However, the Flaming Hot Cheetos Mozzarella bites left more to be desired. They weren't spicy and didn't really taste like anything but cheese, however they were hot and crispy! As someone who loves fried cheese, they were still okay. The Fried Pickles were good and not too much breading. The soda tasted like it was missing a good amount of flavoring. That's on us, but I will say the bays only had small fans in the upper corners, and I didn't feel much air conditioning despite being told the bays were all air conditioned by a staff member before our visit. To be fair, I'm from New England, so the heat probably hit me harder than most. The food was fine, nothing particularly memorable, but I wasn't expecting it to be a culinary highlight. The main frustration was that the rubber tees kept coming loose from the tee-off area, and it was nearly impossible to get them back in place. The games on the computer were also confusing to navigate, so we ended up cycling through them just trying to figure things out. On the positive side, our server was excellent. He was attentive throughout the visit and even brought me a bag of ice when I mentioned how hot I was and asked him for some ice to cool off. Since the conference had about 300 people, we had the whole place to ourselves and therefore the number of bays was more than enough for folks to enjoy hitting a few balls and having a bite to eat and drink while socializing and networking. I can see why these type of places are a big hit now because you have the fun of being at a driving range without all the etiquette of being at a club. Overall i thought the food to be ok but nothing to rave about as we just had sliders, chicken strips, fries, and general bar finger foods. I did think the beer selection here was pretty good which for a social networking event is a plus as typically when you have networking events in a hotel your limited to a hotel bar which mainly only serves 3-4 different types of canned beer. read more

I want to give a shout out to one of the staff members, (I can't remember her name) but, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, it was hot and the kids were cranky because of the heat, so I asked if she'd get us some rags or something and she did! She came back with one of those beer buckets full of ice and 3 little towels to put on the kids so they weren't so miserable in the heat. She had short hair and worked upstairs that day. They recently changed how they use their golf bays. You can no longer use your personal id card to sign in and keep your stats. Huge fail You also cannot pay at the bay for your time anymore either. And when she finally got us to the bay, she asked us if we knew what the settings on the machine, I asked her to explain and she said her 5 min speech in 43 seconds and walked away. Now, for the game play, the driver for the men in the bay we were in was bent (not that big of a deal). The computer was not counting half the shot good shot or bad shots, it just wasn't registering. I booked this past weekend for my Husband's birthday. We had a really great time and our server was very kind and attentive. The bar bites trays that were included with the party booking were the perfect amount to snack on with our group of 15. The venue wasn't full when we arrived so my only complaint is that we weren't asked our preference between top or bottom floor. We preferred to be on the top floor but still enjoyed our time despite being on the bottom floor. We also had a lot of trouble with the system recognizing swings on one of our bays. It was challenging to enjoy that bay - our group that played on that side made it through half as many games as the other bay. I still plan on returning! We had a wide range of ages in our group of 15 and EVERYONE had a great time. Looking forward to trying more menu items and trying different game play options. We went here on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate three birthdays and was able to get a table right away. We ate first and the food came out fairly quickly. However, we'd never come back for the food. The kitchen staff didn't follow half of the instructions we had for the food, the chicken sandwich had four bones in it, and the lemonade was watered down. I've never in my life had a chicken sandwich where I almost choked on bones. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, but someone had a brilliant idea to setup giant jenga on the table next to us. Every time the tower fell it was super loud and startled our entire party. This made the atmosphere very jarring and not relaxing at all. After we ate, we went to our bay where the staff kind of went through how to setup players. We just used colors otherwise you'd have to spend 10 mins of your time logging in and creating an account to put in names. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you kind of know how to play golf. Unless you get air under the ball, most games didn't recognize that you actually hit it in the field of play. Several shots had to be redone because the system didn't even recognize that the ball was in play when it was a straight shot although it went pretty far. The pricing is ok if you have a lot of people because you can split the cost, but anything under 3-4 people would be way overpriced. read more

