    The sales person was patient and thorough, information was as easy to get, the price was clear, and…read morethe process straight forward. I wanted to buy a latex model used car with all the current safety options. Thomas, the sales person, listened carefully when I discussed what I was looking for. We talked about the vehicles I thought would best meet my needs. He brought up more than a dozen cars the company had in inventory in the region . He provided complete information on each including repair history. Thomas patiently answered my many questions as we narrowed down the alternatives . I never felt pressured. I settled on one I wanted to test drive. The sales person arranged to have that car brought to Visalia at no cost to me. He allowed me to test drive the car and demonstrated how each knob, button, and switch operated. I was skeptical about the car buying process employed by this dealership. I first went to traditional dealerships without much luck. That experience led me to explore the CarMax option. Friends also had a good experience with Car Max.

    So I was contacted today by the supervisor working on getting the repair done to my car. This is…read morethe recording of the call... You: Okay, so can you repeat that for me one more time? Participant: Yeah, that we will fix it um, if you will allow us to fix it, but we will be using our vendor. You: Right, And you did, you did reiterate to the general manager that I did use your guys' vendor once already that they did a bad job on it. And then I also went and did the 2 quotes that we had talked about. And that wasn't my idea, if you remember, right? That was your idea. So I did go out on my own to go get those 2 quotes Participant: I said, if you wanted to do that, and I said that I was going to talk to my team about other possible vendors You: Right. Participant: I spoke with the technicians, which I did, and if we had a different vendor, we would use our vendor 1st You: We did use your vendor You: And no, that is not what you said entirely Participant: That was my commitment You: You told me (gets cut off) Participant: Okay, sir, well, that's what we stand on. I have nothing else to say. I did it inform my location general manager and that's where we stand. You're more than welcome to come in Monday, I just wanted to make sure that I communicated that with you, You: Okay. You: can you tell me what the general manager's name is for the location? Participant: Yeah, I mentioned it to you the other day. It is Matthew secarian You: can you tell me who the supervisor was? I spoke with prior to you when I initially took the vehicle for the repair? Participant: Um, I believe it was Justine. You: what's was her last name? . Participant: Ever Diaz. - I have this phone call recorded and am going to submit it to corporate as you can hear when she gets irritated I'm simply asking about supervisors for reference. Horrible customer service.
