My mistake was paying him for the portion he finished and not waiting til complete. It appears to me most labor will go where they will make the most money and forget about you if they must return or they get a bigger job the next day! This is the reason I rated him 3 stars. I'm very disappointed that he won't even return calls. My yard is super tiny. They completed the clean up in one and a half hours and charged me $250. To me it's a high amount. Labor at $100 an hr and higher in this area is EXPENSIVE!!!!!! I even had one firm quote $700! Perhaps if they were landscaping my yard and installing a patio!!!! That's insane!!!' I'll try and post a pic of my 10 ft wide by 20 ft long yard. This is why I think the garden labor in Redmond and Trilogy is ASTRONOMICAL!!!! They think everyone is RICH and they all take ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! .

Hieu was patient with us as we had tons of questions about what to do and gave us great ideas. The project was done much quicker than we anticipated so we could enjoy our backyard this summer. We ended up with a herringbone paver patio, high quality artificial turf, a pathway on the side yard and a raised bed garden with gravel surrounding. They were the most affordable quote we received, yet the quality of work and customer service was unmatched. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail, hauling of the debris from the work, the thoroughness of their two-day labors are being enjoyed by our family every minute of the day that's passed. For the first time, we had landscapers that cared about the environment and the look and feel of our yard. They pruned our maples, which no other landscapers has done before, and made suggestions for beautifying our yard with the shrubs, plants, bushes and trees already there. They were amazing, extremely hardworking and so friendly. We will certainly have them back. Thank you!

What I understood was that he was going to dig it out and grade it, but he said that wasn't true. Had I known that was all he was going to do I would have never agreed to pay $1045 for a 7x32 gravelly, lumpy strip. Regardless, I was willing to pay for the work done, but when I pointed out that he lied about the price of materials, disposal fees, and hours worked, he still refused to adjust the price and threatened to take me to collections, so I paid him. He also refused to provide an itemized receipt. Also, he "conveniently" left out tax in the price of the estimate, so if you do decide to use him, make sure you add 10% to whatever price he quotes. Also, this thing he did, if he thought this was truly what I wanted (a non functional gravel strip) I would hope that a professional landscaper would advise me against it. Maybe say, "Hey, if you want to do it right you'll have to terrace this, grade this, etc. and that'll cost this." Instead, he found his mark (me) and found an easy payday. Afterwards I asked him, do you think this looks good? Does that look like a parking spot to you? Would you put your name on this? He pointedly did not answer those questions. Because the answer to all three of those questions is no. If you want more details, like the the screenshot of his work truck leaving at 10am but he telling me he was working until 11am, check out my text conversation with him. But again, if you do decide to use him, get it in writing, detailed, itemized, and tax included.
