John is a great mechanic and Adrian was very helpful with the process. Highly recommend their service!

I recently had some work done on my motorcycle at this shop. I must say their rates are very reasonable & the work is great. The I took my bike in 2 hours before closing time on a Saturday & the mechanic stayed 45min extra to complete his work. I was very happy to ride my bike through the weekend since everything is shit down due to covid-19... I would definitely go back for any work... read more

Came to get my exhaust repacked, and they gave me a good deal. Almost half off of what other shops would of charged me. I would definitely recommend anyone to come down and get their bike serviced at this location. read more

Excellent service and friendly staff. These guys helped me get the exact tire I wanted. Install for the rear took no more than 20 minutes. Would recommend for all your motorcycle needs! read more

My shifting linkage broke and disconnected. The guys here fixed it and wo wouldn't take any money for their work. This place is honorable hard-working and I will come back here in a second. They took care of my Harley and the shop takes care of all different kinds of motorcycles. read more

I REALLY wish I had heeded the reviews that I read on yelp before taking my bike here, but they were close to my house and I figured they couldn't really be THAT bad...wrong! They actually BROKE my bike instead of fixing it. When I came to pick up my bike not only was the battery dead (WTF?!?) but the shifter is now basically non-functional. Seriously, people, don't give these people your money. And to whoever keeps responding to negative reviews with your " I don't give a shit and you people must be crazy" attitude, you need to stop ignoring the overwhelming evidence and do something to fix your shit! Seriously! read more

This shop is also known as M & C. The young manager, who works in the front, has literally no customer service skills at all. He yells and talks down to you both in person and on the phone. He also ripped me off and would have got more $$ out of me if he could. I had an exhaust that needed to be welded back and it also needed a new screw. Oh, and an oil change. After having the scooter for 3 days not once did he bother to call me. I had to call every day in order to figure out what progress was being made. Over the phone he tried to tell me the job was going to cost upwards of $250 (just for the welding job) but I got him to settle on $200. When I finally picked up the scooter I was running a little late due to an accident + traffic so I called to let him know I was going to be 15 minutes late. He yelled at me on the phone and threatened to leave if I didn't get there in EXACTLY 15 minutes. Luckily I made it on time :/ Once I paid, and got on my scooter, I noticed immediately that something was wrong because the scooter would stall down every time I came to a stop; it also sounded funny. At this point I said screw these guys and decided to take it to FACTORY WRENCH near Torrance to find out what happened. The manager at FACTORY WRENCH literally ran out to meet me on my scooter and immediately saw the problem: The guys at Long Beach Motorcycle Repair left all of the hoses unplugged! On top of this he also claimed that the welding job wasn't ideal and that I got over-charged for everything. At this point I asked him to check my oil (because who knows, maybe they forgot to change it) and it was dirty. FUCK THIS SHOP AND THE LITTLE THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS CARD THEY SEND YOU IN THE MAIL. Please avoid this place at all costs. read more

I went here because it was close to where I live, now I understand it is a small shop, but at the same time it is not professionally sound to tell the customer that their motorcycle should be done by a due date then change said date 3 times. I had been waiting for my motorcycle for 2 weeks. Then a week later I had received my motorcycle it breaks down....again. Because of my current situation I had to push the bike from 24 hr fitness (ironic, I know lol) to Bixby Park, however the bike was unrideable but it still had the power on when I took it to his shop. "Now?" You ask. Dead. Put it back together very sloppy after he checked out the engine. It Does not start at all after I received it 3 days later from this shop. Oh he also tried to lock me into getting a COMPLETE engine replacement, and getting me into a payment plan for my own property. That he was supposed to completely repair the first time when I got into my accident. Insane. I'm not sure if he treated me this way because he thought he could take advantage of me because I was younger than him or what. Thank you for the tow, but I'm not returning. UPDATE: Israel gave me a call wanting to mediate any problems I was having. As kind as the gesture was, I still refuse to take my motorcycle here. No ill will, just personal choice. read more

