A camper trailer is positioned on a sandy beach during sunset, attached to a black off-road vehicle. The trailer has an extended section with open storage and a small structure on top. The scene includes sand, ocean waves, and a sky with clouds and the setting sun, creating a tranquil coastal setting.

Bought a high end off road Trailer and had a problem I text Jim and he had his mechanic David come out to my house identify the problem got me up and going. Never had service like this almost a year after we bought it. Saved an entire camping trip Epic is highly recommended on your next trailer purchase

Jim was nothing short of AMAZING! Not only did he find me exactly what I wanted when I couldn't find anything I liked on his lot, but he also got it for me for THOUSANDS less than another dealership in town (and all of California). Jim went above and beyond for us. He is a genuine person, he cares about his customers, and he loves what he does. I'm so glad I purchased from Epic instead of another dealer. Highly, highly recommend Jim and his team. Shout out to Clayton too! These guys let you browse and don't suffocate you. When I left the dealership they didn't try to convince me to stay or buy something I didn't want... they simply said 'you'll be back.' And they were right! Thanks again Jim & team!

The image shows a rooftop surface with patches of snow and ice, some areas appearing melted or cleared. A vent is visible near the top left corner, attached to the building's exterior wall. The surface is partially covered by a shadow, likely cast by the building or an object, with sunlight illuminating the right side of the surface. The scene suggests cold weather conditions and an outdoor rooftop setting.

As a follow up to my original experience we had wheels and barrings come loose during a camping trip, plus the dust covers came off. So we made three phone calls to the Epic. service department, two calls directly to the Epic owner and one call to Michael the finance guy due to no returned calls from previous attempts. Then called extended warranty company who had us call Geniuses and spoke to their service manager, who was very helpful. He referred us to Lepard (tire Co.) and they took our claim and resolved the issue. When we purchased the warranty Epic RV told us if any issues arise that fall under warranty to call them first. We ended up having to go through three companies to try and resolve. Epic not only made no effort to resolve the issues under warranty, they didn't even return our calls.

The camper - A black pickup truck is parked parallel to the curb on a paved street, towing a large white and gray travel trailer with multiple windows and dual axles. The trailer is connected to the truck via a hitch, and there are some items, including a blue bag, placed near the hitch area. The background features tall trees and residential buildings, with an overcast sky overhead.

Had a great deal because I payed $cash$$ for my camper. Paid for extra service Roof coating, new batteries, new propane tanks, deep cleaning. Service department was going to check over camper. When it was the day to pick up... Roof was only spot sealed, one out of two new batteries, tanks where original, cleaning was low standard dog hair everywhere, service guy didn't know much about camper. So had to figure things out on my own. Then I was rushed to get out of dealership as they had more campers to pull in. Payed for extended warranty three weeks later one camping trip had a issue. But it's now covered, they might get to look at it in a month. Great prices if you pay cash. If you need to finance. I've put less down on a $50,000 truck

Vortex 3219 - A white RAM 2500 pickup truck with black wheels is parked on a gravel surface, attached to a large Vortex travel trailer featuring gray, black, and white graphics. The trailer is positioned in an outdoor lot with other RVs and trailers visible in the background, under a cloudy sky.

Great place with great prices. I was able to secure my dream toy hauler at an awesome price. I did buy a used unit, and despite that, the staff did a thorough cleaning and even went as far as to caulk sections of the roof as a courtesy. Thanks EpicRV.

Excellent customer service from the entire crew as well. Well worth the drive from the Bay Area to do business with them. I would do it again.

