Granddaughter had her 6th birthday party here. It was clean and bright and the kids were busy the whole time. Everything ran very smoothly, and if you are in the party room you get a " hostess" to help . Three long tables and lots of chairs. The kids play, then they are called in for lunch, not sure if there are choices, but we had pizza and lemonade and fruit punch. We were allowed to bring in cupcakes and cookies, and we also brought in chips and a veggie tray. We didn't open the gifts because the kids absolutely wanted to go back and play more before they left. It is expensive for a party with lots of kids, but you can take your kids there for just a day pay or buy other types of passes. read more

Went here during winter break. Located in the old Sears at Great northern Mall. We had kids of 3 different ages and they all enjoyed it. There is an area that has a height requirement with slides, swings and zip line. They have a foam pit where kids can jump between structures, and then an area for smaller kids to jump around. There is also an area for dodgeball and basketball. We did not have to wait long in line and the staff was friendly. read more

We've been here once with our toddler and while it wasn't a bad experience, there just was not nearly as much exciting activities for her to do as there is over at Get Air. I'm sure as an adult or teen looking to come here, you would have a fun time. But there's really only a small jumping section for the little ones, and the place is overall much smaller. Everything seems to take a long time when I come here. Took the counter person a couple minutes to acknowledge us. It took 30 minutes to get anemic looking chicken fingers and fries that were partly burnt and partly soggy. Both were cold by the time we got them. My friend and I brought our daughters here last Saturday evening. They are age 9 and 11. We both hadn't been in a few years as there's a closer place to where we live. This was a nice change of pace. The orange decor is nice and bright and matches Syracuse! They have a huge trampoline pad area with multiple trampolines and rest points. There were foam type rests as well that I didn't remember from before. The ninja type obstacle course was new to us as well as the long hanging fabric that you can sit in like a cocoon. The cocoons were favorites of the girls. They also had a tug of war area where the loser falls in the foam pit and a beam where you can joust. It was advertised that there are Fridays where they have black lights and you wear white, etc. to make yourself glow! We'll be back to try that some time! : ) read more

Unsure what to expect, I brought my two granddaughters to enjoy two hours of jumping on trampolines. I used a coupon from the entertainment book and got The second hour free. The nine-year-old jumped the entire time, while the 14-year-old jumped intermittently. I believe the 14-year-old and she had some friends with her, as I observed many teenagers having a great time together. I highly a recommend this place mostly because it is kept clean, and the staff are wonderful. Staff are attentive and are really there to ensure the safety of the people using the equipment. There doesn't seem to be a lot of variety at first glance, But my nine-year-old granddaughter did not mind repeatedly making the circuit for the different activities. read more

I have been here on two different occasions and had two completely different experiences. The first time I came I paid for myself, Adam, and our niece to jump. I had been to the Sky Zone in Rochester and everyone was able to jump anywhere so I figured it would be the same here but I was wrong. They had all of the jumping separated by age which meant that Adam and I would have to leave our niece on her own for jumping and we would jump somewhere else without her. I totally understand why they did the separation but what about families? Where is the safety in my leaving my 6 year niece on her own? It just meant that Adam and I couldn't have fun either. I stayed with our niece standing off to the side while she jumped and Adam went on his own to jump and play basketball. We were incredibly disappointed with the whole situation. The second time I took my niece I didn't pay to jump figuring I wouldn't be able to jump with her and the entire time a staff member was telling me to just jump because there was space for us to be near each other. I did jump and we had fun but it was just annoying that there obviously aren't set rules about when you can jump with your family and when you can't. Maybe there needs to be a family section? In addition to the large jumping area, there are dodgeball areas, basketball lanes and a foam pit you can jump into but most likely can't get out of. You have to have special socks but they only cost a couple of dollars and you get to keep them for future trips. There is a party area if you want to host a party here and there is a food and drink counter so you can eat lunch although I don't suggest eating that stuff and then jumping. You can't jump with anything in your pockets but they have lockers for you to place you items in. The only bad thing is you have to pay every single time you want to lock your locker so if you forget to put something in or you need a sip of the water you brought you basically have to pay for that. Overall, a pretty good place but it needs some strictness on policies and maybe a family area if you are a fun family member who would love to jump with your family. read more

Wow this place is seriously fun city. It also an amazing place to take children to so that they can burn off a ton of their limitless energy! This is the equivalent of a enormous bounce house. So make sure your prepped to be jumping for a while! Safety is huge with them so make sure you follow all the rules so that one gets hurt. I know that some people get aggravated by the rules, but I figured this keeps the craziness in check a little bit. Everyone in my family had a blast here! The prices are really fair for all the fun that is to be had here. They also have an extremely convenient location. You can burn all that energy, then literally walk about fifty feet to either the buffet or Five Guys. I highly recommend doing the eating afterword, otherwise you may just have an unwanted mess on your hands! I recommend coming here with the fam and friends ASAP. read more

