Last time my daughter was having a typical toddler meltdown because we had to leave (they close at 1pm) and one of the employees suggested she take a book from the shelf with her to help the transition of leaving. I love that she gets to socialize and that I do too They did recently add more adult seating so you can kinda go from couch to couch keeping an eye on your kid while intermittently playing with them at the different play stations, while also sipping on your complimentary coffee (GENIUS idea!). It makes for a fun day and a great nap when my daughter gets home. This is very similar to the play location located in auburn called "playspace" but despite that one being cheaper ($5 for one kid vs $12 here) and significantly larger, I would still say that I enjoy this location more. It is the perfect size of a big open space without being too large that I can't see my daughter from across the room. My one and only suggestion would be that they add a gate of some kind between the entrance way and the open play area just as a safety measure and to prevent the kids from running to the snack station and register area (you can buy little things, juice boxes, a few toys etc). The employees have also been great, and there is always someone going around tidying up in between kids playing with it. I cannot emphasize how much we love it here. We will be back at least once a week until nice weather comes back to CNY.