Needless to say there are plenty of places to buy an Rv. We have been RV owners for 35 years and…read morehave had many over the years. When we decided to buy a new trailer in September 2016, my husband felt strongly about keeping the business local so we agreed on a 2017 rig at RVs4Less. NEVER, EVER have we received such awful customer service from day one. There were red flags from the beginning as we look back. Things that never felt right. We should have walked but we didn't. We figured that since we purchased a brand new rig we wouldn't need or have worries with warrenties. The first time we used our awning after owning the trailer for only 2 months we noticed 3 small holes in the fabric. Large enough to be an issue. This began our first service issue. It took us 6 months of fighting for what we were owed to finally get the awning replaced. We were ignored, disrespected and lied to time and time again. The owner wouldn't even talk to us even though we saw him on site. When it was finally agreed that it needed to be replaced the manager (owners daughter) said "If we take care of this for you, we need you to give us a positive review on the yelp." Um no! When we picked up the trailer and took it camping we realized that someone on the lot had used the toilet. It was full of _ _ _ _ and clogged. We called immediately and were told "oh we ask our employees not to do that" What????? Fast forward 2 years. We called for yet another appointment for more warrenty issues. We were hopeful that since it was under new management things would be better. We had an appointment and my husband told the service manager it was all warrenty work. They set a date for us to bring it in. Two days later we get a call telling us "oh we stopped selling that brand a year or two ago so we don't do warrenty work on them. You need to come and get it." What the hell??? You sold us a brand new rig.and bragged about your service. You told us very very clearly that we could bring any warrenty or extended warrenty work to you whenever we needed! Now, it's no longer convenient for you?? You never even notified us of this change in warrenty policies. We had a list of 6 things that needed attention but rvs 4less wanted to tow it to Fresno to have the work done. We bought local and expect local service. Good customer service would have said, "Let's take care of these small things for you this time since you purchased from us and you were never notified, but next time you'll know to go to Fresno." My husband has asked for two days to speak with the owner. No call yet. He went in person to talk to the service manager and got the same story. The service manager moved our trailer out to the shoulder of Hwy41 for my husband to hook up (rather than allowing him to hook up in the lot) and this put him in a dangerous situation. The trailer was so close to the highway that he had to pull onto the hwy to back up. Just another example in our eyes of the lack of respect for their customers. We STRONGLY Suggest that you drive the extra miles to save yourself the same aggravation.

On our first visit we met April, who gave us plenty of space to look around without bothering us. When we were ready, she walked around with us, showing us options that met our criteria, and patiently answered all our questions. We weren't ready to buy, and when we communicated that, she understood. A couple of weeks later, after thinking through the different choices, we came back. April was by then on maternity leave, so we worked with Briana, who was equally friendly, knowledgable, and low-key. The transaction was smooth and painless. No last minute charges, no pressure to buy extended warranty (though one was available if we wanted it). We arranged for financing with our credit union, and that was fine, too (no pressure to take financing through the dealer). On the day we arrived for pick-up, they had cleaned and prepped the trailer, and Luis gave us a thorough walk through, making sure we understood how everything worked, from the smart hitch to the a/c to the slide-out & etc. We had been to another, big RV dealership months earlier, and were so traumatized by the high pressure sales tactics and endless (endless!!!) "follow-up" phone calls that we were paranoid about shopping again, but we had heard good things about Family RV, so we took a chance. Glad we did! I highly recommend this place; we would definitely buy there again.

Their reply is absolutely false. and the comment reply is also not true, I'm not sure what is going…read moreon with this company, but there is a disconnect between the office people and the shop. The office folks continue to try and skew and bend the truth. Side maker lights work was never approved or requested which is documented in email. Damage happened twice on my rig at this shop. Once was covered and fixed, the second damage occurrence, they are denying responsibility. I also paid for all this work far in advance of it being done, in full, which was my mistake, clearly. We are now in small claims court unfortunately due to the company's inability to stand up and do what's right. I think this all started due to the employee we started with Ron who is no longer working there. Originally contacted Family RV to make a 7pin pig tail for our Lance truck camper. That pig tail wasn't done right or something happened to it, intermitent issues with turn signals and brake lights. Decided to take the entire rig in for service to get a new furnace and some electrical work done. New furnace is great, they did work I did not ask for or approve and charged me for it. The rig also was damaged while in their care, exterior was hit and punctured a pretty good hole in the front of the camper. They provided us with a free rental since we had planned to use our RV. That rental's slide out stopped operating at the RV park... They couldn't find the short for the electrical work I asked for... Short story 5800 dollars, a new furnace, repaired damage caused at their shop, the same short, and a new pig tail. We are now in small claims court to get some of the money back for the work that I didn't ask to be done and electrical work that was never identified or fixed. Will definitely not be going back here again.
