Check out the images below with the after/before shots. The new windows changed the entire look of the back dwelling unit from looking very 1960s to super modern and beautiful! Steve's team kindly without added fee removed the crowbar off the back windows to install the new ones. I received a quote from Steve which at first, I thought was quite high (I haven't replaced windows for nearly 15 years on the front house), however, I did get two other quotes which were $4,500-$8,000 more!!! Not only was Steve competitively priced, we ordered the windows November 2022 and off my memory, he quoted 4 weeks (other resources were 8-12 weeks). The windows arrived in 2 weeks and he had his crew install everything in one day! I believe they did it in less than 5 hours. The turn time, speed, and precision of the install was insane! I would highly recommend Steve with Glass Coast Windows and Doors to any of my family, friends, or neighbors. Great service, competitive, timely, and beautiful product. I love the pull-up style windows I chose as well as the calming rain style opaque glass for the windows that faced the alley off the back bedroom, bathroom, and storage room. We are extremely happy and did an added protection of security/privacy by adding pull-down shades to the storage windows because you could still see objects hanging (bikes, etc.) if the sunlight hit the window the right way OR if we had the light on through the opaque rain glass. I wanted to prevent any additional theft so we added some simple, inexpensive pull-down shades. Just keep that in mind. Overall, so happy we decided to replace all of the windows and not just the back dwelling. Adding new windows makes a huge difference in the appearance as well as knowing more security! If you are going to replace your windows, be sure to get a quote from Steve!

Exceptional Product, Even Better Customer Service!…read more In 2023, we purchased a sliding patio door and one window from CDW. Last week, we replaced the remaining 23 windows and another patio door, completing the entire window and door upgrade throughout our home. We couldn't be happier with the final product--or with our experience with CDW from beginning to end. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding. They are backed by a warranty that covers both replacement and labor, not only for the current homeowners, but also the next subsequent owner. The coverage includes issues such as breakage, fading, warping, discoloration, condensation, operational problems, and more. Knowing that level of protection comes with an already premium product gives us tremendous peace of mind. That said, as impressive as the product is, the customer service we received from everyone at CDW was even more impressive. From our initial contact through the sales process, measuring, scheduling, installation, and final completion, every person we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and genuinely concerned about making sure we were satisfied. The level of service was truly second to none. We especially want to recognize the following people for the professionalism, care, kindness, and quality of work they provided: * Ross - Promotions/Demonstrations * Andrew - Estimator * Carlos - Measurer * Beverly - Customer Service/Phone Support * Daniel and his entire installation crew - Installation Every one of them played a part in making this a remarkably positive experience. It is rare to deal with an entire team where everyone you encounter seems to genuinely care about the customer and takes pride in what they do. And the final product? Absolutely beautiful! Our only regret is that we didn't complete the entire project back in 2023 when we originally purchased just one patio door and one window. At least we now know what it's like to have the whole house completed with what we believe is the best premium window and door upgrade available. If you've purchased windows or doors from CDW, you already know what we mean. It's one of those purchases where, after everything is completed, you look back and realize you made the right decision--and have absolutely no regrets. We obviously won't need to purchase windows or doors again for a very, very long time. But if we ever did, we would have no hesitation whatsoever about purchasing from CDW again. If you're considering new windows or doors and want a premium product backed by an exceptional warranty and, most importantly, a company that truly stands behind its customers, look no further. Get an estimate from these guys. We're confident you won't regret it! CDW receives a well-deserved 5+ stars from us!

The end product looks beautiful, perfect actually. He is very detail oriented, he doesn't cut corners, he's definitely a professional, and you can tell he takes pride in doing a good job. Peter was polite, kept the house clean and even patched an area of carpet that was left bare after tearing out the old railing, he did not have to do this, but it was much appreciated. He started when he said he would and always kept me in the loop as to what's going on. We decided to add a hall cabinet during the process and Peter put us in touch with a cabinet maker who gave us a very reasonable quote. If we need a remodel or work of any sort in the future I will be asking Peter to do the work.

His experience and skill show in all facets of his work. First, the attention to detail is second to none. When I think of the best word to describe his work, it is 'clean'. When he is done, it just looks clean. The final product always looks aesthetically pleasing. As an example, I wanted to replace some old security cameras with new ones. When they were done, it looked as if they were built right into the house. This was a huge improvement over the previous installers work. He has been kind enough to do some other wiring projects for me with the same results. With any behind the wall work, he repairs the drywall in clean seamless manner. As far as clean lines go, I have had him install a server rack and do some cable management. Well, the cable management on the server rack was truly a work of art. It just looks so good. Even my non technical friends stare at the flashing lights and cables. And somehow the spaghettis wires for my computer desk all disappeared. Second, he has a can do attitude. All you have to do is give him an idea of where you want to go with a project, and he will guide you there. If he can do it, he will suggest materials and the necessary parts. He has great intuition about what you really want (even though you may not know it). He will think of things that you do not. On a personal side, Donald is polite, courteous, and very easy going. He diligently follows appropriate Covid 19 protocols. I highly recommend you hire him.
