Roberto and Roberto Jr made sure I was familiar with their menu and made me feel like a long time friend that was at the truck for the first time... i sampled so much stuff While I was waiting for my 4 tacos that I was able to share with two co workers when I got back to work.... I had the birria de Rex con caldo for starters. Amazing! Then I had the taco de birria con quedo another amazing experience! My boyfriend ordered the quesadilla de birria we shared it! It was perfection! And my boyfriend also had the menudo and let me tell you good portion plenty of meat and super flavorful! Doing laundry just got better! The service was great! It's a family owned business that a father and son run. It's outside of the laundry mat we come to so now we look forward to coming in the morning so we have have our late breakfast! 1. They specialize in their Birria which we ordered in a taco, to give it a try! Soooo good! The meat was tender and flavorful and with the chili they offer made specially for their Birria made it even more amazing! 2. I ordered carne asada tacos and my boyfriend ordered the al pastor tacos. I think he asada needed a little more salt so I added more (they have salt) and it was great. I also added some grilled onions which gave it a sweet taste. Something different but good. I couldn't taste my boyfriends because I'm allergic to pork but he said his were good as well. 3. They have Jamaica and horchata and your normal drinks (soda and water). The Jamaica needed a bit more sugar but nonetheless it went great with my tacos. Brian (my boyfriend) said the horchata was made perfectly . 4. On a Saturday or Sunday come on over for some of their Birria broth (consume de birria). Soooooo good me and Brian devoured it!!! 5. They have all your fixings for you such as onions raw and grilled, cilantro, lemon, radish, and three chilies! As a customer on their first day, I'm really impressed! The food was great and so was the service! They said that they're starting off early and ending early on the weekends as far as their hours go but I sure hope they flourish and will be able to extend their hours! Keep it up guys! read more