Fun equipment, however they played HORRIBLY INAPPROPRIATE music with explicit language and content. During our 1 hour visit, I counted 5 songs that should NEVER be played around any child. At approximately 4 minutes a song, that's about 20 minutes that my child was exposed to this crap during a 60 minute visit!!!! Not kid friendly at all!!! Heres' an example. The first song that I heard was "Broccoli" by DRAM. If you've never hear the song, here are some the lyrics: "Nigga touch my gang we gon' turn this shit to Columbine" and "Put that dick up in her pussy bet she feel it in her toes" .....Classy right? The employees just half-heartedly apologized didn't anything to change the music when I brought to their attention and claimed that they were playing the "clean" versions that were approved by corporate. I can't imagine ever going back. My child is eleven and most of the other children there were about her age our younger. There was a grandmother sitting close to me and she leaned over to ask if she "heard what she thought she heard" in the music lyrics and I said, "Yes, ma'am, that's what you heard." It was embarrassing. Shame on you Skyzone! There are SO many THOUSANDS other positive and upbeat music choices out there and this is what you choose to do. You just lost my business FOREVER and I will take my MANY other local mom friends with me. read more

Horrible place with ridiculous rules. First, the girl at the register was flabbergasted that I didn't know the differences (that are little more than semantics and price anyway) between a "parent pass" and a "jump pass". Well, pardon me. First (and last, btw) time here. Second, I paid for a full jump pass for me and a "toddler pass" for my one year old, you know, so I could actually participate in his fun. Did having this "jump pass" help? No. In fact, they've got you in a Catch-22 of their own stupid rule making. Nothing you can buy actually helps. You see, if you have a "parent pass" your feet aren't allowed to so much as TOUCH a trampoline, so you can't actually HELP your child learn to jump. BUT. BUT! Here's the kicker. If you have a "jump pass" you STILL can't help because so much as STANDING WITH YOUR 1 YEAR OLD, holding his hands and helping him bounce, with NOBODY'S feet even leaving the ground is "double jumping" and not allowed! Worse yet, I'm not even allowed to bounce on a trampoline NEXT TO MY ONE YEAR OLD because "this is the under 4 section". Ok, so you stand off to the side and your baby does... what? Well, wanders around. You know, like a baby with a baby's attention span? THEN what happens? The attendant comes over and tells you he has to stay on his own trampoline. HE'S ONE for crying out loud! How well do you suppose he takes orders? OH LOOK! A chicken! HE'S FREAKING ONE! Mind you, when the sexy blonde showed up to do trampoline tricks for the attendant he *suddenly* saw no issues at all with an adult bouncing in the 4-10 section and bouncing from one to the other, but my baby can't crawl from one mat to the next?! Weird, right? I gave up on the general bouncing, since all he could do was stumble around without help, and took him over to the basketball area. A seemingly nice young man there offered to let him try it. BUT, YES! MORE IDIOTIC RULES! You see, this is a ONE PERSON deal. Even if that one person is a ONE YEAR OLD. In other words, he can wobble around the trampoline with a ball. I can't even lift him up to throw a basket because IT'S ONLY ONE PERSON ALLOWED! I was told, in an oh so friendly way as if it were helpful, "You can walk around the edges." Thanks. My baby can carry a ball around and get shaken off his feet by the bouncing adults 3 feet away on the other side of a flimsy net. Fantastic. So, I spent $66.xx for 4 passes so 2 of my kids could (sort of) have fun (even that mostly ruined by the "dodge ball" that is allowed to devolve into "throw the ball at anyone and everyone" or just sit in the corner with a pile of them until the game ends) and my baby and I get told that we couldn't actually DO anything. Including, you know, sit. Literally. I can't sit with my baby on a trampoline. Because, you know, sitting with your baby. Now, that other kid over there can sit in the middle of dodge ball chaos, hoarding 6 balls while kids bounce all over hell around her, but I can't sit on a corner and bounce my baby. Thanks Skyzone. My wife had taken the kids to a similar park when we lived in another state and the kids had liked it so we tried again here. The manager, Amira (I apologize if that's spelled wrong) took complete care of us and absolutely won my future business. Great, clean, well supervised facility with tons of different activities for all ages and abilities. I can't think of a better place for kids to get exercise and burn off energy indoors during the CNY winter. read more

It was difficult to keep a 2 year old in line with every rule. The staff that was monitoring each jump zone; were not as attentive as I would have thought them to be considering the facility rules. Comical to observe older siblings chasing the younger ones to keep them in line. The games video accidently got shut off when they turned the lights off but staff was quickly enough to address the issue. I can definitely bring my older ones again but it was tiresome to keep a toddler in check. Overall; they had fun and were wore out on the way home. read more

Do not go here if you are an adult wanting to jump with your kids/ siblings I went to this place with my 11 year old brother and 18 year old sister expecting to be able to jump and just have a good time. First off when we get there, my sister had the right type of socks however from a different trampoline park and they made her change her socks in order to jump. Then when we started jumping we realized that the place is very small and does not offer much in the way of things to do or much jumping space. To make matters worse, most things were restricted so that the adults could not partake in any activities, leaving only a small area for adults to jump, so when I wanted to jump with my brother I could not. The place seemed fun for kids but it is definitely not a place for adults to go if you expect to jump with kids. read more

