This particular location is round the side of the TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM, if you're on Nelson walking towards Hamilton. For 2022, I ordered the Facialiscious Facial, which is a 75 minute client-focused facial complete with a skin assessment and rejuvenation, full body massage, and skin education so that you know how to continue maintaining the "skoah glow" that you will inevitable leave with. You receive a lip balm and a welcome note upon entering your room. I had the immense pleasure of being taken care of by Jessica McLay who was well-versed in all skin types, and especially darker skin tones. We had an invigorating conversation about AHAs and skin best practices which, coming from someone who knows NOTHING about skin care, was much appreciated. I especially loved her creative analogies as she explained why certain products were useful and critical to skin health. After my facial, she provided me with a hand-written note of all the things we discussed so that I can be empowered to experiment and figure out which would be best based on my skin's needs. I am making a point to list her name, because when I return (hopefully for my next birthday), I intend on booking my SKOAH facial with her. Speaking of birthdays, I received a 25% birthday discount which was also a nice touch to round off the high level of hospitality that I received. As you can tell, I am a fan of Jessica - and SKOAH (since they are part of my birthday lineup). I highly recommend and will be returning -- maybe sooner, rather than later ;)

The icing on the cake was when my facial was completed on a hot sunny afternoon, they did not have any sunscreen to apply! My jaw dropped when she said "I dont have any sunscreen". I booked/had the power plane facial. I was expecting a proper dermaplaning, the whole process with the 1-min extraction(literally) was so quick, I almost forgot it happened. I could have done my facial at home. I am still stuck at No sunscreen!

There is ample parking outside as the spa is located on a plaza.

Could have been a one time deal, but maybe they still honour it, I'm not sure! I got in and the staff were so lovely. The spa is gorgeous... The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin. Takes 3-6 weeks to experience the full effect. Would totally recommend this place for Dysport injections!

I was going to go for a 45 min facial which would be 48$ but the lady at the front desk said they had a deal going on till the end of December. For an hour it's 52$ and you can choose between any of the spa choices listed. If you want something that's not on the list ask the lady at the front desk she's super sweet. I was talking to her about what I should get she said maybe get a steam and extraction or maybe a microdermabrasion (the one with the vacuum machine) then she said let the lady doing my facial decide so I did I went into a room it was a couples room. Very nice and quiet the facial was great the lady didn't talk to me much which I was okay with and the neck and shoulder massage was soooo good. I'm a very tense person and I don't like massages around my neck and shoulder but this was great! I do plan on coming back to get the deals before the end of December. If you go in bring cash their machine is down. You can buy as many as the deals as you want and share with your family! Definitely be coming back my spa tec was Lucy!!

But for the money, I thought, "how could I go wrong?" I'm really glad I bought it! When I walked in, I was a little surprised at the simplicity of the decor (for a spa) but I was greeted warmly and offered a glass of water. I was a few minutes early, so I waited until they were ready for me. When I entered the treatment room, I was surprised to see 2 massage tables and thought I should mention this because I know many people like to go for couples' massages. This would be a great spot for that. The room was fairly large and had somewhere for me to leave my clothes and hang up my coat. The masseuse handed me a pair of disposable panties (nice touch) and left me to get settled in for my exfoliation treatment. The linens on the massage table were soft and smelled wonderful. It's amazing how little touches like this really make the experience that much better. The treatment started and within about 2 minutes, I was in heaven. The sea-salt scrub they use is fantastic. The girl who was doing my treatments (Miho) was incredible. She used just the right amount of pressure and I couldn't have been in better hands. After the exfoliation, she instructed me to don the robe & slippers and head to the shower. My next treatment was a 30-min massage (I upgraded to 60 min for an additional $30) and then I had a facial and paraffin hand treatment. This girl really knew what she was doing! I've had RMT treatments that were nowhere near as good as this one. Perfect pressure, glorious orange-scented oil and pure bliss & relaxation. Wow. I can't say enough about this girl. The paraffin wax was almost too hot, but you get used to it once it hardens up around your hands. The facial left my face feeling so incredibly smooth and silky. I left that room feeling like a million bucks! The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5-stars is due to the somewhat archaic front desk situation. They don't have any brochures describing their services and pricing - the girl just had prices written on a piece of paper to show me. They do have a package deal, where if you buy a certain number of massages, you get one free. Not a bad deal at all. I'm a little too stingy with my 5-star ratings, because when I do find a place that really blows me away, that's where I give out 5 stars. In any case, this place is really a cut above so many other spas out there and I will most definitely go back. Very highly recommended.
