He just slightly moved the oven and said, "Oh, good news, the holes here are sealed, so they're not coming from here." He opened a cabinet, said the same thing, and concluded that he could only place sticky traps for a $300 fee. I explained that we'd seen multiple mice and droppings and that I needed a more thorough inspection. He just shrugged, said he couldn't find any obvious entry points and maybe they were coming from the attic. I had to show him different areas myself, like the attic fan, and only then did he go up and find a hole where he placed some poison. A few days later, we still saw mice. I called the company again. Another technician came, and he was even less thorough. He hurriedly moved the oven, put down a single sticky trap, and was ready to leave. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did he get some more equipment, find a few more holes in the cabinet, and place a couple of poison boxes in the attic. He didn't even bring a ladder--I had to provide one. In short, I felt I had to push both technicians to do a proper inspection. I'm not satisfied with the service, as I basically had to guide them to do their job. I hope you can address these issues so that future services are more thorough and professional.

We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable.
