The coffee was so yummy! It had a nice, strong coffee flavor. It was my first time trying egg cream and I enjoyed it. The popcorn chicken was also tasty and it came in a generous portion. I especially liked the sauce that came with it. We placed an online order, so everything was ready as soon as we got there, which was convenient. Idk if it was our timing or order, but the matcha was slightly watery and did not have a strong flavor. Additionally, my ube tasted like straight coconut than ube to the point where my husband was like yo they dyed some coconut foam purple LOL I highly doubt that was the case, but point made. The interior is fine, small but tables and wifi if you want to get some work done or study. I ordered the banana coffee and it was good! The cold foam was delicious. I love Vietnamese coffee and this was definitely weaker and much sweeter than my usual order (either traditional or egg cream). But if you like a sweeter coffee you will love this. Definitely is missing that bite that traditional Vietnamese coffees have. I would like to try their original. Pebble should be the industry standard for viet coffee and they did not disappoint. In my never-ending quest for black sesame coffee, I was nearby and googled for one. Binge came up as having black sesame coffee and many others that I would try. Good thing, because when I got there, they were sold out of black sesame, but they had the banana coffee. I am so glad I got it. It was delicious - rich and flavorful, and it held up through the entire cup. Also, they use pebble ice, which makes a huge difference. With pebble ice, as your drink melts down, the flavors still are there because you can crunch down on the pebble ice with your teeth. Think about regular ice and how you're trying to get those last flavors out of a cup, but can't because the ice is in the way. Yes, I've thought about this way too much. It was well balanced with the matcha and well worth the specialty cost with the portions. Not much seating but if you find one you can definitely settle down and be productive! We placed our order online for the melon matcha and the white peach matcha. By the time we arrived our drinks were already ready for pickup, which took maybe five minutes. That's pretty quick for matcha drinks. The quality definitely lived up to the reviews I had read online. The matcha itself was strong and aromatic while still letting the added flavors come through. They also offer flavor combinations I haven't seen before. The melon matcha is inspired by a Melona ice cream bar mixed with a matcha latte, and it honestly tasted exactly like that. It was creamy, not overly sweet, and really satisfying. The white peach matcha was interesting. It took a few sips to warm up to because the flavor reminded me of peach yogurt, which I don't normally associate with matcha. It wasn't bad at all, just a more unique pairing.
