If you are looking for quality tacos at a good price hire these guys! They were extremely punctual and very attentive with all of our guests. They also provided us with trays for all of our leftovers and even left extra cooked and uncooked tortillas. They were also courteous enough to ask how our Covid protocols were going to be for our party so they could comply. I came across Tacos El Diablito and spoke to Olivia. Olivia was on it and provided excellent customer service. Anytime we had a question, Olivia was prompt in responding. I had a party and they came on time to set up and the food Was AMAZING!! They even brought plates forks and cups !! The horchata was BOMB .. and they stayed for a while !! All my guest were able to eat ! And i still had a lot of left overs left ! They were so nice that they even helped me put all the leftovers away for me !! After communicating for months with Olivia and meeting them in person at an event I was excited to have them cater for my birthday party. It was explicitly stated in our emails that they would serve for 3 hours for the amount of people, I asked if our guests would be able to get as much as they would like or if there was a limit . I was told that tacos el diablito would provide enough for guests to eat as much as they'd like. I asked that they serve between 6-9 they arrived early prepped and began to serve to our guests at 6pm . At 7 they said they had run out of food and meat and that they were going to clean up. My family and I were disappointed to see that we were promised service for 100 people for 3 hours and that they had run out of food only 1 hour later. The explanation we got was they serve per plate . They had served around 100 plates. Clearly we were upset that they had said everyone would be served and eat as much as they'd like and that they had run out of food in 1 hour ! If we had known that they only were prepared to serve for 1 hour and not the 3 that we were told they would we would have never booked with them. We felt robbed as we were promised something that was not delivered. Truly unhappy with our experience hiring tacos el diablito. read more
