The service was a little weird because the server takes your drink order food order and then doesn't come back around to check if you need anything so it was meh. Service was excellent, it was busy, but food was served hot and in a timely fashion. Wait staff was friendly and right on time with additional coffee and to go boxes. Today, I stopped by Biscuits Café to grab some lunch, and was greeted by Jeanine the Queen, who was bubbling with positive energy. She showed me the best choices on the menu, then gave me time to decide what I wanted. The strawberry chicken salad arrived quickly, and was as fresh as could be. My colleague and I recently paid a visit to this establishment, with high hopes fueled by the positive reviews. However, we were rather disheartened by our experience. Our order took an exorbitant amount of time to arrive, and the culinary offerings did not meet our expectations in terms of quality. Furthermore, I regret to inform you that the promised provision of sugar-free syrup was never fulfilled, and to our astonishment, real butter was not even available.I can't believe we actually tried their steak. Great food, a bit pricey, two stars off only because they are lacking in the customer service department, First time I went to the Bell Rd location, actually not sure if it's considered Bell rd but it's in the north part of the Home Depot parking lot in Sun City. Any way, we waited an hour sitting there watching everyone else get served, finally a waitress took our drink order , got coffee, well we waited and waited finished coffee and decided to give up. Second visit, waited plenty but the kicker my husband got his food and I didn't, waited too long and no apologies. Traveled to PHX from CA and couldn't eat fastest enough. In turn, I Yelped restaurants serving breakfast in the Glendale area. Biscuit Cafe popped up first because it had a five star rating, so I decided to go there. However, what I didn't realize was there was only one review on Yelp. Therefore, I didn't know what expect and decided to check it out anyways...I'm so glad that I did!!! The restaurant opened two weeks ago and it's a franchise with restaurants in multiple states. Super cute restaurant with plenty of seating and nice decor. Seated right away...they serve the best house coffee!!! I took a sip of my coffee and instantly fell in love with the flavor it. Couldn't get enough of it and took a to-go cup home with me, Yummy breakfast and excellent customer service. Can't wait to go back! read more

Great food! Had the biscuits and sausage gravy and was a very filling portion size for the price. Came at around 10am on a Sunday for 2 and was seated immediately. Line started pouring in towards the latter part of the day and can get up to 30-50 min wait times if you went at the usual 12pm time. Friendly staff and food took around 20-30 minutes to get to us after ordering. Will be coming back here again! read more

I visited this location on June 7, 2025 with high hopes of having a really good experience. I ordered the biscuit breakfast that came with you want them choice of meat, potato, and a choice of bread. I ordered my eggs over medium, which came out really well, a order of bacon, order of red potato with very well cooked to perfection and a biscuit.. When I got my order, the first mistake lady my without place belong to. And I was missing my biscuit. When I got my biscuit, it was not warm and it was hard and I asked the server for a fresh biscuit. I was told that they were making fresh biscuits and that I would receive my biscuit shortly. As time went on, I had a cup of coffee that was near the end. I had to ask another server to top off my coffee and replace my creamer of choice because the bowl I had was full of creamers that I did not ask for. I waited and I waited until I had to speak with a server that was not my server, letting her know that I was very unhappy with my meal. The reason for my unhappiness was, I waited so long that my bacon was cold, my potatoes were cold, and there was no way to take a over medium egg home and reheat it it defeats the purpose of having a over medium egg. Although they had offered to hurry up and remake my plate, my cousin was already done with her breakfast so I declined. So that's the reason for my two star because here it is after getting to the restaurant at 9:25 AM sitting so long for breakfast leaving the restaurant at 10:30 AM and I'm still starving.. Again, I had really high hopes on having a biscuit from this and I was very disappointed. read more

Well I wanted to come here for my birthday brunch, but they put down the wrong phone number and we were missed after a 25 minute wait. Then we went in to get an update and give them the correct number, they said it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, and a whole hour wait, didn't hear anything and decided to leave. read more

My husband, son, and I were visiting from California last weekend and ate breakfast here since the reviews were good. We got there around 9:30am and waiting about 15 minutes. The waitress was nice, I think her name was Juliessa, and even cleaned up the mess from my 3 year old spilling his orange juice. She also brought him crayons and paper while we waited for food.
