There are always enough bikes for everyone (and you get to pick). You can ask staff for help with lowering your seat and they will put air in your tires if you need it. So I ordered my bike online. With this being said, my bike came in and the derailleur needed adjustment and the seat on the bike was super uncomfortable. So I called and was told to bring my bike it. I rode over (just couldn't use first gear), not only did they adjust my bike in what seemed like seconds, I got a new seat and a tool kit while here. The also adjusted the front fender on my BFF's bike. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and this included us talking a lot. I even called my bf and was telling him they had two bikes I liked! He never offered ANY info about the bike, price, anything! I had to keep going back to him to ask questions as he was rude and offered no assistance!!!! I bought that same bike elsewhere, actually I bought two electric bikes! please don't shop at Ride Home Bike Shop, you'll be so disappointed!!!!!
