He took the time to listen to me and did exactly what I wanted, for the colour and the cut.

My Vancouver Salon whoring continues... This time, a five…read morestar cut for a five star price at Stratosphere. I had a great time here last night after work. No snotty frontline staff, no nightmare stories at all. I walked in to smiles and a rather large fish tank. Cool. I like the set up here, big and narrow, but not cramped. Adam the "Barber" was a delight. All business with interesting stories to keep me from fidgeting. My only complaint is the really uncomfortable shampoo sinks. Holy crap, they are really awkward! After I paid I went next door to the Spirit of Howe off sales and bought a nice vino. All in all, a pretty good start to the weekend.

This isn't the first time I received a Brazilian wax and I noticed the difference in quality immediately. Natasha told me she uses products meant for sensitive skin and I really appreciated the care and investment she makes to insure a less painful experience for her clients. After the initial waxing, she took the time to help with my ingrown hairs I had from a previous waxing experience as well. The ingrown hair removal could be painful but she'll ask you first if you'd like them removed, and will also make sure to ask throughout if you're doing okay in case it's too painful for you. After the appointment, she also provided me with information for aftercare and advice on how to prevent ingrown hairs from happening in the future. I visited Natasha from a groupon I found, and now I'll definitely be a returning client with or without!

Natasha does an absolutely phenomenal Brazilian waxing!…read more I've been to a few different places before I found Natasha. I've been coming back regularly to see her for a few months now and I can't say enough good things about her consistently outstanding services, professionalism, and her lovely personality. Her technique is fantastic! She's fast and efficient which makes waxing (almost :) painless. Also, my skin is sensitive, but I've never experienced post-wax breakouts or ingrown hair! I'm very glad I've finally found an experienced esthetician I can trust and feel good about going to. Highly recommend this place!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Mahtab and Lunova Aesthetics. I have a herniated disc…read morein my back, and it has made it very difficult and painful to bend forward to shave my legs. I first went to a different laser hair removal clinic in Yaletown where Mahtab was working. When she decided to open her own business down in South Surrey, it was a no-brainer that I would continue to go to her there, even though it's a 1hr commute each way for me. I felt comfortable with Mahtab from the beginning, which is important since you're pretty much naked during the sessions. She is very kind, welcoming, and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well taken care of. It's easy to book sessions with her, and her rates are extremely reasonable. Possibly the cheapest in all of metro Vancouver. If you are considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend making an appointment with Mahtab at Lunova Aesthetics. For the price and quality, you won't find anything better in the region.