We are a part of a homeschool co-op who was planning a large group playdate at SkyZone. They recently had advertised for homeschool families to receive a special rate for admission. I had called the business three time prior to arriving to confirm that the rate on the flyer would be honored even though we were planning to be there during the February public school break. I was reassured over the phone that we would get the discounted pricing. Upon arrival the rate was not honored. 6 families were all charged full price for admission despite my many attempts to confirm that we would be discounted. I later found a manager to discuss this problem. She was very apologetic and insisted that they would honor their word and refund us the money (a total just shy of $300.00). She was very accommodating and polite. We nearly left feeling very discouraged but I am glad that upon speaking up about our concern we were validated and the issue was corrected. I bought a full 90 minutes for both me and my girlfriend but we hated it so much we were barely on the mat 20 minutes. Staff was condescending and not helpful at all. None of the rules were explained before we got on the mats, they just kept yelling at us for menial things; apparently you're not allowed to sit, stand in place, lean against the walls, or have more than one person per trampoline(even if you're sitting) you can't backflip, you can only land flips on your feet (so me teaching my girlfriend to flip was out of the question). I might understand rules dealing with overcrowding and not moving if we weren't the only ones there. After having taken my son to the other trampoline park here for toddler time, I was really unimpressed with Sky Zone. I was told I couldn't jump with my son on "this side". We'd have to be on the right side which is identical. Whatever, I'll just stand on the edges. So then my 2yr old starting play with the foam blocks and I took my phone out to take a picture... And was told you can't have your phone out. The only thing I liked was how interactive the staff was with the kids. Skip this place and go to the other park in Cicero for toddler time. I just want to start off by saying that I'm a nanny and the twins I take here absolutely LOVE it. They have a 0-4 section the twins are barely 2 but they are not treated their age. The staff will keep popping over saying they need to stay on their own trampolines which is really frustrating I usually tell them it's not going to happen so sometimes they'll lay off after awhile. The twins I take care of are 22 months old they take some direction but not a lot and it seems like a lot of the staff don't really understand how babies/toddlers work. If you're going to have a 0-4 section treat them like 0-4 year olds! You really expect twins that are barely 2 to jump on their own separate trampolines? There's toddler time which is great but taking them during regular hours sucks! read more

My 6 year old son had his 6th year old birthday party on November 11, 2016, and Skyzone was the perfect place for his party. When I got there, guest services already had large buckets ready for our guests to drop off gifts and place their belongings. In addition, the staff was already expecting us. They were also good about wrangling the kids together while we waited for our jump time. The kids really enjoyed the many trampolines. Furthermore, when it was time for us to go to our party room, the party host took care of everything! She set up the tables, passed out the pizza and drinks, passed out the cupcakes, cut the ice cream cake and gave everyone who wanted some a slice. In the end, she gathered all the gifts into a large bag for us to easily carry out, and she organized everything neatly for us to carry out as well. Amazing! We went there yesterday with my 2 and 4 year old for toddler time. The 4 year old jumped in immediately! The 2 year old had some trouble warming up, but the guy in charge of toddler time was so encouraging and helpful she ended up bouncing all around. This place is a mess. A bunch of high school kids running the place neglecting to inform of the rules, advise on correct times to jump with your pass, and caring for any injuries. Due to the above, I ended up with a serious injury. Staff that came over was just another employee...be aware they have no trained medical or "trainer"-staff to assess any injuries. My ten minutes here turned into nearly 3 months out of work, surgery, and high medical bills. I understand that accidents happen, but this place adds to the risk with the staff and way things are run. Beware. read more

We took a handful of kids here for a birthday party. Great place to expend some energy. Facility was impeccably clean; especially the bathrooms which you would certainly hope since you go everywhere in your socks. The staff proved to be the biggest problem. All of the staff on the facility floor are in their teens. My wife and I took our two year old to the 0-4 year old section for her to jump. We were the only ones in that section that morning so my toddler and I each took a trampoline. Within minutes staff were barking for me to move to the adult section and leave my toddler there. Clearly, none of the staff are parents or understand how a child's mind works. I asked them if they planned on watching my child (not that I anticipated they would, but I wanted to see what they expected to happen); they refused. I then asked if they would refund my money since there was no way for me to jump and watch my child, they refused again because, and I quote, "I had already jumped on a trampoline." Seriously? Seriously. For those of you who are reading this and plan on taking your very young child, I'd purchase the child an hour long pass (though an hour of jumping is exhausting) and have each parent purchase a half hour pass so that one parent can enjoy the facility and the other can watch the child. Be warned, the staff will likely still reprimand you a half dozen times but at least you'll save the money I wasted. read more

We hosted our son's 4th birthday at Sky Zone and it was awesome! The staff, especially Jordan and Rose, were helpful, proactive and attentive. They referred to all of the kids by name and made everybody feel special and included. Everything was included in the party package (pizza, drinks, cake, plates and napkins) which made it so easy. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Came here last Sunday with my two kids, ages 12 and 14, to jump. Cashiers are very friendly and quickly ran me through all of my options before I decided we would jump for one hour. When I got onto the courts, the employees were very friendly, enforcing the rules but still making it fun enough for my kids to jump. They dominated at dodgeball!
