This place is seriously awesome! We brought our three year old and he lived it! We could have stayed for hours. So many different slides and tubes and things to climb. My one concern is all of the germs...kids were running wild, as they should be, but a lot of the mats and places looked pretty grimy. They did have a lot of hand sanitizer machines around though. The manager was so extremely rude to me regarding an issue I had with the previous manager that was fired. I ended up contacting corporate about how rude she was. No one ever responded or contacted me back! I've spent way too much money there numerous times to be treated so rudely. Also not clean at all. I went and the first time got COVID and the next time I got strep. I own a daycare so my immune system is pretty strong and I hardly ever get sick. Real experience at Billy Beez, and I have no reason to kick dirt on the reputation of Billy Beez but I got to tell the truth. This was the worse bday party for my grandson. The party room wasn't set up. The party room was poorly decorated. My information got lost in another customer's folder. One pizza was burned. The pitcher of lemonade taste like sugar. The Latino and White employee both had negative attitudes. The employees act like they didn't want to make the wrongs right. The Latino employee threatened to cancel the party with no refund because I wanted answers about the misplacement of my booking information. The Latino employee rushed us out of the party room that was setup late. I should've gone to Chuck E. Cheese. It cost close to $400.00 for the bday party and it was not even worth $100.00. Never again!!! I paid $500 for a party for Julian's 3rd birthday. My mother and 83 year old grama came from out of town with my siblings to be there. We were told before the party if we needed additional food to let the party hostess know when we arrived bc for 10 kids and 10 adults they only provide 16 pieces of pizza. We were told we couldn't order more food bc everything was frozen and their cafe wasn't open long enough to make more.... ok. We didn't get our bottled water, we had to ask for it. Didn't get our 2 extra pitchers of soda till we asked for it and it came after we were done eating. The workers were rude and short with us and when we went to go ask for the things included in our party like the birthday boy shirt and goodie bags that were paid for, they were on their phones and short with us. A man came to the room while we were packing up and identified himself as the manager and we told him we weren't happy and why. He instructed us to call corporate because at the store level not much would be done to rectify the situation. We were stopped on the way out by two female employees. One of which told us she was now the manager on duty and what was our issue.. she told us the man we had spoken to was a cleaner, not a manager. They said in regards to them being rude and on the phones we should "worry about ourselves". We told them we had nothing more to say to them and would be calling corporate and proceeded to walk out. These girls screamed, yelled, cursed and hollared us out of the location in front of our children. Their were other patrons in the establishment with their babies as well that had to witness this. They slammed the door violently behind us, our children were upset and afraid leaving there. Upon leaving these workers were also standing at the entrance/exit we were leaving out of and as I was putting my children (3&4) in their car seats screamed " I DONT GIVE A F*CK IF THAT B*TCH HAS HER KIDS WITH HER". I am honestly not impressed with this Billy Beez place. my son begged me to take him to this place after his friends went to a birthday party there without him (he is not friendly so he is not invited places often). you have to pay to sit around as an adult! what kind of malarkey is that. i just wanted to make sure my son was safe and also not fighting the other kids, and i had to pay to sit there and watch my son. i was scolded for trying to bring my own drink (sprite cranberry 12 ounce can) into the area. but they don't serve drinks there! what do they want me to do? be parched? my son had fun, but honestly due to the lack of drinks and also the fees, i'd rather bring my kid to chuck e. cheese or maybe even the good old arcade like when we had growing up. read more

The absolute WORST place to bring your children. We visited the location in Syracuse, NY and Jolin was rude from the time or check in. The employees that worked with her even talked about how big of a b***** she is. She is miserable and watches you like a hawk, This place is trashy and not good for children. It was extremely dirty and half of the stuff did not even work. They kicked us out because my husband did not have his shoes on, after charging an arm and a leg to get in. Our son loves climbing around the tunnels, and all the slide choices. But he's seriously been coming here since he was 18 months, and he's closing in on his 5th birthday, and the ball area has been more broken than working during that whole time. The yoga balls could all use a bit of air to boot. I absolutely hate this place. A whole 8 years ago, little six year old me decided it would be a great idea to force my dad to take me and my brother here. My dad was like ok, as long as you and said brother stick together. As soon as we start exploring my brother zooms off. Where? I don't know. But as most kids like me would, I start absolutely bawling my eyes out. We're talking full on sobbing to the point where theres snot everywhere. But anyways, I'm trying to find my brother and I pass by multiple families and (I believe) an employee, who both do absolutely nothing at the sight of miserable 6 year old me. So I climb into a little room and sob in the corner for who knows how long, I didn't have a concept of time. Another employee acknowledges me, but I'm 80 percent sure he didn't do anything about it. So I wait, still crying, until my father finally finds me. We leave, and I've never gone back (mainly because I don't live in the area anymore, but even if I did I wouldn't go back). read more

