer panini and gourmet sandwiches. Although the Veggie Panini with pesto and ciabatta wasn't featured on the menu, it was challenging to place a simple order. I wanted to customize the veggie sandwich with a couple of minor alterations - subbing out the pita for ciabatta and fig balsamic for pesto. The staff refused at first and after a couple of rounds of explanations, they finally understood and complied with the request. The end result was well worth it! The scrumptious veggie panini with fresh mozzarella cheese and a heap of veggies stuffed between fresh basil pesto and fluffy toasted ciabatta bread was bursting with flavor in every bite. My hubby enjoyed the Bistro sandwich with Roasted Chicken and Bacon, which was cooked fresh on the grill. The crispy fries looked very tempting, next time! Sadly, they don't come with a sandwich. There were some grab and go vegetarian HoneyFlower Foods pasta bowls and salads that looked appetizing, but just couldn't fork $12+ for a prepared meal. Would opt for a fresh sandwich instead. Great lunch spot to grab a sub!

Gyro Rice Bowl
Kevin K.

This Bistro is located at the WeWork building. Since I came here for a project and didn't feel going out and look for food for lunch. First visit I ordered the Gyro Bowl. It was blend, no taste at all and there were only little of Tzatziki sauce I have to add more mayo to the rice that's how dried the rice is and the rice is not even cook. Next day I ordered chicken quesadilla with fries, this time it was little better, at least is not dry cuz they put enough cheese in it. Fries was fresh and pretty good. I asked for chipotle sauce, and the sauce was really good, got a good kick on it. Overall, the gyro bowl is a no no, but the chicken quesadilla is ok.

Ordered bulgogi bowl, it came out with wrong elements. Asked for correction and stood there for ever. Won't be going there again.

Not at all like the greasy bagel sandwiches you'll find in a lot of office building delis in the tysons area.

One of my go-to date night spots, and overall, I've had consistently good experiences here. One…read morething I really appreciate is the farm-to-table aspect. You can genuinely taste the freshness in the food, and the menu has a lot of variety, which makes it easy to come back and try something new. If you ever catch their fried okra on the menu, GET IT. I cannot recommend it enough. It's that good. I also usually start with their spinach and artichoke dip, which never misses. I've been wanting to try the fried green tomatoes next, so I'll definitely be back for that. They used to have a vegetarian burger that I loved, but since they took it off the menu, I've been trying their other options like the beet/apple-style burger. My go-to move now is swapping the standard bread and getting it on a potato bun instead, it's chef's kiss!! The sauce they use ties everything together perfectly and the fries? I love them every single time . For drinks, I usually go with the hibiscus soda or their soda or the day. It's refreshing and a nice change from the usual options. For dessert, their apple pie is a 10/10. I've had it multiple times and it never disappoints. The key lime pie is more of an 8/10 for me, but still solid. My husband swears by their chocolate cake. The ambiance is another reason I keep coming back. It's alm, cozy, and perfect for a date night or a relaxed dinner. Service can be a little hit or miss. Most visits have been smooth, but the last time we went, things were a bit slower. Our waiter was delayed, and our fries came out a little cold. That said, when it's not busy, service is usually quick and attentive. All in all, I'd give Founding Farmers a solid 4 out of 5. Great food, great vibe, just slight inconsistency with service at times. Definitely still a spot I'll keep in rotation.

We ordered: - the honeydew mocktail (this was so good, I haven't had a mocktail that I enjoyed so much in a long time now) - the assortment of dips (delicious and paired so well with the bread) - a side of toum (this is an essential for me at any restaurant) - the ottoman rice (my family's favorite) - brussel sprouts - cauliflower (our server's favorite) - Adana kepab - the small lamb shoulder dish (really good) - branzino (sooo good and cooked perfectly) - pistachio soufflé (like a chocolate lava cake but with pistachio inside--soooo fab) We absolutely loved everything that we ordered and the bread that they served the food with. The service was so attentive. The vibes were really nice and not overly fancy. My family and I thought it was one of the best Turkish/middle eastern meals we've had in a while (and we thought this was much better than Zaytinya). Overall I cannot wait to return.

I got the Thyme to Bloom and it was good! We got the Mucver, Hummus, and Grilled Chicken. The Mucver texture wasn't my favorite but the sauce it came out with was yummy. Hummus and grilled chicken were good- not the best I've had but decent. The vibe was nice and I liked the decor. I'd come back to try their happy hour!

All delicious. And I love their cro'gel - croissant bagel. They have them in a large size and a mini. I always get the mini so I can enjoy some pastries too. I do wish their coffee offerings had more, like I always want a chai and they don't have that. But that's okay. I also like that they have a little market with European snacks and treats, makes this place different from others.

Interestingly, the croissants aren't baked in a traditional oven, they are baked in a rotating circular oven. The almond croissants were baking when I arrived and waited for them to finish in 15 min before snagging one! The fluffy Nutella Croissant has a small decadent filling of Nutella. The Raspberry Croissant had a nice raspberry puree. I wasn't a big fan of the Almond Croissant and the brown almond paste. I prefer a more traditional yellow almond cream filling with frangipane. The flaky Cro'gel has an unique texture like a croissant in the shape of a bagel. Feels like I'm eating an airy everything garlicky bagel without all of the carbs! I bought 2 Cro'gels and made egg and cheese sandwiches for dinner. Will be back for the Plain and Nutella Croissant and Cro'gel!