I went in for a SIMPLE tire change... tech didnt take much precaution and rubbed a little area of paint off the edge of my rim. Respectfully, Kevin (The Manager) was kind enough to offer to repair and re-paint it, but he wanted 2 weeks with my wheel. My bike is my only transportation... what am i going to do for 2 weeks! I took my losses and for sure they will never have my bussiness. Sorry M&C, but I'm sticking to Pablo at 5 Star Motorcycles in Cerritos. read more

This is my 2nd visit here for a tune up on my scooter, the price can't be beat $114 plus tax n fees. I called a day before to see if they could service my scooter and they had availability, I dropped off my scooter and mentioned that my light signal needed replacement along with the tune up. I also asked for the tech to inspect my horn as it had stopped working. The repairs were done with in 3 hrs of drop off . I was quoted an additional $80 to fix my horn , but being that I'm a bit short on cash I declined the repair at this time. When I picked up my scooter they informed me that they went ahead and fixed my horn at no additional cost! Talk about winning over a customer on a budget . Thank you for exceeding my experience once again. I recommend this shop to anyone - great customer service . read more

This place is horrible .first I payed them to fix my tail fairings ,they did a shitty job and they kept my bike for five more days then they had told me they were.four months later the paint job and repairs they made on my fairings for my cbr started to fall apart....so i took my bike in again to have them fix the same thing ,Kevin was not a fair busines man and I had to argue with him before he even admitted he was in the wrong ..this happened on 5-11-12. It is know 5-30-12 ....even tho I was assured it would be ready today at ten I am still seating here at the shop waiting on my bike and writing this letter....you may have noticed that all of the grammer is not correct ,that's is because I hate writing .......but this place is just that bad I had to let as much people know as possible...if I could I would give them no stars but the stupid web site makes you put at least one. read more

Got Referred to this spot by my buddy Jesse!! Joe is the man! I can definitely recommend this spot and stand behind my recommendation!

Pablo is a good guy! He know his sh*t! The pricing is very competitive with all work. I will have all my bike work done here.

Wonderful and reliable motorcycle shop. I had a BMW battery that was not correctly installed by another shop and created an electrical problem fixed by Israel and his group. The variety of motorcycles they repair is amazing, everything from Harleys to sport bikes to dirt bikes and I even saw an MV Agusta. I'll be a certain return customer. Highly recommended! read more

Don't go there, they are unprofessional and lying all the time ! I brought my front wheel to change the tire and they scratched the rim ! Don't worry Fabien, we will fix that, we just nee two days. That's how the nightmare started... After asking two more days every three days, the rim came back black instead of dark grey... Well done guys, are you color blind ? Two weeks for the wrong color ? Good job ! Don't worry Fabien, we will take care of everything, we just need the rear wheel to match the colors. They send a mechanic to my place, what a mechanic !!! He didn't secure the bike properly, and guess what, the bike is on the floor ! Great, better and better ! Result : all the fairings on the right side were damaged. Don't worry Fabien, we will take care of everything and fix that for you ! We are sorry blablabla. I gave them 2 weeks to fix everything. After one (other) week, I called them, the rims will be ready for the next morning. Another lie, I went there for nothing... By the way, don't expect them to call you back, it's a waste of time ! They delivered the bike 3 days after the deadline with a "brand new paint job" !!! What a mess, it's worst : Orange peel, paint chips, paint leak, dust under the paint, both wheels weren't balanced... They didn't check the bike at all, I started the engine for 10 sec and GAS IS LEAKING ! What did they do on my bike ? I don't know, but I discovered that they dropped the bike and the left side too ! They refuse to fix all the damages and said that I dropped the bike, it's all my fault ! Great, so, I dropped the bike and you paid for the (poor) paint ??? By the way, they refused to put a claim with their insurance... Now the numbers : $25 to change the tire (I didn't paid that) 6 weeks with a non op bike $35 to rent a trailer $205 to balance the wheel, fix the gas leak (thanks to LB BMW Motorcycle, they are really nice guys) $1300 to repaint all the fairings or $3750 to change them Stay away from LONG BEACH MOTORCYCLE REPAIR !!! They will say LIAR ! I have all the pictures before and after, I'll be glad to show you a few sample. read more