Was a great time for the kids. They LOVED it. It's a place where you can just let your kids go and do their own thing. The teenage workers aren't very good or helpful but you rarely see them. This place really needs to have better people working at it. GM was unprofessional and most of his staff could care less about their job. Young girls playing on their phones instead of helping kids, no smiles or friendly atmosphere. I had my sons birthday party here which the only good thing about it was the kid who cut the cake for us. The prices are outrageous for what you get, and you cannot even bring in your own food. I would never plan a party here again. I am hoping the New Hartford venue hired someone with a little more sense than the one in Syracuse. Just left Billy Beez with my family and I wish I were giving it 5 stars. My family and I played with our 2 1/2 year old for 2 hours. We had an absolute blast. The facility is well kept, safe, and so engaging for our little one. Then, while crawling through one of the tunnels we spotted a 4 year old who was nearly in tears asking where her mother was. We walked to the front of Billy Beez and someone promptly scanned her bracelet. While this little girl sat on chair, the Billy Beez attendant then walked away and started to check in new customers. Not a word said to me, like do you mind staying with her? Ten minutes goes by, three attendants wait at the other end of the counter laughing and joking with each other. As I continue to help this little girl deescalate, I inquire if we could possibly page the girl's mother again. We do, nothing. My family then goes to look for this little girl's mother based off her picture in the system. Another five minutes goes by and one of the female attendants walks over to the three male coworkers and says something to them. Another attendant then walks over and says, "oh yeah, we can call her mom." The call goes straight to voicemail and there's a joke make about how the voicemail sounded like someone answered. At this point I ask if there's anyway this situation could be taken more seriously. I was then told that the reason the little girl has been left unattended by someone who works at Billy Beez is because I was with her and "sometimes little girls don't like it when grown men wait with them." At this point I ask, "your policy is to leave a lost child with a stranger?" Im then told, "well we were going to give you a free pass to come back." Frustrated with this dialogue I ask, "can we please call her mother back and possibly leave a voicemail?" He calls back and gets the mom, she quickly comes and retrieves her daughter. The mother thanks me and apologizes sharing that she didn't once hear the page. My family and I leave and as we're walking out, none of this situation seems right, I tell them to go ahead and I'm going to walk back in and share my experience with a manager. I re-enter to two of the male Billy Beez workers clearly talking about me to their manager, I hear one of them say, "she's coming back in." I then explain the situation, explaining my goal is to make sure this situation isn't ever handled like this again- the manager Aaron very rudely interjects and says, "well I wasn't here and I have no idea what you're talking about." I then share, "in well aware which is why I'm explaining it all to you." The conversation continues for over five minutes as three adult men avert my eyes and take zero accountability for the situation, defending every action that was taken including waiting ten minutes to call and notify the parent of a missing child. I was then told that I was going to be give a free pass until I was "rude." Exasperated I shared how I'd addressed each person as sir or miss, kept a calm voice, and shared that I'm an elementary school teacher and my main objective is for the situation of a missing child not be taken lightly and be given more attention. I was then told the situation was "over" and I was invited to go back to my family. One of the male worker's was able to see my objective in the end and thanked me and apologized, he also told Aron "no, she's okay" when in the middle of speaking, Aaron said, "we need to be done, we have customers." read more

They have no food, they charge old people and disabled people to sit and do nothing, the staff is rude they don't serve food, and didn't man the counter to give drinks or chips all night. I never liked this place. The staff acts like security, not child friendly at all, the kids love the play ground but thier lack of care for customers is disgusting. Great place to keep little ones entertained for hours on end ensuring they'll be sleeping like rocks in the evening. I try to take my 5 and 3yr old whenever I can and it keeps them in heaven for 3hrs... Sometimes its so fun you get the little tantrums when you get them ready to leave. The tube slides are steep and catch you off guard with the height and speed of the drops.. My 5yr old is able to go all around on his own but the 3yr old still requires me to explore with her which means lots of bending over and squeezing through tight spaces for daddy.. Definitely bring loose fitting clothes if your kid is less than 5yr old as you'll probably need to help them along the courses and go down the slides together. But once they hit 5, it should be smooth sailing and as a parent, you can just grab a nice seat somewhere and watch he/she burn the energy outta their bodies. Definitely recommend and will go back whenever I'm in town read more

