We have rented travel trailers from Bishop RV for at least 3 years. Kevin has always provided excellent service and advice. Last May when we came for Mule Days, he had trimmed tree branches that allowed the trailer to be parked further into the shade and also prevented damage to the roof of the trailer. We were very comfortable in our trailer and truly enjoyed it! It's a big plus to just take out our own personal belongings at the end of the stay, and leave the moving, dumping and deep cleaning to Bishop RV! My trailer broke down on the side of the road and Kevin and Alan took care of us beyond our wildest hopes. We had some major repairs that were done with speed and professionalism. I don't know what we would have done without them. They dropped everything to get us off the side of the road to safety. We met Kevin late June of 2020 as we began our summer escape of C19. From the moment I asked "is this a service you provide to all the campers here?" Kevin was warm and accommodating. We've spent the majority of the summer at a campsite he services and have gotten to know Kevin pretty well, we've also noticed that many of the other long term campers know and use him loyally as well. I can't imagine this summer without his wide knowledge base and willingness to help us out, even though we did not start out as customers of his RV rental company. He has helped us find local help for anything he was not able to answer himself and has gone far out of his way to help us in ways which had nothing to do with any business or service he provides. Kevin is just an all around excellent business man, with well above average customer service. While we own our own RV, we now regularly send our friends who don't own RVs to Bishop RV Rentals; Leaving us envious of the beautiful, brand new, and highly efficient RV's our friends now stay in. Tried to work with them last year. They said they had availability, then got back to me a few hours later after I had booked my site and said that they had nothing. Put me in a tough situation. Then tried again this year and they charge huge fees for delivery of $100 plus $80 extended fee. Then they called and said they have no availability AGAIN. I do not recommend them. They have a tough time with reliability, availability, and will not negotiate off their price at all. Even when they burned you in the past. If you want to pay full pop and pay all these bogus fees they are great! read more

I have been working with Bishop RV Rentals since last year, they have been pleasant to work with. Some of the events that we have dealt with are due to COVID-19 and out of their control. However, we received an email LAST night, 9 days before our trip letting us know that their US Forest Service Permit had been canceled for 2020 and they needed to cancel our reservations for French Camp!!! They suggested we try and find another private campground that they COULD deliver to and make new reservations. I've had to take the day off work, and have been calling everywhere with NO luck! We have just gotten back from a trip to Convict Lake and I wanted to write this as soon as we got home to tell everyone what a wonderful experience we had working with Kevin and Brandy. From the moment we booked with them till today as we were leaving had to be the best camping experience my husband and I ever had. We rented the bunkhouse trailer and everything was perfect. Beautiful, clean trailer was there when we arrived and had everything we needed. Kevin even came up on the second day to help with an electrical issue for my husband who sleeps with a c-pap machine. This team provides you with everything you could ever need. We brought our 2 dogs with us which was made this trip so memorable as one of them is 16 years old and making our old man happy was a true highlight of this trip. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this Bishop RV Rentals. We just got back from our camping trip in Bishop this past sunday (august 1st-5th). We rented the 28ft Keystone Springdale for our family of 4 and there was plenty of space. We easily could have had 1 additional family stay with us. Prior to our trip Brandy answered all of our questions via texts/phone/email. They make everything so easy and effortless. Kevin delivered the RV early for us since we got into town a little earlier than expected. The Trailer was set up and ready to go for us when we arrived to the camp site. The RV was extremely clean and in great condition. Everything worked great from the Ac/Heater, shower, oven, stove, etc. And before arrival, Kevin was thorough about explaining how to work everything in the trailer.
