Mark is the greatest!! I have never had someone in the medical community go to the length he went…read moreto help me with my BiPAP machine. His customer service is extraordinary!!! Nicest guy ever! My BiPAP is 10+ years old and it stopped working in March after a trip to the west coast. I have been jumping through a ridiculous number of hoops with HealthLine Medical and Aetna trying to get my machine replaced since it stopped working and was so old. I just happened to call Mark late one afternoon at about 4:45PM and he said just come on in and bring your machine and supplies, I'll wait until you get hear (even though they were closing in a few minutes). I drove over to his office and he quickly figured out that I just needed a new power source/cord. No one else asked anything about the power supply, they just wanted to sell me (actually first rent it to me-that's how the insurance industry works with these CPAP or BiPAP machines; they want to verify the patient's compliance or usage of the machine once they first start using it).. Strange thing is that no one else before Mark explained that to me; I get why so many CPAP/BiPAP users are so angry about the process because no one ever explains the rental clause. Again, after their closing time, Mark spent the time to explain all the specifics of my machine's operations even though I ended up only needing a new power cord. HealthLine Medical lost a customer and Hope Home Medical gained a new lifetime customer. THANKS MARK, YOU ARE A BLESSING TO ME!! Frank

She wasn't tolerating the mask that they had and as a result her CO2 levels were building up causing her great amounts of anxiety, fatigue and unpleasant cognitive side effects. In comes F & T (Flor specifically) to the rescue who not only had the mask my Mom needed but hand delivered it so that my Mom could benefit from it right away. This kind of service is pretty much unheard of and words really cannot express my gratitude for their kindness in going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much, Flor!

In order to get my first order in September of 2021,which did not include the supplies like the reservoir and filters, I had to call the insurance company and have them contact Joshua's.
