Chicken fried steak in the back. Glass of OJ just outside of the bisquit. The Bert Omelette in the foreground.

We decided to go here this Saturday morning for breakfast. It's near to our house but our first time to this location. We were met by the friendly hostess who brought us to a table and provided with menus and set-ups in the main inside area. Well-lighted and not very noisy but with a good view of the restaruant. Our server, also very friendly and warm, soon came and took our drink orders and answered all of wifey's questions. She asked for a glass of OJ, the chicken fried steak with home fries, eggs over easy and the busquit. I asked for the Bert omelette with swiss cheese, home fries and sour dough toast. Service was epic. Our server was wonderful. You should have seen the huge glass of OJ that came out. Wow! Wife remarked that the order included two proteins, the eggs and the chicken fried steak, which she though was unusual but which she was happy to have. My omelette was also more than enough! No complaints there. But something was off. The omelette was somewhat bland, even with the chunky tomato salsa and the in-house hot sauce, and the home fries were dry. That's a kitchen thing and maybe just here as I've had better at other Bisbee locations in Tucson. Wifey expressed similar feelings about her chicken fried steak. So there is room for improvement.

This place has an old town diner feel. Big murals cover the walls with Tucson and Bisbee landmarks painted. Slices of pies in a case as you walk in. There is a large covered patio with tables and greenery. We were seated immediately and the waiter was pleasant. They had some alcohol, but We didn't try it. I had the California omelet with hash browns and wheat toast. The omelet was good. I had some of their local hot sauce with it . Decent flavor. Prices were reasonable. Mom ordered something with a biscuit. That thing was huge and looked yummy. If I went back, I would definitely order something with those biscuits. My only complaint was my toast was burnt. I imagine if I would have complained, they would have fixed it. Definitely a cool breakfast spot.

Bisbee Breakfast Club is open early and a quick drive away, making it a convenient spot for breakfast. They also have gluten-free pancake batter :). The interior typically is decorated in a fun way, and service is fast and friendly. The food is good...a step above diner, but nothing fancy. There will be something for everyone on the menu. I usually get a GF chocolate chip pancake, and my partner changes it up each time. We enjoy coming here when we need an early start to the day.

Wrap and lemonade outside on the patio.

Bisbee Breakfast Club - Worth the Wait Every Time We stopped into the Bisbee Breakfast Club on our last trip through town, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the minute we walked in, it felt welcoming and cozy--like an old-school diner with a fun, artsy twist. The walls are full of character, the service is friendly without being overbearing, and the whole place just has this laid-back, hometown vibe. The food? Incredible. The menu is big without feeling overwhelming, and everything we ordered was packed with flavor. I went for the Baja Benny (highly recommend!)--it's their take on eggs benedict, but with green chiles and house-made chorizo that added just the right amount of spice. Perfectly poached eggs, creamy hollandaise... honestly one of the best bennies I've had anywhere. My partner got the Banana Nut French Toast, which was sweet, nutty, and super satisfying without being too heavy. Read the full write up on Casa Saguaro's website.

From different directions we came here to share a meal. I had the Rueben and a side of Cole slaw. Sandwich was good but the slaw was dry. Very nice to sit in the open air patio. Service was excellent. View from my parking spot attached.

They handled me and my 4-year old perfectly. Found us a breakfast table, served us quickly, and engaged my toddler. Great experience. Thank you.

Service was epic! Food was delicious. What else do you need? I'd def be back for breakfast!

The Prep Omelette was seriously so delicious and seasoned to perfection. It was well balanced and cooked well. The potatoes! YUM! They were crispy but still soft. The toast and jam...that jam is to die for! Husband enjoyed his french toast and fruit, as well! We were both very impressed. Service was good too, I was never in need of anything, and my coffee was filled when I needed it! It was also very clean and wasn't overly expensive. The donuts and pop tarts in the case looked amazing, but we didn't try them. Next time! What a gem you have here! Highly recommend!

Every dish we have tried has been fresh, tasty and great presentation. They always have a diverse spread of pastries so we grab a few to take home. All of their pastries have been amazing. My favorite is their cronut and the raspberry pop tart. Lastly and maybe most importantly, is their delicious drinks. I love the butterfly pea mimosa! Their butterfly pea palmer is great as well. YUMMY! Their service is always great. Attentive and friendly servers. The ambiance is lovely as well- very welcoming, nicely decorated and a bright open space. The patio is quite large and dog friendly. One of the best brunch spots around- we look forward to coming back.

I wouldn't say that it is top of the line cooking, but it is very delicious and definitely worth a visit this side of town. Parking can be a little challenging, they do share a parking lot with other businesses, but close in, there are not that many spots. Service is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Interesting atmosphere with flamingos galore and other things decorating the inside. Gives it somewhat of a party and fun feel. Food comes out in a timely manner even when they are very busy. Prices are reasonable. Give it a try, I think you'll like it. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Also, the plates are enormous, so you'll definitely have some leftovers. If you're near the airport and looking for breakfast, skip Denny's and Waffle House and opt for Sunny Daze. The price point is the same (actually probably better), so you just get way more bang for your buck. Easy choice.

Teaspoon is one of the best overall restaurants in Tucson…read more I've been here a few times over the last year or so. It has never disappointed in service, quality or taste. (well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. I love food too, and I love here. Try this place. Today.

As a whole, I feel like the side pairing of challah toast with jam and butter is an odd choice. I also ordered the iced Thai tea, which was quite weak. Overall--I wasn't really feeling it. When you go to Teaspoon, you're really paying for ambience over quality. There's no issue with the service here, from hosts to wait staff. The food is simply underwhelming, and thus so is the experience. I wouldn't be mad to return, but I don't know if this would ever be my suggestion.

We came during May, when it starts to get warm, but he did well since there is a good amount of shade out on their patio and they provided a nice big water bowl for our special boy. The staff also were kind enough to move one of our chairs out of the way so our dog had lots of room to lay down. Staff were all very kind and never seemed annoyed with the dog (you can always tell at a restaurant if they are, and they were very happy to accommodate him). Very dog friendly!! The food: We gotta talk about their French onion soup. It was pretty dang delicious! The broth itself is quite nice, a nice cheese portion, and the baguette was divine. I also had their French Connection sandwich (with a side of fries), and it had a great combo of ooey, gooey cheese, firm and flavorful ham, and served on a really delicious loaf. Really solid fries, too. We didn't end up getting any drinks but saw several people ordering yummy looking bites. If (but likely when) we come back to Tucson, I'm making a point to return to Cup Cafe!
