I came back a couple of weeks later to complain and they changed it with new ones for free! The news ones aren't making noise at all and are all fine. But... I noticed they were much more careful this time compared to the other time. They didn't douse the brakes and rotors in lubricant like they did before. This time they put the correct about of it. The other time they installed it, the lubricant spilled all over the wheel and created rust in the first week. The service was much better the second time around. Consistency is key! But I won't come back here. They charged too much for the hour and I like things to be done right the first time.

After 2 weeks I picked up the suv, the next week the right side fender lip started to crack. I took the SUV back, no one seemed to understand English, and I had to fuss with several people for them to agree to repair the problem. Upon looking at the fender repair closely, I noticed that the fender was only patched; the fender was never cut out and replaced, this is why the fender's Lip started to crack. At this point, I realised that I had been scammed. I asked why the fender was not done as quoted and got a I dont know response. Pick up my SUV after 2 days. In February 2026 I noticed rust ovet both the fenf lips. I went back several times and was told there is no warranty and I need to speak to Luis, the owner. After several visits at different times, LUIS is not there. I am meeting with an attorney to take this shop to small claims court. KEEP AWAY from this shop. Wow! This auto body shop was a lifesaver to my fiancé…read more The day before (Saturday) the snowstorm my fiancés car started to smoke/steam from the hood. Being a Saturday, not many shops were open. I used Yelp, and found this place. Not only were the reviews great, but they were open! My fiancé called, explained his current issue and the lovely gentleman on the phone took his name and told him to bring it in! He brought his car in and they told him they probably won't be able to get to it today due to closing in a few hours, but would try and then with the incoming storm it would probably be Tuesday. Not a problem at all! After I picked him up after he dropped his car off he said the gentleman behind the counter was very nice! Fast forward to Tuesday morning (due to the storm, didn't open Monday) they told him they couldn't find anything wrong or a reason for the smoke/steam. They stated they looked it over, drove it, had it run and still couldn't find anything. They also repaired another issue that a previous mechanic quoted him over $2k to fix for about $500. My fiancé was and is very happy with the service he received on his car. He stated he will now bring both of our cars here for all of our car needs!
