If I were allowed to give 0 stars, I would have…read more My experience with Safelite was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I had one tiny chip in my windshield, and somehow Safelite turned that into nearly two weeks of cancellations, misinformation, and complete internal chaos. I was repeatedly told--incorrectly--that GEICO reported 6-7 chips, and my appointments were cancelled multiple times despite being marked "NOT to be cancelled." Every representative gave me different (and contradictory) information. I received email confirmations for wrong dates, wrong locations, and at one point an appointment scheduled for January 2026. When I spoke to the manager, she claimed she had "no record" of the updates I'd already confirmed with her staff. To top it off, the technician tried to cancel the day of my appointment because of "rain in the forecast," even though my appointment was in the afternoon and I clearly told them I have an enclosed, well-lit garage. He ended up arriving almost an hour late anyway. It is obvious Safelite has serious issues with communication, scheduling, and basic professionalism. I spent more time fixing their mistakes than they spent fixing my windshield. What should have been the simplest service turned into a completely avoidable, frustrating mess. I will not be using Safelite again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I met Austin Willert on Nextdoor when I requested who to call to fix our window. He offered to find…read moreout why the window fell inside the door panel, for free. He discovered both clips had broken. But the window wasn't. He was prepared and brought a window with him to replace ours. As it was, someone had put the wrong window into the right box. Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. He also went above and beyond, and cleaned the window. All of this only cost us $280.30. Glass Advantage didn't call us until the next day and quoted us $300 and something. If we ever need a window replaced again, we're calling Austin as he gave us his business card. Not only did we appreciate his fast service, but that he was very personable with us old folks.

I cannot say enough great things about Precision Auto Glass. From start to finish, the entire…read moreexperience was absolutely top tier. The fact that they came directly to me made everything so convenient. No waiting around at a shop, no rearranging my schedule. They showed up on time, fully prepared, and got right to work. The workmanship was flawless. You can immediately tell they take pride in what they do. They used OEM BMW parts, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of the repair, and they were completely transparent about everything. They also walked me through backup options in case my insurance didn't approve OEM, which I really appreciated. No pressure, just honest and knowledgeable guidance. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept informed and updated the whole time, which made the experience stress free. What truly impressed me were the finishing touches. After completing the job, they vacuumed the interior and cleaned all the glass, leaving my car looking better than before. That level of care speaks volumes about their professionalism. If you want amazing workmanship, clear communication, and the convenience of true mobile service, Precision Auto Glass is the company to call. An outstanding experience all around. Highly recommend.
