Dr. Simran Pawar also took the time to show me the virtual models of my teeth and reassure me that Invisalign was a great choice for me and my smile. Riddle, an experienced dental professional with many years in dentistry, works alongside Dr. Cheema and Dr. Simran Pawar. Together, Dr. Pawar and her assistant worked quickly, efficiently, and accurately to deliver my Invisalign trays. There are several reasons for this, but I will just include the most consequential. After a few recent visits I wondered and had to ask "When will Dr. Ashley be back? To learn from the receptionist Amy, who is still amazing, that Dr. Ashley left the Folsom office and now practices in Roseville. Is it normal or ethical to leave a patient without any notification? I've always only needed cleanings until the current dentist wanted to put in a crown for a hairline crack called a craze line, that Dr. Ashley kept an eye on year after year. I did not want a crown, but she seemed very sure it was needed. So she drilled and drilled until she concluded that I did not need a crown. I am hopeful this has not compromised the integrity of my tooth. The last visit the dental assistant/hygienist was visibly upset as I was 7 minutes late. She raced to the exam room talking to, well, an empty room as I was walking down the hall. Once in the room she told me "I'll do what I can in the time we have left". I was 7 minutes late. I have waited more than double or triple at times for my appointment. I have never complained. I left my concerns with Amy and leaving without getting my cleaning. I used to actually like coming here. Imagine that in a dentist office! I never heard back from Dr. Ashley or anyone in the office. I can no longer recommend Smile & Co.

They really took great care of him. I would say that the cost seems a bit high, but I imagine that comes with the territory of being in the Palladio where I am sure the rent is extremely high. The only other issue we had was one of the visits they started to work on him, but then seemed to get distracted by another patient and left the room to deal with that. It was about 20 minutes before they came back to finish the work. It seems like something like that shouldn't happen. We will keep coming back though because the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, plus the office is very clean and professional looking.

I ended having to wait back out in the lobby while they started in the back. They began around 10 AM, and we were out by 11:20 AM. I told her I've never had them. Then she proceeded to tell me I need a night guard because I grind my teeth. The night guard she gave me only covered my front teeth. Now, a few months away from turning 41, I need to wear braces until I'm 42.5 because the night guard left me with an open bite. My smile, jaw, and digestion have been negatively affected by such malpractice. It will cost me at least $6,000 out of pocket. Please tell this dentist that they need to give their patients a night guard that covers all teeth. Both women were Caucasian at the time. Staff may be different today, but it is just a heads up before going here for a night guard.
