I liked a certain wired topped frame but I wanted the lenses to it to be bigger so I could get bifocals with computer distance on the bottom. He can do that! He explained to me the difference between reading glasses distance and computer distance. It turns out I use the computer distance far, far more than reading distance. His frame selection is good but he can work with any good quality frame and he'll let you know if your frames will work. Some guys will sell you you anything just to make a buck, Randy is the opposite. He'll give to advice about what will work best and has been doing this business so many years he really knows what he is doing. (My advice is to listen to his advice.)

They did my eye exam as same they did in past years nothing new, whereas in 2026 they charge or claim to my main health insurance company UHC instead of my eye related insurance company named MetLife. Through MetLife my yearly eye exam is covered whereas through UHC I have deductible to pay. This is a purely a mistake of their insurance coordinator to make this claim to UHC and when I notify this to insurance coordinator, she starts making all false reason to convince me to pay. One of the reasons she gives me, they did my Diabetic eye exam in 2026 and that is why they charge to my main insurance company, whereas this is the same eye exam they did in past two time NOTHING NEW and in the past, they charge the same amount to MetLife instead of UHC. I am upset/ surprise instead of admitting their mistakes they are making all false statements with unprofessional way of handling their customer or clints etc.

SMH # I knew something wasn't right, but they were telling me to wear them for a week. Naw, I don't want my eyes messed up because they wouldn't listen. It's blurry at the top, and on the sides, and the middle is blurry and it feels weird. My eyes are not focusing right and it feels hazy. I don't even know if the prescription is right, because it feels I'm looking through something else. SMH Funny thing, I was never measured for the frames. I should've left those glasses there and made them measure my eyes and make me some new ones. Then, they don't have the deep purple hue I loved, although I can deal with that. Now, it's a very light purple hue. Oh well, I will be glad when this is cleared up! Update: I spoke to a young lady Sat morning, and she told me to come in on Monday and that the manager would be there. I went in on Monday, and the manager was not there. I was VERY upset. The fact I am having to go through all this running around is ridiculous! The fact they don't have any other manager to clear things up, and the other workers are not trained is ridiculous. So, basically, you have to wait for the manager to be there to get anything done. They had to call the manager, and she set up for me a recheck on my prescription. That's not until Thursday morning, so I still have to wait weeks before anything is done! Smh I won't be back to this location next year at all. I also found out, they gave me the display glasses instead of a new pair, the young lady I was working with...told me they ordered them new. She lied about that as well SMH.
