This is a review of Steve's repair to our trailer. Recent rains helped us find a leaky skylight in our new trailer. Our first trip out was, unfortunately, to Valley Children's Hospital. Since I couldn't take the trailer in to a dealer, the manufacturer agreed to have a mobile tech do the repair and they gave me the number for AAA. I can't thank Steve enough for coming out and giving his honest assessment, he wouldn't waste my money trying to fix a leaky skylight in the rain. He said cover it and he'd come back when it was drier. I didn't even have to call him back when the rain stopped, he came out when it dried out enough to do the repair. Since then, no more leaks. Rated more stars then Yelp will let me give. Thank you Steve, you made a stressful time less stressful. read more

I had a leak in my water heater and a dead mouse in my furnace. That made a lot of noise. Even though he had to come to my site, I still received prompt and courteous results. I would highly recommend. read more

I did not take my rig here but I want to write a review for the amazing help the gentlemen over the phone gave me. He recommended we go to another shop since they didn't have the part we needed in stock and we needed immediate repair since we were passing through. I really appreciate the time he spent over the phone with me to make a good recommendation since we were having trouble finding a shop that could help us. Thanks! read more

What a great place. I simply made a phone call about our RVs hot water heater. Mike walked me through the fix and we're good to go. I've never even been to the shop, yet he did some troubled shooting with me and got it working. I paid nothing and yet he was willing to walk me through it over the phone. So patient too!! read more

Mike and Steve are the VERY BEST! Attributes: Availability Knowledge Honesty Persistence They stick with the issue UNTIL IT IS SOLVED!! No doubt the most honest and trustworthy RV business we have dealt with in the 8 years we have had our 2000 Bounder Motorhome. THANKS MIKE!! read more

I've used Mike several times for work on my new fifth wheel. Before I even pain him a visit, or any money at all, he helped me troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Since that time he repaired some damage incurred from when my wife backed me into a boulder in our on yard. Not only was Mike fair, it came in so under budget that I didn't have to pay the divorce lawyer I found! Seriously though, it did come under budget enough to nearly pay for the installation of a second air conditioner. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Even if you have a warranty issue on a new RV I would recommend giving them a call. Frankly I'd rather pay to get something done right than wait six months for a dealership to get to the work. Top notch work done for reasonable prices. Can't go wrong with these guys! read more

Mike is the best. He continues to provide excellent knowledge and information and does excellent work! I highly recommend AAA RV Center!

UPDATE: returned nearly 3 years later and this company is still incredible. Had an emergency issue and Mike came to my rescue (again!) walking me through a fix. Very patient and smart. Whatever your RV issue, call or go see the folks at AAA RV, you will be glad you did. read more

Don't call Camping World, CALL MIKE !!! My RV refrigerator kept shutting off and i was two weeks away from a long RV trip. Camping World said they could look at it in 3 months??? Mike said bring it in next week. I picked it up in one day and paid less than half of what all the other guys charge. Mike gave me his cell phone number and said if I had any problems on my trip to call him and he would help me out. Don't call those other guys , CALL MIKE !! read more

Mike at AAA RV Center saved our vacation at Shaver Lake recently. We were having electrical issues with our 5th wheel trailer and he was able to walk us thru a process to at least be able to have a working trailer with lights and heater! He was extremely professional and was genuinely trying to help us. I would highly recommend AAA RV Center for any future needs! Michele at Shaver Lake read more

This probably was the best customer service I have ever received servicing my rv. Mike is awesome, he walks you thru what he is going to look for, and tells you exactly how he is planing to fix the issue. The price was very reasonable. I am glad I found this place. read more

We are very grateful to Mike at AAA RV Repair for his help and compassion during a difficult time. We were camping in Hanford, CA with the temps into the 90s when our RV AC died! We called RV repair folks all over the area and were told they didn't have a replacement unit and/or didn't have time to install it for 6-8 weeks. Whaaat? What about emergency situations? Not trying to fit us in when we're in a pickle is just mean. My husband called Mike and he searched and searched for a new AC unit for us and, when he found one, he scheduled us for installation the next morning at 8am. Thank you, Mike, thank you! Not only were we hot in our RV, but our 2 Labrador Retrievers were panting like mad. We were showering them in cold water and making them sit in front of a fan to keep them cool(er). We live in Florida and had 2 more weeks left on our trip. We would have really been in trouble if we didn't have AC for the rest of our time in CA, not to mention for our trip home to the Southeast where it's not just hot but super humid too. We highly recommend AAA RV Repair in Fresno! read more

