Dr. Thomas and his staff demonstrate the utmost of professionalism. They are courteous, friendly and timely so you can get in and out with ease. Most impressively was a new piece of equipment that Dr. Thomas used (I think a laser drill) that required no painful numbing shots and still I felt no pain while he drilled. Great advancement! If I could give less stars I would, I have had nothing but great things to say about this staff until AVEENA got brought on and now I have nothing but problems with her attitude and her customer service. I called for an emergency appt I am in constant pain due to a tooth that broke and she told me to come to the office to get a referral to an oral surgeon she told me I could come drive up there to get it. (About 25 mins for me) I proceed to ask her if they could text or email this to me and she automatically got attitude! I said you don't have any issues texting me for my monthly payment and that hag had the nerve to start yelling at me that I owe them a lot of money. 1. Terrible customer service from that invaluable employee 2. Confronted her about her customer service she continued to yell at me 3. I called back to get any one else on the phone And guess who answers?!? DR THOMAS HIMSELF TO TELL ME THAT I CANT BE YELLING AT HIS EMPLOYEES! Yet his EMPLOYEE WAS THE ONE RAISING HER VOICE FIRST! As a local Orangevale resident, I wish I had discovered Dr. Thomas and his staff years ago. For me, the two concerns I had when looking for a dentist are honesty and pain. Came here to have a root canal done, and they were very considerate of my fear :) Also, I've not been given a list of suggested services I "need". I was in need to see a dentist due to some pain that I was feeling. I didnt have a regular dentist since my childhood dentist retired . One of my co-workers suggested her dentist to me that she has been going to all of her life. She recommended me to Dr. Thomas and I couldn't be more thankful. I needed to have my first root canal done and it turns out that it was a really difficult one due to where the tooth and roots were located and some other underlying issues. Dr. Thomas and his staff were able to do the work that was needed and they were all gentle, kind, efficient, and they made sure I was comfortable at all times. I needed a filling and Dr Thomas used his new laser. This method eliminates the need for anesthesia and therefore no recovery time! I felt no pain throughout the procedure and feel that this method is far superior to the old way of getting shots and feeling numb for several hours after the procedure. I just got home from Dr. Thomas's office where I had a filling replaced . He used this new machine called"Solea". Absolutely amazing. The drilling is done by laser, with no Novocain and no pain. My name is Katie Rollings. I was a patient here for many years before dr Binu purchased the practice from dr Thomas. Dr binu is a terrible dentist if you are reading this trying to decide if this is the office for you, RUN. I have had two root canals from dr Binu and while I was there dr Binu took his dental tool and went straight thru the tip of the root of my tooth very far into my sinus cavity, I still remember the look on Monica's face when this happened. Instead of fixing his error some how he kept going and shot root filler into the tooth which also shot root filler into my sinus. When I looked at the x-ray I saw a large amount of that toxic filler on my X-ray far from the root of my tooth in my sinus. I have had non stop ear and sinus infections since getting this work done by him I at one point thought I was going to die from infections brought on by his work. Monica said not to worry my body gets rid of toxic root filler shot into my sinus but it hasn't I am still very ill from the work this office did to me. Please spare yourself the pain and suffering and find a real dentist! read more

Dr. Thomas is very skilled and an expert in his field, as are all of his staff members. My entire family goes here for treatment (husband, my 2 teen daughters and myself). Not only has Dr Thomas helped with current dental issues, but he's also fixed some errant work that had been done by a previous dentist. Most recently, I had some fillings done via laser procedure. What a game changer! Dr. Thomas patiently explained all the steps, and the entire process was done in a fraction of the time of a typical filling AND there were no needles involved. This was my first visit to Dr. Thomas. I was very impressed by the friendliness of his front staff. They were kind, knowledgeable and very comforting because I was very nervous. I have neglected my dental hygiene for years. Therefore I was worried about judgment. Not one staff member cast judgement. They were sweet and calmed me down by telling me to focus on now and moving forward to get on track with dental care. Dr. Thomas is very personable. He truly cares about you as a person. He is very calming and does not cast judgement or scold you. He explained clearly what I needed done but that we would start slowly addressing one issue at a time. His personal attention to each patient without rushing is probably the best dental care I have ever had. He focuses on just you and is not leaving you in the chair to run to other patients. I felt at ease and had no anxiety with his care. I normally avoid the dentist but this office is so calming, caring and shows genuine personal attention that I already have an appointment to come back. The office is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the music playing is nice and relaxing. The dental chair is comfy and the atmosphere is geared towards patient comfort. Each dental assistant is kind and attentive plus very informative on dental hygiene. The location is easy to find, parking is easy and there are plenty of spaces to park. Dr. Thomas is now my new dentist for keeps because I have never felt so relaxed and confident under the care of a dentist. He is very patient oriented, focused and treats you as a whole human being not just looking at your teeth. His treatment plan is also thorough and not so aggressive that it scares you. I've been going to this dentist's office since I was 5 years old. I am now 33. I have never had a single bad experience in all my time going there. If you are at all nervous about going to see the dentist, rest assured you will be at ease when you go see Dr. Thomas and his staff. Dr. Thomas is a very gentle and caring man. He really makes sure you are comfortable while you are getting work done and his work is amazing. His attention to detail is impeccable. He is a very skilled dentist. Dr.Binu is THE BEST! I have been coming here for 25 years. I'm 27 lol. I have had the worst teeth problems, and Dr. Binu has done the best job fixing me up. He did a bridge for me and gave me the best smile ever. When I was younger I had to wear this retainer with a tooth on it and my mouth was so chronically infected I had exposed nerves I'm talking nightmare mouth pain, debilitating, and he did everything he could to make me comfortable from giving me a numbing shot before work to get me through the day to antibiotics, or packing my teeth with clove when I lost insurance coverage, he is very kind to his patients and takes the "do no harm" oath very seriously. I appreciate him and the office staff very much. I'm a single mom who works full time and they have always accommodated my difficult schedule. They bend over backwards for their patients and deserve many good reviews read more