We've been back several times since and this place is truly come at your own risk. The food sucks. They took breakfast off their menu. I ordered fried mushrooms and they look tasted like they just got out of the deep freeze. We made the mistake of sitting at the bar area and our sever all but ignored us for 45 minutes. I had to get up and ask for refills to go boxes. The whole time we ate in that area three, four, and five servers were gathered at the end of the bar at any one time and we were completely ignored. The only reason we come here is because it's the closest place to home for my golf obsessed nephews to hit golf balls. Also, charging extra for reservations that guarantee couch bays is not ok. I have a family member that is mobility impaired and cannot sit at high top tables. So you're going to charge us extra in advance to ensure my family member has accessible seating? The lady at the front counter, Mackenzie, was extremely rude. Upon arrival, the first words she said to my family were "it's going to be an hour and a half" without even saying hi. There were plenty of open bays and we only waited for 15 minutes. Then I went up to the front when we had 20 minutes left and asked a kind lady named Brooklyn if we could extend our time, and mackenzie rudely interrupted with a harsh "no" even though I was able to easily extend my time with no issue. The bar tender was also acting as the server, and was very busy. The kitchen may also have been understaffed because our first choice item wasn't available, it took a long time for our food to be prepared, and the food was not as described on the menu. I ordered the Sesame Chicken salad. It was missing several ingredients from the menu and was not very fresh. The chicken was cold and tasted as though it had been cooked well in advance. Very low budget top golf The staff was nice and the beer was cold but that was about the only things that were good. The system the operates the "game" Itself was sub par, no pun intended. 1/3 of the balls were not registered when hit, the course itself was not holes like top golf, rather they were painted on circles that half of the time didn't register your score when hitting them. The ambience of the location was lagging. It seemed taboo to talk too loud because of the ever present awkward silence, and the bar was completely empty on a Saturday at 4pm. All in all, the staff was fine but the overall experience was meh, I know this it out of control of the staff which is why I reiterate their job being performed well. More than that though, there was a major change recently, I believe it was Top Golf purchasing the location, and they got rid of all of the fun amateur friendly games. If I want to actually work on my swing I'm going to an actual range with no music or loud table neighbors who are cutting up the whole time. It's fine, this is meant to be a fun place, drink up with your friends and family! But for my amateur friends or those who barely know how to swing a club, the speed of your ball, games that focus on driving, or course simulations are just not fun. The only "fun game" they have now is a weird fish game that doesn't have clear objectives. They also changed the types of sensors. The majority of newbies can't get past even the yellow markers. If their balls are never getting picked up, how are they meant to even interact with the systems of already crappy games? If you and some of your golf friends want to come here and spend some cash while eating decent food and golfing, great! If thats not the case, I don't recommend anymore. read more

Honestly disappointed with mine and my family's experience here and was debating on making this review one star but decided on two because the food and drink were decent. What was problematic was pretty much everything else. Made a reservation online for a bay. They don't ask anywhere what floor you'd like to be on, which was ok since I figured I would talk to them when I got there. We normally like to be on at least the second if not third floor of places like this. Once we arrive and checked in, I asked about being seated at a bay on the upper level. The guy at the front desk looked annoyed, then said he was unable to seat us there. When I asked why, he replied that someone had already reserved it. I was confused and inquired if every single bay up there was reserved, he replies yes. I pressed about where it said to pick upstairs or down on the online form, thinking that maybe I missed it somewhere, he replied with increasing annoyance, yes, they wrote it in as a request. I dropped it after that and apologized, I wasn't trying to cause any issues, I was truly confused and feeling dumb for not just writing it in. I couldn't help but feel that the whole interaction was disingenuous, but I brushed it off. I truly was perplexed though considering there was 15 bays above us and not a single person up there, but maybe it was a large party coming in. It would have to be a HUGE party, close to 100 people, considering each bay accommodates 6 ppl or more. We didn't pry any further and were sat at a bay in the bottom floor. Then began the wait. We waited and waited and waited some more. Even tried to flag someone down a few time, no luck. It was over a full 30 mins later when Jon noticed a man that looked like a manager walk out on the floor by our bay, his back turned towards us. We continued to talk about how we hadn't been greeted yet. Manager guy overheard and quickly came over, asking if anyone had gotten our orders. We were about to tell him no, when we saw a girl from across the way rush over to greet us and tell him that we were her table. By this time there was only about 20 minutes left to happy hour, which was unfortunate, considering we had booked and been there with plenty of time to enjoy HH, but ended up only being able to order off the specials once before it ended. On top of that, our waitress was very short with us