I didn't argue over price, I said my one criteria was just assure me you get a car quickly for me. No returned phone calls no follow up with me after we agreed on price/terms. Sad. Maybe everyone has hammered dealers for so long for being too aggressive, now they don't seem to really care if they follow up and get a deal done. Weird. When it came down to paperwork salesmen went over everything in a very fast pace, I requested for a print out of the contract & as he attempted to print it he said "the printer stopped working" & proceeds to email it instead. As i check the contract on the email the APR was not 5% instead it was 8.24%. These guy were celebrating after i had made my purchase assuming it was a good commission check. Mind you all, i had a outstanding credit score with pre approval from the bank. I would love to continue buying from you all but this is very demoralizing for the client & gives a bad first impression of the company.

They said the warranty does not cover tires because how do they know she didn't drive over a nail after purchase. The warranty clearly states it covers tires in the first thirty days. My mom needed the situation addressed so she went to a nearby mom-and-pop place and they said the problem was a valve. They did not charge her. So what does the 30 day warranty cover? It says "tires" but does that mean something else? How do I resolve this issue?
