In our case it was for insulation though and they were able to insulate our attics very well to help conserve energy and keep the place warmer during winter and cooler during summer. The owner has been in this trade for over 20 years so they have done a variety of jobs and a variety of buildings. It's good to know a small business like this has the experience and knowledge to make a solid product - one that they put their name onto. When we asked for reassurance on the revised timeline and quote Geovanny simply told us that it was "not up for negotiation." It is doubtful that Q7 is interested in or values your business. With service this bad before they started work or got paid it is hard to imagine they would even pretend that you exist afterwards if an issue were to arise. EDIT: See business owner response below obfuscating rather than simply offering an apology and solution to ghosting the project without a single attempt to reach out about it. Evidence that this was not a one time accident but just business as usual
