I recentlyt dined at this restuarant with a group of 9 friends for restaurant week. We had a reservation for 6:30 pm and we were seated in the "party room" as per the hostess. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable.
First, the noise level was unbearable. the room felt more like a Metallica concert than a restaurant. Guests at the opposite table were standing, moving around and excessively loud, making it impossible to have a conversation-even with the person sitting next to me.
To make matters worse, out waitress accidentally spilled a glass of Diet Coke on me, soaking my pants and purse. Mistakes happen, but there was little effort to make up for it.
When it came time to settle the bill, we asked for individual checks and were initially told no because it was "too complicated and takes too much time". However, she said she could split in into groups of three. When one of my friends started walking toward the manager to discuss it, the waitress quickly changed her stance and said she could do it.
Another frustrating moment was when I asked to pack my own to container, and it seemed like an issue. As a customer, I should have that choice.
Now, let's talk about the pricing- $18 for a margarita? I lived in New York , and even there, I've had better drinks for less. This restaurant tries to be high-end, but it completely misses the mark.
RATINGS: (1 poor, 5 best)
ambience 1/5
food 3/5
service 1/5
atmosphere 1/5
overall experience 1/5
We came expecting a nice dinner with friends but instead, we got an obnoxious, headache-inducing experience. I left with ringing ears and zero desire to return.
To conclude, I would never dine at this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. None of us had ever been here before, and after this experience, all of my friends felt the exact same way. read more
