Daniel came to our rescue! We booked an RV months ago and the renter cancelled on us at the last minute most likely to make more money on the rental than he would've with our booking. I spent an entire day searching for a replacement but had zero luck. I looked into trailers around the campground thinking maybe someone could deliver one to our site. What can I say besides Daniel is the Man. We were scrambling for a last min trailer to rent for our amazing camping trip that we had planned. I found RV Rentals and called them right away. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from Daniel. First of all he always responds in a quick and timely manner. He's very easy to work with and always answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), he was also very accommodating and went above and beyond to work out a pick up and drop off time. We took the trailer to oceano dunes so we definitely wanted to see what we can and cant do. Throughout our trip Daniel would send a text to see how the trip is going, which is always nice and shows he cares about your experience. Secondly the trailer was in great condition! Practically a brand new trailer! Everything is in working order. Daniel has the trailer equipped with everything you need! Outside shower, generator (which we weren't gonna take but luckily he recommended and thankfully we took it!!), bedding, utensils, pots and pans, cups. He also has chairs and a grill. He went over all of the features of the trailer in full detail and even when we were out in the dunes he would answer all of my calls and texts when I would have a question on how to use it. I rented an RV this past weekend for labor day weekend. As the owner, Daniel, advertised, his company drops off and will pick up. That was extremely convenient seeing as our truck was being used to haul our JetSki. Drop off/pick up was an extreme bonus! I looked into other RV rental companies, as I am always looking for the best deal...both financially and luxurious. Selecting a rental from Daniel was a no brainer! I was impressed on the cleanliness as well as how updated RvRentals559 keeps their Rvs. They clearly are serviced regularly since everything functioned properly. We were camping at Don Pedro Lake and it was very hot. We left the AC running in the RV 24/7 for the 4 days were rented it. He never malfunctioned. I was impressed on the amount of vents it has to keep the RV cool once the AC is turned on. The AC worked super well, blowing out air with such strength and was a complete lifesaver. We did not have any complaints. My deposit was refundable and was refunded in a timely manner. Daniel, was very patient and responded rapidly to all of my questions/concerns. I have already left my deposit for next Labor Day weekend in 2022 to ensure my rental will be reserved. With that being said, I'd highly recommend RVRentals559.