I have serviced my Ducati 748, 848 and my MV Agusta F4 here. These guys are quick AND they know what they are doing. Their new location is more convenient to my house as well. The Waiting room consist of 3 or 4 chairs but they do have wifi. Do I need to mention that their prices are way more reasonable than a dealership? I have been coming here for at least 5 years and have been extremely happy with the service! read more

I am very surprise by the poor reviews on this shop. I have been bringing my motorcycles here for several years and just had the team put new stuff for me. My bike looks great! They have been always professional and ride safely. Being tech guys first, there are times they forget to tell me that my bike is ready and I have to follow up with them. It beats over paying at the dealer and getting honest advice. Often, there were things "recommended" to me by the dealer that was not necessary. I highly recommend Long Beach Motorcycle repair. read more

Took my '84 yamaha in thinking I needed new brake pads. They diagnosed the pads had plenty of life and educated me why I was hearing the strange noise that brought me there in the first place. Aside from doing fantastic work at cheaper prices then the other shops in the area, I stopped in one morning right after they opened and they hooked me up with a free chain service! Awesome guys here. Brought my bike in when it was completely not starting, they fixed everything and even took care of an oil leak on the bike. Just found my new go to bike mechanics. I needed new tires asap so I called in and they changed my front and rear tires the next day. I left my bike for the day without an appointment, although they have an an option to make an appointment and wait. No problems at all. 2012 Ducati 848. Best prices around. Clean job. read more

These guys were wwwwaaaaayyyyy better priced as opposed to the dealer. Like less than half. They also discovered another problem that was masked by the tight valves and cleaned the jets on the carburetor cheap.....( which was very hard to remove ) and we had the bike back in a few days even though they are very busy there. 2006 yz250F hard starting, low compression, backfires. They ended up doing a valve adjustment (which requires special tools on that year) also cleaned the carb and replaced the pilot jet with a smaller one as requested. Price 300 bucks. Very satisfied with the performance of the bike now. Customer service was great. They returned phone calls promptly. Also when the dealer did it, we complained about the backfiring as it became worse and they blew us off at Del Amo Motorsports and it cost over 600 just for the valve adjustment. I will tell friends about Long Beach Motorcycle Repair. Negatives......parking is horrible there so you have to drive up to the door to disgorge your bike read more

Badly needed some rear break work done on my 94 Harley Sportster. Just moved to the area and was very pleased to see a Harley certified repair facility within a few blocks of home. Called on Thursday and they asked if I wanted same day appointment which was a huge surprise since a lot of Harley dealerships need an arm and a leg to get a last min appointment. I asked if I could set it up for Saturday and they said "Sure!" Once again I was super surprised. Dropped my bike off first thing this morning and everyone was very friendly! Great prices and got me exactly what I needed in and out same day! Also had some coupons using yelp so that always helps! I will be coming back for more work in the future for sure!!! read more

Local family owned motorcycle shop who are customer focused and deliver more than promised. I brought in my 2 bikes that have been sitting for months. These guys towed one bike in & got it back up running & serviced the other bike which also needed a serious detail. "I can't promise you a miracle, but we'll do our best to clean & shine it back up." Well...when I picked up the bike, it was a miracle. Bike looked so shinny & new I thought it was someone else's bike. Can't be happier with their level of service & professionalism. read more

I was told they could change the oil in my scooter and then when I brought it and they took it apart they said they didn't have a filter for it. I would expect them to know BEFORE taking it apart whether or not they had filters for scooters in stock. Yelp should have negative stars for businesses like M & C. To my disappointment every bad thing mentioned in the reviews for M & C were true. All I needed was a carb rebuild and tune-up for a 75 Kawasaki 2-stroke. After over a month of my bike being there, ZERO communication with customer, and about 200 dollars later, I decided to wash my hands of this place and just pick up my bike without it even being fixed and take it somewhere else. If you do mistakenly go here, test drive your bike before you pay or leave. The said bike was running great and they test drove it but that was BS because if they did they would have noticed that bike started up fine but would barely go down the road. A very sad shop. M & C sucks. read more