This place is like some wonderful drug for kids. You bring them in, let them loose, and they'll be gone for hours. No worries, the place takes photos and checks bracelets so your kid can't leave without you. You can of course join your child in this insane maze, but your knees and back will hate you for it. We've been here a number of times for birthday parties and just on our own. I have mixed feelings about this place. The good: my kids actually love it. It is hours of fun and you can stay all day or even leave and come back. It is pretty clean. There is security and I'm confident my children can't leave without me. The bad: The price is quite high. And you have to pay for parents, which is crazy. If there is a multi-pass promotion that includes adults, get it. I have three children. It is impossible to watch them all at once, so we usually establish a "home base" where they now they can find me. I wish there was security preventing kids from entering the bathrooms without a parent. And I wish there was a way to page kids who are not easily found. Maybe most importantly, the staff, in general, is miserable and don't seem very good with children. I was there at 11am. A staff member yelled and demanded all of the kids get out of line for the trampoline because she had to clean it. Why did she wait until 11 on a busy day? I don't know. Did she need to be so blunt with small children? No. When she saw my child crying about her treatment, did she come over and explain anything to her? No. For the rest of the time we were there, that staff member was the only employee on the floor and it seemed like she was actively trying to avoid the children. When Billy Beez first opened, there were happy staff everywhere that would play with the kids and help direct them back to their parents. Honestly, if you don't feel like dealing with noisy little kids, get a different job. So if you have kids and want them to run off some energy, this could be a good option. Try to pick a day where it won't be too busy and plan on spending a while there. And don't rely on the staff. read more

This is a great place to bring your kids to let them run around and get some energy out, my kids are 3 and 4 and always enjoy themselves when we go. It's nice to know that my kids can't leave the play area without me, they check the wrist bracelets worn by all members of your group to make sure they match. It was disappointing that some if the ball guns were not working, seems to happen a lot. I don't like that parents have to pay, especially full price to watch their kids play. Also, my daughter joined us later on our last visit, only an hour left until closing and we still had to pay full price. There are not a lot of staff members on the play floor area, at one point I found a little boy crying because he was lost and it took a while to find someone to help. There intercom system is horrible, you can't hear/understand anything while in the play areas. read more

We stumbled on this place and loved it!! I rate it 3.5 stars. The facility and variety is awesome! Kids could literally play until they drop!! However, they need staff throughout monitoring. I had to inconvenience and take time away from playing with my son to rescue 2 kids under the age of 3 stuck in the tunnels crying for mommy. No doubt it was the parents who were to blame, which every time I brought the kids to them they were sipping coffee in the cafe unbothered! But this is something the staff need to police, not me. Also it's overpriced. I get they are trying to sell the whole you have an all day pass benefit, but what kid is staying past 3 hours and what parent is bringing the kid back all day. Third thing I observed, I wish the restrooms were at the front if they want shoes off. I didn't like having my shoes off in a bathroom. I was praying I didn't step on piss, that's not sanitary. They were throwing balls and pushed over my 2 year old daughter chasing another adult. When we told the manager she said "they get a little excited when they have a party." Then refused to give us a refund because we had already been there over a half hour. We were a private school that came in on may 26 to spend the day there. While the facilities were amazing and extremely clean the experience was not the greatest. There was one attendant inside the play area with us the whole time who was unkind. She was nice to the parents but was yelling at the children. At one point there was a three year old who took a car out of the designated area and she stalked over to the child took them off the car and slammed the car down in the area it was supposed to be in, hard enough to make even myself flinch. Then there was a rule about the trampoline where only one person could go on at a time. We had a mom with a two year old try to go on with her daughter and help her and the attendant was not happy about it but was flustered and made the mother get off. And as a side note your trampoline rules contradict themselves. You have a rule that states only one at a time on the trampoline and right under that rule is a rule that says no double jumping. Well you cant possibly double jump if there is only one at a time on there right? And a mother cant go on with her toddler but yet we can shoot balls and hit toddlers in the head? Then I had a group of six children with me going down a group of slides over and over again for about fifteen minutes and she came over and started washing the mats of the slides we were sliding down and all of the children had wet socks for a while afterwards. Honestly she made the majority of the children uncomftorable and anytime a child got in trouble for disobeying a rule she stalked them around the area with her arms crossed for a good half hour. At one point I sat on the stairs while my daughter was on the trampoline and she went into the ball area with her arms crossed and just stared at us the whole time making us incomftorable as we weren't doing anything wrong. Then when I went to the cafe to get a drin land slice of pizza the worker proceeded to show me his sketchbook and sketches and while I smiled to be kind I again felt uncomfortable because all I wanted was a slice of pizza and was stuck there hearing all about his personal life for a good 20 mins. While the facilities were amazing and the people at the front were extremely nice, I would not book a party here. The attendant made me uncomftorable and upset that she was yelling at the kids, some of the rules didn't make much sense, and I felt like I couldn't even get a bottle of water without having to hear a whole life story.