during almost every interaction. Maybe she was having a bad night, which I do get. iIt did suck for us that she wasn't very friendly. Service the rest of the night was spotty at best. We got some drinks, as well as an order of wings and an order of pretzel zeppelins. I got the blueberry gimlet (subbed gin for the vodka though) and Jon got a gin and tonic. Both were well made and yummy. I also thought the blueberries speared on the golf tee was a cute touch. Pretzel Zeppelins were well seasoned with everything spice, as well as soft and chewy. It came with a beer-bacon mustard and queso for dipping, very tasty. Wings were also pretty good and came with traditional carrot and celery on the side with ranch. Honestly, the drinks and food were the best part of the night. Really wish that the service and equipment could've matched how good the food was. Sadly, this was the last High Point of the night. Gameplay here feels outdated, despite being a new place and is superrrr frustrating. You have to stand and hit the ball perfectly in front of a transponder at your bay or else your shot won't register. Hopefully you hit the golf ball hard enough and far enough as well or else it won't register. This made it really difficult to play for people that are more of beginners, like my daughter and I. More than half our shots, even a majority of the good shots, wouldn't register on the scoreboard. This was so discouraging for my daughter especially, who loves places like this and was the entire reason we decided to come by at all. Remember when we checked in and the front desk guy told us that we couldn't get a bay upstairs because it was all reserved? Not only was there no one above us the entire time we were there, when we left, we checked and saw that there was still no one upstairs, it was totally abandoned up there. We were there almost 2 hours. This really shouldn't have bothered me, but it sucked feeling like we were lied too for convenience sake. If they couldn't seat us up there because they were short staffed, or because of policy reasons etc., I would have totally understood and not cared. After our not so great experience though, this last little thing just left a bad taste in our mouths, so to speak. Will probably not be back. With other, more well known and consistently excellent options in the area, I really see no reason to come here unless someone else invites you and you're trying to be polite. Even then, I suggest steering them in the direction of another place, one that's more on TOP of their game, from the GOLF to the food to the equipment to service. read more

When our time ran out we were told there was a waiting list and they couldn't extend our time. They offered our check. Had a really great time here during a boys night outing! Lots of fun and pretty easy to manage. Had a few things that would have made our experience a little better: - better instructions on the various game choices and how to play them - more sensitivity on the ball reader (we had a guy hit like six shitty balls and two good shots that never registered - poor dude was exhausted from swinging after only one turn) - a better mixologist behind the bar (we had three terrible drinks off their fall/winter drink menu that we were barely able to choke down - and when we saw how much they cost we wished we would have just sent them back - vomiting them back in the glass might have been an option) - updated equipment (clubs looked like my young nephews had taken them out onto the gravel road and tried to smash ant hills with them - speaking from experience here) It wasn't too expensive to rent the bay to play and when we wised up and went with beer that they couldn't mess up, the overall experience improved. We were very disappointed after having my son's birthday party here this past weekend. Food was decent, however, the service was a little unprepared with only one person it seemed handling a party of 16 children and 7 adults. However, the biggest disappointment and the reason why I will not be recommending this place for children's birthday parties, is that we were "forced" into having to spend a $300 credit for food. We fed all kids and adults without any problem for $200 and were not informed during the course of the day at all that any unspent credit would be lost. At the end of the party we were told that we could call Amber Ivey, the Director of sales to discuss the possibility of getting credit for this unspent $100. Well that conversation was not a pleasant experience as I was told that no credits or refunds are given at all. So I just gave them $100 for nothing!!! If this info was giving to me after the party I would have at least offered to get the parents drinks or something for the kids to eat. I wasn't expecting a refund, but at the very least some credit to be used for later visits. But I was very rudely told, we don't do that! Very poor insight and relationship building I felt from someone whose role it is to manage sales and customer relations. To add to this, for a party of 14 kids..... we phoned prior to the party to confirm they'd have enough kids size clubs (right and left) for a party and we were reassured that this would be the case.... Well..... that WAS NOT the case.... We only had a choice of maybe 3 half decent clubs to utilize for the 3 bays we booked. After asking multiple times for additional clubs.... Nothing was arranged and eventually the children just gave in and used women's clubs way too big for them.... Very disappointing experience considering we paid $600 for my son's birthday and had so many other options we could've rather gone with.
