One time they offered an Ivory King Salmon, I've never heard of it before and looked it up. Apparently it's very rare and makes up on 5% of King Salmon species. Super glad I ordered it, it's buttery, mild flavor reminded me of black cod. But their other menu items are nothing to ignore. I've had the roasted marinated lamb, and they also offer $15 dollar pasta Wednesdays. Recently I had the Linguine with meatballs, it tasted homemade - like the Nonna's were in the kitchen! IF I have space for dessert, I usually opt for the gallette or cheesecake, both are worthy options to end a satisfying meal. The restaurant had a quaint downtown feel with a welcome lack of pretension. And the food was 5-star level. We started with the chilled caprese which was light and delicious. The balsamic drizzle, one of my favorites, really added to the depth of flavor. My wife ordered the salmon which came with a phenomenal sauce. It was tangy and tasted of dill and really elevated an already flavor- packed meal. I had the Thai pasta dinner which was a fusion of Thai flavors with an Italian flair.
