Dara and Channy were absolutely professional and fantastic. I had a lot of muscle soreness from exercise recently and the massage was so therapeutic I felt so much better after the treatment. Pricing was reasonable and the location was easy to find. Parking on nearby streets was easy considering parking overall in Vancouver is a pain in the butt. With the massage I specifically requested treatment at the neck, shoulders and the legs. She was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure. Her technique with stretching my soft tissues were also very much appreciated. I have had tons of massage therapies before, including multiple ones recently in Bali, but today's massage ranks one of the best ones I have ever had. It's not in a luxury resort, not in some fancy establishment, but you will get luxury treatment. I am very appreciative of their expertise and care today. A throbbing headache I had going in was miraculously gone, and my skin felt good. After the facial, Dianne left the room as I got up and dressed. I had expected to see her outside but another lady at the reception desk checked me out. I was surprised and a bit disappointed that I didn't have the chance to say goodbye to Dianne and thank her; she made a quickie get-away without saying goodbye to me. Kinda wierd. The lady at the reception desk offered me some "specials" on future facials and treatments before I left. I appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell. The prices seemed good but I declined. Note: although there is some one-hour parking on W. Broadway, and metered parking too, if you drive down the side streets or on the street parallel to Broadway behind the spa, there is free parking with either a two-hour limit or no limit, depending on where exactly you find a spot. They do everything here from, hair color to cuts, to mani and pedis, to fascial sand threading!! They really do try to embody all beauty all in one place. The front staff is very polite and they will take your coat and give you a tour if you have never been there before. I found a Groupon for a manicure and wanted Shellac, that's what lead me this way. I really don't know why anyone would bother with regular nail polish anymore. It lasts me about 2-3 days lol. Anyways, they are knew to doing nails and so only have one table. I wonder if they will add more in the future! The lady that did my nails was a lovely Irish import that I enjoyed chatting with during my treatment. She took great care and time with my nails and did an impeccable job. It was a full 60mins and she did it properly!! It is a bit expensive with $15 added to their Manicure rate of $40. They also charge you for shellac removal. I probably wouldn't come here on the regular for these prices but if you want to treat yourself or find a Groupon they do wonderful work! It's been five days and the nail polish is already starting to lift on some of my fingers. I will have to go in and pay to have it removed again. Wish up keep.

Within 4 weeks the colour faded unevenly and turned brassy, and the roots did not blend. The layers removed too much density and made my hair feel thin and wispy. Nowhere near to the reference photo style. I declined a $90 gloss and feel the colour service relied on that to correct poor formulation. Permanent dye is also being repeatedly pulled through hair that's already been coloured giving it a dry, patchy look. On another visit, I asked for soft fringe bangs using a clear reference photo, but they were cut wet and left choppy and uneven! This is like basic hair technique 101!
