I instantly felt welcomed and taken care of as he grabbed my bike to check it out. A little air in the tires and a little fixing up random parts on my bike, no more than 10 minutes later, my bike was ready to hit the road!! Dom welcomed me into the neighborhood, told me about events going on around town, and showed me some of the custom bikes he's working on. Emily brought out her own Karate Monkey, which confirmed the correct size for me; and because I had decided to upgrade the tires, Dan and Will spent considerable time helping me choose which tires would be best for both front and rear. So I ordered my bike online. With this being said, my bike came in and the derailleur needed adjustment and the seat on the bike was super uncomfortable. So I called and was told to bring my bike it. I rode over (just couldn't use first gear), not only did they adjust my bike in what seemed like seconds, I got a new seat and a tool kit while here. The also adjusted the front fender on my BFF's bike. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and this included us talking a lot. I highly recommend the Bicycle House and you would be crazy if you went somewhere else.
