He was very friendly and went right to work. After a few minutes of troubleshooting he found that it is a blown fuse. He replaced it and I was back in business. Since I couldn't take the trailer in to a dealer, the manufacturer agreed to have a mobile tech do the repair and they gave me the number for AAA. I can't thank Steve enough for coming out and giving his honest assessment, he wouldn't waste my money trying to fix a leaky skylight in the rain. He said cover it and he'd come back when it was drier. I didn't even have to call him back when the rain stopped, he came out when it dried out enough to do the repair. Since then, no more leaks. Rated more stars then Yelp will let me give. Thank you Steve, you made a stressful time less stressful.

I recently took my 2022 Winnebago Solis 59PX to A Class RVs after my factory rooftop solar panel…read morefailed and stopped charging my coach batteries. Because the original panel is glued directly to the fiberglass pop-top roof, removing it without damaging the finish takes real care. I met with Luke and Dave, who were great about letting me bring in my own replacement gear, including a new 200W Renogy flexible solar panel, heavy-duty mounting tapes, roof sealant, and extension cables. Luke handled most of the work and did an awesome job. He safely stripped off the dead panel and old adhesive, prepped the roof, and mounted and sealed the new panel cleanly. He also wired it into my existing Xantrex charge controller and tested everything to make sure it was pulling a strong, steady charge. Best of all, the turnaround time was just 3 days from drop-off. Straightforward communication, fair pricing, and top-notch workmanship from Luke and Dave. Communication with Jeannine - the front-office staff was clear and quick as well.
