I know this place has been closed for the past year or so due to fire damage. We finally went back since it's reopened and WOW. It had 5 stars from me before with just the trampolines... now it's just 10x better. It's much more open (you're able to have better view of your kid without as many barriers), and it does still have all the amazing trampoline areas... but now it also has 3 amazing playground areas. One is the giant multi-level that reminds me of the one at the MOST museum. The other two are great also and one has slides into a ball pit. I've always wondered why snowy upstate NY doesn't have many indoor playground options... this place made a smart move by adding these to their already existing trampoline park!! Get Air is always so much fun! The space is excellent for big groups. The have an upstairs portion that is off to the side for parties. Which has a perfect view of the whole place. So if you're an adult you can relax while still being able to see your kids. They have a wide variety of obstacles, games, and courses to play games in. There is also a lounge with some comfy couches, a flat screen on the wall, and a nice sized table. And they have a few snack options for the kids behind the counter. We have now been there 3 times in under six months. 2 out of 3 times I would like to give this establishment - 5 stars Yes NEGATIVE stars. Filthy, rude and unsafe. I am shocked that people bring their kids here. I strongly urge you to go to a different place. If you want more details read on.... The staff is unaware of safety and procedures, does not look customers in the eye or give them straight answers, giving me two prices in less than 1 minute for the same services, refusing to honor gift cards, and laughing about my concern for their inability to give one concise answer. Lack of signage, lack of activities, and lack of supervision make this a dangerous situation for even the most careful family. The mats were lifting on several trampoline edges, there were numerous exits and obstructed views for parents, and there was zero signage to let parents know which areas were recommended for various ages/sized children. Duct tape held basketball hoops to backboards, dodge balls had chunks missing out of them, and netting was ripped in several places throughout. The safety video and safety signs were non-existent, leaving parents to decide what was appropriate, if they were even able to see their children. There were a few video games in a back corner with zero visibility from the jumping area. This area had a "hurricane simulator" which is easy for toddlers to enter, but not easy for them to exit, creating a lovely space for a hysterically crying child to be found once you stumbled down some steps and around a corner. You will not have to hear the screams of happy, sad or terrified children as the volume of the music was increased twice in 10 minutes until you could not hear a person with a raised voice standing next to you. Please make sure you wear your depends when visiting, as the bathrooms are equivalent to a NYC subway in the middle of the night even though it is a Monday at 10:15am. Toilet paper is easily found if you pick it up off the wet floor and do not mind that it is unraveled. Do not attempt to decipher if the floor is covered in water or urine, some mysteries are not meant to be solved. Hand-washing on your agenda? Great idea...if you can find some soap or a paper towel, but then again there is plenty of toilet paper on the floor to use if you really wish to dry your hands. Take my advice, try Sky Zone, Chuck E. Cheese, Dave and Busters, or even a back alley in the seediest part of town for a safer, more fun experience for your children. read more

This place was great! They had so many different areas and it was well organized. They charged $7.99 for the toddlers and then $18 for adults. You did need to pay $3 extra for the socks required. They had a toddler area and an "ninja warrior" looking section in the front and they were organized well and nets around them. They also had 2 areas for dodgeball, one main jump area and then 3 other areas. I really liked that they had these net wall things in between to break up the areas. They had someone supervising each area from what I could see. They charge you for an hour but if it's not busy they let you stay a little longer. Basically we got to hang for an hour and a half, which is a long time. Super fun and worth the $$ read more

My experience was not good. My son attended a bday party on a Friday evening and it was a mess. Too much to write of what I saw, heard (my own ears), and then heard from other parents of kids that were there with my son (during party). Only reason they are getting 2 stars is that feedback from my son and other friends of his is that they had fun however when they could jump. This is not a safe place to be after dark. I have been here a few times and my daughter always has a great time. The only thing I don't like is that there is only a small section for toddlers and even in that section big kids come over and trample over the little ones. I have had to ask a few to leave sometimes because my daughter can't jump when they are jumping. I do however like that on Sunday's they have toddler time from 8-10. I went recently and it was a thousand times better than going during normal hours. Honestly the only time I would go now is during those hours. You get your money worth at that time. I recently went to "Get Air" with a class. Having never been there before, I did not know what to expect. It was a wonderful experience! The students had a great time! The owner was very friendly to both the adults and the students In the group. We have been to this place many times, my kids do love it but this last visit left a lot of be desired. Everything was dirty. The little lounge area has slushie or something all over the place, people were dumping coats and boots everywhere. I get that it's really really busy because it's a holiday, but be better prepared. The back foam pit area - the one jump in bit was completely inaccessible because of two kids just sitting in the pit playing making it so no one else could use it. I asked the mom if she wouldn't mind letting others go; she ignored me. I asked the young lady working the trampoline area near there if there was a staff that could assist, she said she would check but didn't do anything with the information I gave her. She just ignored me. Again I get a busy day it gets chaotic but you need to be better prepared. We arrived at 2:10, at 3:00 the staff told us to leave our hour was up. I paid for an hour, I had to get the managers "permission" to stay an extra 10 minutes. There's other local places similar to this we can try next time. read more

