    Long trampoline

This place was great! They had so many different areas and it was well organized. They charged $7.99 for the toddlers and then $18 for adults. You did need to pay $3 extra for the socks required. They had a toddler area and an "ninja warrior" looking section in the front and they were organized well and nets around them. They also had 2 areas for dodgeball, one main jump area and then 3 other areas. I really liked that they had these net wall things in between to break up the areas. They had someone supervising each area from what I could see. They charge you for an hour but if it's not busy they let you stay a little longer. Basically we got to hang for an hour and a half, which is a long time. Super fun and worth the $$

    Gross lounge area.

We have been to this place many times, my kids do love it but this last visit left a lot of be desired. Everything was dirty. The little lounge area has slushie or something all over the place, people were dumping coats and boots everywhere. I get that it's really really busy because it's a holiday, but be better prepared. The back foam pit area - the one jump in bit was completely inaccessible because of two kids just sitting in the pit playing making it so no one else could use it. I asked the mom if she wouldn't mind letting others go; she ignored me. I asked the young lady working the trampoline area near there if there was a staff that could assist, she said she would check but didn't do anything with the information I gave her. She just ignored me. Again I get a busy day it gets chaotic but you need to be better prepared. We arrived at 2:10, at 3:00 the staff told us to leave our hour was up. I paid for an hour, I had to get the managers "permission" to stay an extra 10 minutes. There's other local places similar to this we can try next time.

If you like jumping then this is the place to come and do it I rate this place 5 stars because number 1:the staff are friendly 2:it's safe 3:it's fun 4:they have an awesome ninja course, my favorite part of the whole place.

Our 4 youngest having a great time!

Super FUN for kids!!! Totally lame for parents. No WIFI, TV doesn't work. Couches look like they came from someone's basement.

Kids Adventure Park/Rock Wall & Trampoline…read more Did the fall sky ride last year and it was well organized and efficient, this years visit.......not so much. Most discombobulated event ever. One would have thought that this was a new feature and they were working out the bugs. Drove to the summit and parked then walked into the summit area with little if no signage indicating where to go. Stumbled into the Summit Bldg and it turned out to be the correct place to be. Checked in and was told the climbing gloveds were sold out (they did refund) and the kids had no problem with the Resort gloves. The reservation was for 12:30 and the 2 grandkids (5&7) had their harness attached along with 4 other kids and one adult and his older son who were doing the "big kids" courses. As we were standing around a guy came along, maybe to relieve the original girl who was taking some sort of gear out to one of the courses with the father and son. The guys asks what we were doing since we were all geared up and I stated that we were waiting for directions at which point he asked what were we signed up for (one would think just by the size of the kids in the gear it would be apparent what we were all waiting to do.) He gave me hand gesture directions, which were not very good and, again, there was poor signage, but after walking in the general direction of the "hand gesture" a woman coming up from the area gave me a clear indication of where we were to go. It is now 12:50 and the attendant was getting kids ready and asks "where are the trollys"? Having no clue what she is talking about out I said that what ever they were wearing was what they were given. She radioed up requesting 2 kids trollys be brought down. Tick tock, tick tock and after about 10 minutes of waiting for a delivery I walked up to the Summit Bldg where the same mass confusion was going on and I peaked behind the black curtains and asked the employee for 2 kids trollys (this was not the first time she had to radio up for kids trollys either). Finally the kids were able to do the courses. Once their time was up we went over to the rock wall/trampoline area and there are no employees there or within sight to ask about the procedure. Once again I walked up to the Summit Bldg asking if anyone was going to be watching the RockWall/Trampoline and they asked if I had gone by there (seriously?) I replied yes and there was nobody around. They said they would get someone so we walked to our car for water and a snack and by the time we got back the area was stocked with an employee who, by the way, was very nice and helpful. Given the state of the economy with discretionary spending tight one would think that Bristol Mtn would be chomping at the bit to provide the best service/experience possible......but it was not to be. The kids area was not crowded or busy and the chairlift rides seemed to be going without issues from what I saw up top. Hopefully Bristol Mtn will get their act together but either way we will not be returning.

Wet and foggy day only added to the experience.

It was about 40 degrees in there, I can't believe they subject the employees to that and didn't even notify the parents of the party. I came on to write this review and it seems its been this way since the second!! The cleanliness isn't what it used to be. I didn't even know how they could open with practically no heat. I was debating on leaving but told my child she would feel warmer as she played. She said that she saw VOMIT in the FOAM PIT! She also saw BLOOD on the trampoline. I had had enough and complained to try to get a refund. He sent kids that were already playing to try to look for it but they didn't find it. He wouldn't let my daughter try to find it. Also only some of the lights were working. Some of them were even flashing. After only 30 minutes my daughter wanted to leave because she was too cold even though we payed for 2 hours. The worker didn't wanna give us a pass to use the rest of the time. So we left and are NEVER coming back! Also a lot of the stuff is run down and rebranded from "Rock N Jump" to "Get Air". Some stuff is even spray painted. There is also tons of garbage laying on the ground. Whatever you do I WOULD STAY AWAY!!
