I had one tiny chip in my windshield, and somehow Safelite turned that into nearly two weeks of cancellations, misinformation, and complete internal chaos. I was repeatedly told--incorrectly--that GEICO reported 6-7 chips, and my appointments were cancelled multiple times despite being marked "NOT to be cancelled." Every representative gave me different (and contradictory) information. I received email confirmations for wrong dates, wrong locations, and at one point an appointment scheduled for January 2026. When I spoke to the manager, she claimed she had "no record" of the updates I'd already confirmed with her staff. To top it off, the technician tried to cancel the day of my appointment because of "rain in the forecast," even though my appointment was in the afternoon and I clearly told them I have an enclosed, well-lit garage. He ended up arriving almost an hour late anyway. It is obvious Safelite has serious issues with communication, scheduling, and basic professionalism. I spent more time fixing their mistakes than they spent fixing my windshield. What should have been the simplest service turned into a completely avoidable, frustrating mess. I will not be using Safelite again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge.
