She gave us a free strawberry mochi donut, while we waited for our drinks to be made. Took a bit of time to get our drinks made as we arrived 45 minutes to closing time with a rush of customers arriving a few minutes later and only 1 other gentleman making drinks. My son got a Lychee Milk Tea with Lychee jelly and it was so creamy, flavorful and delicious (see my pic). I'd come back here for this drink, it was that good. Very cute interior with several tables and chairs. My niece occasionally studies here. Located in a large strip mall with PetCo and Ralphs -so lots of free parking.

That said, there have been a few occasions where the cashier experience wasn't the best, as some staff members seemed a bit irritated or rude while taking orders.