Our family just stopped by Get Air and the management staff (Ryan) and the front desk attendee (Lateja) were extremely kind and helpful. We were celebrating our one year olds birthday and were pleasantly surprised to see that they had grippy socks for him and an amazing little space for toddlers which he absolutely loved. Not only that, but our other boys loved the trampoline park as well. It's very clean and really fun filled environment, there is even a nice cozy space for parents to sit if they get tired from chasing the little ones around. Keep up the good work! They overcharged Me by $150 for the room, didn't even realize what kind of party I was having and I had to ask for the ice cream and the goodie bags and the woman looked at me like I was crazy. I asked for documentation stating that my refund was refunded and they said they couldn't do that they said they'd send me emails and they didn't. It was not worth the money at all. My son was really excited to go to Get Air with 4 friends for his birthday. I bought tickets online ahead of time. I never got an emailed receipt from Get Air, but my account was charged. Unfortunately, my son got a nasty stomach bug the night before we planned to go. I called to see if there was any way to reschedule under the circumstances. I spent 20 minutes on hold which tells me there aren't enough staff there to handle the business and I was told that the policy online is clear when you buy the tickets. Yes, I understand that, but is there anyway to be human about it rather than just a robot citing corporate policy. S: This place is really fun but most kids can't complete any of the obstacles in the obstacle course. They should be more accustomed to height and more simple. Otherwise, this place has great parties, food trampolines, everything it needs.... except ... accommodations for smaller children. Went to a birthday party for a friend here, the facilities were great however the birthday party team was very unprepared for the party. No utensils, took a long time to bring items that should have been out. I gave 4 stars because they made good on the deal by giving everyone an extra hour to jump and free passes to come back. If u can get in. It's fun. Took kids on Friday night for teen night. In line for hour and half before decided to just leave. Not nearly enough staff for this event. Line barely moved, unless you knew someone behind the counter, then you just could go to front of line and get it. Very disorganized, groups of kids getting dropped off by there parents, no supervision. Groups of kids cutting others in line causing more line issues. Surprised fire code limit wasn't exceeded there were so many people there. To crowded, seemed unsafe on trampolines. People jumping Into each other. Staff blowing whistles like lifeguards to no evale. Have been here in past with not much issue. Hoping Friday was just a fluke, but from sharing my experience with others it doesn't seem it was. read more

The only reason I gave it a 2 star was because my kids love this place and always have a blast. We had my daughters birthday party here and I was beyond disappointed. We arrived 15 mins early to set up and arrived to a dirty room from the party before us. Our party time approached and guests had arrived before it was done being cleaned. Our host was obviously working another party as well so he wasn't very attentive for the few times I actually needed him. I handed out all of the pizza and cupcakes myself which is fine, but I never was asked if I needed assistance with any of that. After arriving home I realized my daughter never got her "birthday gift" that was included in the package. This was a great place to take the kids. There is a lot of different areas for them to play, jump and have fun and didn't feel to crowded. Only down fall was the long line to pay. They had one cashier on a Sunday afternoon and only 2 computers working to do the waiver. Someone needs to access the amount of people at the front desk to make the line go quicker. read more

The new addition is trash. There used to be a tightrope, triangle shaped monkey bars, a net in the back you could climb, and some other things in the front, but now it is all gone and replaced. Granted it may be more fun, but it allows much fewer people in that section of building. I also have stopped going to this place because in the back, the two side trampolines on either side of the big one with stairs always used to be closed. For a long time they were closed and you could not go on them. They were not fixed or anything. My second problem with this is that I took the sign off and started jumping on it and the thing worked perfectly fine! Another thing is that there are too many humans on this earth under the age of 6, I recently went there because I had not been there in awhile and this place, I kid you not, looked like a warehouse they store chickens in before a slaughter.
