I highly recommend RV Rentals 559. Daniel was easy to work with. He made himself available and was very flexible. We have rented several RV's in the past and have to say that we experienced some of the best service from Daniel. We camped at Bass lake and had the RV delivered and set up as a service. For some reason the camp host was difficult to work with and Daniel was patient and professional during the on time delivery. The RV was clean and came equipped with everything needed. The RV was exactly as described on the website and everything worked. He took the time to go over everything with us before leaving. Daniel called and checked in with us during our stay and made sure we were taken care of. I text Daniel Sunday night with a question and he responded within a minute or so to answer my question. I would highly recommend RV Rentals 559 for their services and plan to use them again the next time we are in the areas they serve In addition I'd like to add that Jeff picked up the trailer when we were done and he was punctual and courteous as well.

    Camp set up.

Susan was very prompt with communication and friendly so everything went smoothly from reservation to picking up and returning. When picking up, they gave my husband and me a thorough walk-through and showed us where everything was and how to use them properly. The RVs were clean and equipped with pretty much everything, from pots and pans to camping chairs to lanterns. They also gave good pointers on how to get into Yosemite. For example, the first time we rented from them it was raining. They advised us to take Route 140 instead of Wawona Road because Route 140 was flatter and safer. I truly appreciate them making my RV rental experience hassle free and my RV camping experience at Yosemite phenomenal. I highly recommend them and glad that I was able to support local business!

Perfect long weekend and it would be a fun adventure for any couple or family interested in exploring Yosemite. A great experience plus you minimize the amount of time driving this by renting close to Yosemite.

When we decided to buy a new trailer in September 2016, my husband felt strongly about keeping the business local so we agreed on a 2017 rig at RVs4Less. NEVER, EVER have we received such awful customer service from day one. There were red flags from the beginning as we look back. Things that never felt right. We should have walked but we didn't. We figured that since we purchased a brand new rig we wouldn't need or have worries with warrenties. The first time we used our awning after owning the trailer for only 2 months we noticed 3 small holes in the fabric. Large enough to be an issue. This began our first service issue. It took us 6 months of fighting for what we were owed to finally get the awning replaced. We were ignored, disrespected and lied to time and time again. The owner wouldn't even talk to us even though we saw him on site. When it was finally agreed that it needed to be replaced the manager (owners daughter) said "If we take care of this for you, we need you to give us a positive review on the yelp." Um no! When we picked up the trailer and took it camping we realized that someone on the lot had used the toilet. It was full of _ _ _ _ and clogged. We called immediately and were told "oh we ask our employees not to do that" What????? Fast forward 2 years. We called for yet another appointment for more warrenty issues. We were hopeful that since it was under new management things would be better. We had an appointment and my husband told the service manager it was all warrenty work. They set a date for us to bring it in. Two days later we get a call telling us "oh we stopped selling that brand a year or two ago so we don't do warrenty work on them. You need to come and get it." What the hell??? You sold us a brand new rig.and bragged about your service. You told us very very clearly that we could bring any warrenty or extended warrenty work to you whenever we needed! Now, it's no longer convenient for you?? You never even notified us of this change in warrenty policies. We had a list of 6 things that needed attention but rvs 4less wanted to tow it to Fresno to have the work done. We bought local and expect local service. Good customer service would have said, "Let's take care of these small things for you this time since you purchased from us and you were never notified, but next time you'll know to go to Fresno." My husband has asked for two days to speak with the owner. No call yet. He went in person to talk to the service manager and got the same story. The service manager moved our trailer out to the shoulder of Hwy41 for my husband to hook up (rather than allowing him to hook up in the lot) and this put him in a dangerous situation. The trailer was so close to the highway that he had to pull onto the hwy to back up. Just another example in our eyes of the lack of respect for their customers. We STRONGLY Suggest that you drive the extra miles to save yourself the same aggravation.

This time we camped at Bass Lake, and it was my job to find a trailer rental company. EZ Campin was a gem of a find! Communication with the owners was timely and accurate, they even kept me up to date on the national forest's changing policies. We arrived at the Cedar Bluff campground (warning! Theft alert!), to find that our camper trailer was already being set up ahead of schedule. We also noted several other EZ Campin rentals in our loop and at the same campground. Quintin and Larry gave us the simple instructions, and everything worked beautifully and exactly like it should. The fridge was cold and ready to load. The awning was extended and the trailer was level. Everything inside was neat and tidy and fresh, with little personal touches that were neat to have. When finished, we simply cleaned up the best we could and prepared the trailer for their pick-up. They handled the dumping and hauling and all other aspects. We even payed the small extra fee for a generator, with gas, so we can run the A/C a couple hours a day, which also keeps the trailer's batteries charged, for use of lights in the evening. Fortunately our family has had experience owning an RV and renting RVs and trailers, so we didn't have to explain to the (now adult) children the facts that you have some limitations on how much water or electricity one can use. Conservation is the key. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone!

What a brilliant concept!…read more We had a week-long family vacation at Bass lake, with some of us coming from San Francisco and some flying in from Texas. We got a 25 foot trailer for me, my husband and my parents. Close quarters, yes....but it worked out fine. The brilliance of EZ Campin is the fact that they set up the trailer at your campsite before you even get there! We arrived after driving for ~4 hours with a majorly loaded car to a nice trailer all hooked up, including the generator, a canopy, and a nice big mat as well as an already-cold fridge and freezer. The particular trailer we got was almost brand new and the kitchen was fully stocked. I've doubted what "fully stocked" means before, and packed a lot of my own kitchen stuff because of this....no need. They truly have all the kitchen stuff you would need. The (brand new) coffee pot didn't work for some reason, so we just called them and they gave us a new one. The only drawback is that my 6'1" husband couldn't fit in the bunk beds, on the dinette sleeper or on the couch pull out - they were all too short for him (and my parents got the actual bed!). He ended up using one of the bunk bed pads and sleeping on the floor. Worked fine, but a bummer for him to be sleeping on the floor! I would definitely use them again.

We were sitting on the side of the road with no cell phone reception, trying to figure out what we were going to do, when a truck that had passed us looped back around and offered to tow us (truck and trailer) up the hill to a safe place. Not only did he haul us safely to a gas station where we could sleep for the night, he came BACK the next day to check on us and hauled our trailer one hour to our campsite while my husband had the truck looked at by a mechanic. We chose to have the trailer delivered to Lodgepole campground at the top of the Sequoia National Park because we don't have a car big enough to tow 26 feet and really, even if I did, I wouldn't want to go up that mountain with something that big on that crazy road. Was it a costly addition? Yup. Was it worth it? Hell yes! I would do it again! The rental itself was very reasonable considering we stayed for 6 days. It was the older four winds trailer. Not the newest kid on the block but it got the job done! It did show its age but I wasn't there to enter it into a fashion show. The trailer had nothing inside except for sheets on the main bed and a coffee maker. Bring your own stuff to fill it. Not a big deal since we usually camp and pack that stuff anyway. Would it be a nice amenity? Yes but then it would be more expensive wouldn't it? We opted to dry camp, which meant no generator. They warned us the propane tanks were full but the battery would only last about two days. Haha! Challenge accepted! Made that battery last all six days by only using the stove, fridge, washing dishes sparingly inside and only using the bathroom toilet when necessary - read here middle of night and too lazy and cold to run to camp bathroom. That is why Costco gives us giant lanterns for 19.99. Make sure your campsite can handle the right size trailer, saw more than one person crash a trailer or truck into rocks as they tried and tried to make it fit. Overall would totally use them again! Actually went with other family members who were covering my trailer and want one next year! See ya in 2020, H
