First and foremost, I hope nobody has to deal with this ever. However, if you do, please call Billy because he is worth every penny and I am sure he charges less pennies than most! About 8 months ago, I started getting hit with the typical bedbug bite pattern. We told our landlord and they hired a pest control company to take care of it. They did an okay job and we seemed to be pest free for 6 months. A couple months ago I began getting bit again and my reaction to the bites started getting way worse. We addressed the issue with the landlord and we're told it was probably just in my head....right, because I'm making up giant welts on my body! So the landlord sends over the pest inspector and he finds nothing again. No surprise, because the depth of his search was so basic I could have done it! So now my wife and I are moving and I'm still getting bit and this is not a problem you want to take with you. I know there is an issue and our landlord won't pay for treatment without confirmation of bugs. So I decide to stop depending on my landlord and call Billy. I talked to both Billy and his wife and he confidence they both had instantly sold me. Plus Billy called me while he was out of town! I was also relieved when they told me in order to prep I had to DO NOTHING. Billy comes over and is simply and amazing human being. He also begins his search and within minutes finds evidence in plain sight the other 'professionals' missed. Billy was thorough and incredibly respectful of our belongings to the point we didn't even feel the need to stick around. Following his inspection and preparation, we had Billy's spray team come by to treat. He stuck around to make sure our things were respected and they were hitting all the right areas hard. This was way more than your average exterminator who simply waves a wand around to treat. At the end of the day, I slept better last night than I have in months. Review is long overdue. I called due to having an ongoing issue and the current exterminator did not eliminate even after 2 years. Billy came and thoroughly went thru both of my units. The issue was mainly in my elderly father's room and occasionally my other tenant. Unfortunately I had to throw away his wood bed frame. I love how patient Billy and his assistant were with my parents and explained every process. Yes Billy is fast talking lol however some people are who they are. I haven't had an issue since he's treated my units. My advice is to please follow his guidelines and call the minute something reappears during the guarantee period. I was and am thoroughly satisfied and can rest easy now. Hopefully I won't have to use him again but will call in a heartbeat if needed. read more

I can't vouch for his service but I can tell you he treated my neighbors house and left a mattress and frames in our alley. My neighbors are out of the country due to Covid and he treated their home after the renters complained of bed bugs. I've included pictures of all the stuff left in our alley. Not only is this embarrassing, but also a hazard that was left by his team for 5 days. Once again I can't vouch for his actual treatment of bed bugs, but I can tell you this is 100% not ok!! read more

This is my second attempt at using a bedbug service. I liked how things started out with Billy Bedbugs however after the second visit I realized my problem was still lingering. The owner came back to my home and told me to call him in 10 days after keeping a log of where I saw new bedbugs. Fine. When I called back after ten days I didn't get an answer or a call back. The bugs came back in full force so I called them again and was told I should have left a message when I called. They offered to come back out but at this point I felt like I was being taken for a ride. I paid upwards of $1000 to be told I need a new bed. Thanks. read more

We called Billy Bedbugs to have our place inspected for bed bugs. Fortunately, there were none. Although there were no bed bugs, we were advised by Billy, who showed up with an assistant, to spray the house with what he showed was Transport brand bug spray. We have a newborn, so our chief concern was our baby's safety. Therefore, we inquired fairly extensively about the safety of the pesticide. Billy insisted it was "Eco-friendly" and the "most safest (sic)." He brushed off any additional questions about its safety, even insisting we wouldn't even have to leave our place during and after the spraying. He stated that ingesting or inhaling the chemical would be like "buying a lottery ticket and winning" - in other words, the chances were minuscule so we wouldn't even have to worry about it. He and his assistant proceeded to spray this pesticide along the edges of the walls, baseboards, under and inside cabinets, around the beds. He sprayed indiscriminately and without precaution, without explanation. He even sprayed directly onto my 2-month old son's baby mattress, along the baseboards where our son's playmat was, and into our cabinet containing tupperware and other kitchen supplies that we would be using to prepare/store food. He sprayed in this cabinet without removing the tupperware or asking us to remove. I called him after we realized he had sprayed the kitchen cabinets with kitchen supplies to let him know he should have warned us (and future customers) that he would be covering kitchen supplies with pesticide. This is dangerous as we could have eaten off these plates. He got very defensive, raising his voice and tone. I de-escalated the situation and ended the conversation after realizing he wouldn't be able to take this constructive bit of criticism - that he should slow down and let his customers know when he would be spraying harmful chemicals onto sensitive areas. I see there are a couple hidden 1-star reviews on Yelp where I would have been tipped off and would not have hired Billy Bedbugs. Like one 1-star review stated, Billy is very fast-talking, and it's hard not to feel as if he is trying to distract you from your concerns and questions. We paid $225 for the indoor spraying (2bd 2br). We would have paid much more for a more detailed, meticulous service with a person that would take the time to address and answer any safety concerns. read more

We used Billy Bedbugs when we found a few Bedbugs in our condo. We were about to move and I did not want them following us to our new place. Billy came and inspected our entire unit from top to bottom. He bagged everything and worked diligently to find the source (which wound up being in the unit above ours). He is exceptionally meticulous, thorough and doesn't leave until the job is done. He also comes back later to check if the problem is still resolved. This guy is the real deal. I initially called him because I thought we had brought some friends back from a trip to Italy. I chose him over another service that insisted that should they come in and completely treat our house for $1500 without even checking first...just based on my fears. When I spoke to him, he said that we shouldn't panic and he wanted to check first. He checked and didn't see anything but did some initial spraying and gave me some instructions. He said to be alert for a month and possibly call him back if I saw anything. I saw nothing but thought I had a suspicious bite. Dmira was so kind and helpful, and I was so relieved for the first time through my whole ordeal. I'm not sure I can say enough to express my appreciation for the attention and service Billy has provided. I called him over the weekend after calling three other companies. All the other companies said they where booked out several days and quoted me from $695 to $800 to rid my same two bedroom apartment of bed bugs. When Billy answered he told me he was on vacation in Puerto Rico, needless to say U was impressed he even took the call. Despite ensuring me that a few days wouldn't make much difference in my problem, he arranged for a team to come out immediately to treat my condo just so I'd feel more secure about sleeping there. He called me everyday until he finally came out to do a full inspection. After see my problem he assured me it was only small and was confided to my spring. I was astonished that he charged me nearly half what the other companies quoted. His one time fee included the initial spray from his team, his full inspection and steam/powder treatment. A follow up visit the next week, a 60 day guarantee, and an extensive education on how to clean my items and keep the bed bugs from coming back. All that in addition to regular calls to just check up on me. I really felt he genuinely cared about my problem, and wanted me to feel secure in my home again. We cant imagine a better, more thorough, and friendly service. We hired Billy Bedbugs because of an infestation in an elderly relative's condo. The unit is spotless so where they came from is a mystery. Had we had to do the preparation, it would never have been able to be done with the care shown by this firm. Billy arrived as scheduled and spent much time in preparing for the treatment. Photos were taken of every item so they could be replaced exactly as they were. It didn't matter if hey furniture or fragile items needed to be moved...much care was taken. After treatment every thing was precisely replaced and not a single item damaged or scratched.