This is a small company run by the two owners. They are professional and knowledgeable and honest. They made an appointment for us and even allowed us to add on to what needed to be done. The job was excellent and our rig was ready when promised, and their prices were awesome! If you need anything done on your coach in the way of repair, give them a call. read more

WOW - I'd go here in a heartbeat!!! I called with a question about a used RV accessory that I was considering buying. The man I talked with was SOOO helpful. My boyfriend and I are from Fort Bragg, CA and just starting the process of looking for a trailer but we are rookies when it comes to what to look for when purchasing one. I called Mike because I was looking for someone to do a pre-purchase inspection on a trailer we were interested in. Instead Mike ended up helping us figure out if the the guys selling was trying to offload a junk trailer on us before we made the long drive down there. He personally checked out the ad and called the guy. Ended up being a bogus trailer and mike saved us from driving down there and buying it! Thanks again Mike we really appreciated all you taught us and for going out of your way to help us for no other reason other than to help us out! read more

You found a great RV Repair shop here! Great service. Friendly, helpful, reliable, experienced - all around great outfit to work with. A/C crapped out on first day of vaca and Mike came thru for us! And AAA RV repair is top notch. I called them they took my RV in, and within an hour and I was bringing my rig into repair. 24 hours later they had all repairs done as discussed and everything worked perfectly. They didn't try to overcharge me or find new things to repair. I would recommend AAA RV repair to anyone read more

I was camping in Yosemite when my furnace went out. I called Mike and he walked me through some simple diagnostics that might have helped me fix it myself. We decided it was either a motor or a control board and parts would need to be ordered. So Mike made a recommendation of a good RV park in Fresno and after our week in the mountains we drove to Fresno and Mike met us just as we arrived on a Friday afternoon. He and his partner took out the furnace and left with it. In a few days, they returned with the furnace and a new control board all tested out, re-installed the furnace, checked the propane system for leaks and were on their way. Very knowledgeable and helpful, fair prices and fantastic service. read more

Just called for a service apt and were booked and gave me advice over the phone. Super recommend.

I've never used AAA before, but I called Mike to see if I could get an appointment to get my RV's electrical system fixed. He walked me through a troubleshooting process over the phone, and after 45 minutes, I was able to find the problem and fix it myself. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This time it cost me nothing, but I would not hesitate to have my coach serviced there. Rarely have I had such excellent service from someone I've never even met. read more

While traveling from Colorado through California to visit friends, our refrigerator in our motorhome went out and stopped working, no power. I called and talked to Mike and explained what was happening. Mike gave me a couple of suggestions over the phone to check. One of those suggestions fixed the problem and got us on our way. I would highly recommend Mike and his company for any RV work you need done. read more

After a long day on the road, My wife and I just pulled in to Blackstone RV park in Fresno, and after parking our 32' RV, I attempted to lower the Level Legs and discovered that they didn't work. I got out the literature and couldn't fine the answer. We called Mike at AAA RV Mobile once and he started the research and called us back no less than three times trying different resolutions. He discovered that we were missing the "Trouble Shooting" section in our manual. Mike not only walked me through the steps to fix my problem, he also emailed me the section that I was missing, Mike spent no less than 90 minutes either talking to me, or researching the problem. He did all this for absolutely no charge! Mike truly exemplifies caring customer service. Would recommend him to anyone. read more

We were traveling through Yosemite when our coach thermostat quit. I called Mike at AAA and wanted to bring my coach in, but , as busy as he was, he talked me through some troubleshooting and solved the problem in minutes. You simply don't find this type of competent and selfless level of service much anymore, especially in the RV repair industry. I would take my coach into this shop any day! Thanks Mike. read more

We just picked up our 5th wheel from AAA RV. We highly recommend this business. The two owners are wonderful people who not only do a great job with your trailer but they're willing to help you over the phone. Who does that? We took our trailer in on Monday it was ready on Thursday. We had several issues that were fixed and we even added on a couple of things at the last minute, they fixed those too. We needed our windows resealed, one of the owners, Mike, told us it's easy to do that yourself. He went so far as to email us the name of the company where we could buy the window seals. These fine men are professional and good at their jobs. The price we were charged was much less than we would have paid somwhere else. They checked the brakes on our rig and were honest enough to tell us we didn't need any work done on them. These people are fantastic, if you have any trouble with your RV give them a call, you won't regret it. read more
